Maybe I am being really thick here, but how can the price fall 4.17% if there were no trades reported today ?
There was an update on prcedure yesterday to due with security for costs... no idea exactly what that entails but it is the first update since July.
Thank you
If I remember correctly they were hoping to get things moving before the end of the year... but no particular project was mentioned.
Are going to make this company of great value....great time to be in
Does anyone have an idea of the MNRG Timeline for when we will get some the projects that will be prioritised and targetted and any idea of the funding required to progress the strategic plan.
Thanks in advance
Simplywall.St say fair value for the sp would be .11 I hope they are correct and when/if we get a RTO we get fair value in any negotiations.
I see the new BoD's strategic review to be a fresh start for the company at a low MCAP base and as such I have taken a position and will add a further holding once funding is needed to support the strategic goals. Investors who are significantly down on their investment either write-off their investment or support the company going forward.
So, I think Mark is getting as frustrated as the rest of us. This video is pretty much the same as anything Rolf has put out over the last few years.
And what have we got to show for it? No Oil, No Gold, No Uranium, No clean power, just a few £ in the bank, and that's about to be squandered on another listing (to pull in fresh punters) and "12-18 month projects". Surprised he didn't say 'shovel ready'.
Still reckons current shareholders will 'see a premium to current share price', aye, how about c900% premium so I can get some of my money back 🙄

Why hasn't Chadwick invested?
These are UNAUDITED !
Lennie
BUT £1.8m in Trade and other payables - these don't usually go away whereas the investments can go up but can also go down !
They have almost £1 1/2m in non-current assests(investments etc) some of which may or may not come back to the company but if it does then the current valuation is very low.
Receivables 72k and payables is (1,831,226). That has not changed in one year so the £1mill received has gone in a puff without paying anything down.
Hence the negative equity. Which is why new team bought zero equity. Anything owed to them from the loan they have provided can be made back by selling some projects. Interesting team but worthless equity.
Auditors have signed the accounts off on a going concern basis. This indicates to me that they have had sight of a 'project' that will realise shareholder value in the near future. IMHO DYOR.
Found it in Recievables.
1,057,037 due by 30th June 2022 now in current interims 72k in receivables.
It doesn't seem to say they are waiting for it so can we presume it has been received ? Company looks to be insolvent by £300k if I am reading the balance sheet correctly ? For that reason I'm out but DYOR
Lennie
Looks to me like that is gone on fees and other things etc.
Not quite all of it.
Can anyone see the £1mill they received ??
I cant see it.
Its no wonder the share price has collapsed. The new management have not bought equity as those results shop how worthless it is. The old management cannot be trusted.
it’s either full ret@rd or top gun. but if you go more than 90% ******, there’s no return.
did he go more than 90%?
you must be in cuckoo land i bought this ****e and down now 94.23 percent shareholder value dream on rolf has ruined this company end of
Just topped-up BUY @ 14:53:44 1,000,000 shares @ 0.072p Showing as a SELL
10p would gives us a MCAP £123.1M and 20p MCAP £246.2M.
Is this feasible on first acquisition and in the short to medium term ?
If there is confidence in the management team and they demonstrate they are implementing the outlined strategy then I think the above is well within the bounds of possibility.
