Relax. The new appointments are very serious players and will deal with the direction in which they will want to go. Don't need a million posts. However, regardless it is exciting. These guys are in companies worth billions and hundreds of millions so when they join a company worth £1million you can see what the potential may be.
Additionally it looks as if the focus, their main focus will be MNRG, That adds a different dimension.
