98m shares down from 107m - is that correct ?
Looks like someone was very keen to get in early after the weekend...

Toward the very bottom of the annual report is this statement.
"Once rental contracts pass a certain ageing of delinquency, the contracts are considered irrecoverable and the value of the handsets on rent impaired down to zero value. The profit impact of the impairment in the year was £1,463,000 (2022: £). The cash impact of the impairment was £2,610,000 (2022: £1,120,000)."
2.6m lost. they made 8.3m in revenues. spent 6.2 m on PPE.
the execution of the rental segment was poor and sadly management have failed to make this work. which is why they are no longer pursuing this segment. however this has hammered the share price and management are now pivoting away from their mistake leaving room for a potential turn around. ill explain why i believe this company still has potential to work in my next post
No vendetta man just The CEO advertised on GBTV then says how he hates the channel hipocracy he got cheap advertising leaves then slates the fastest growing news channel and life style business no interest in PI's
You see buyout at 4p
It's tough in fairness. I have taken the opportunity to buy way more than I had over the last couple of days and my average has plummeted. It's purely profit I've made elsewhere so I can risk it. However, if I was to look at the red number that still exists against MMAG long enough ... I'd get emotional too!! Just part of the process and just need to win more of them than you lose. Hopefully this turns to a win but we have to remember that failure is always 0!
Personally I think there is a chance you are right Hedge. By pumping some sales into the system, there is a slight chance that whoever it is could scoop up a significant % just taking the SP to say 11p. It really depends on what that free float in retail is. Also has to happen fast because of the 1% RNS rule we are under.
Northern - let it go fella - you clearly have a vendetta here
Well with a pt loss of 6p a share I think ot in the office just a life style business loss making for 3 years and now declining tech revenue
This had its chance during the last 2 years with cost if living crisis and our family rent from MM contract ends in April just told I cannot buy my pad so it will be returned like many other renter I know
This is living on funes
Let remember why many are invested here at sub 20p - to bag
Hence my comment, anyone sub 20p average, I think have a good chance of being OK
RedOliv - Yes, my post the other day confirmed I have marginally lowered my target
(14 Mar 2024 10:54)
Looks like they are trying to fill some big orders. Shore sold more than they bought again yesterday and the two biggest trades today look like buys to me
From the thrashing the share price has got recently, it looks like pretty much all of them ;)
Any idea how many shares are in the 'available/retail' pool?
Sub-20, sounds like you're lowering your target?
I got in at around 12p Hedge and thanks for all of your posts so far, whilst I havent been posting, been reading with great interest - keep fighting the good fight!
Lucky number 7 indeed!
Sethi - Not sure when you invested here.
Hopefully your average is sub 20p and I think you have a good chance of of making this your lucky 7 investment
1. Selling Shell when I thought they were at the top
2. Not buying Bitcoin sooner
3. Serena Williams to hold her serve in a game of Tennis
4. Triple Whopper burger...the double is ample enough
5. Volcano Insurance
6. No, youre right, top 6 easy.
LOL what were the first 6?!
The 7th worst investment choice I have made in my entire life.
I thought they were, they dropped Peel Hunt a year or so ago.
Shore Capital are not the only market maker
Shore Capital are not the only market maker
I note that Shore Capital sold 10 shares yesterday for every 1 they bought.
220k sold, 20k bought
Someone obviously wanted their shares....
I hope that some of our derampers have got some short positions :-)
What a life you lead - hanging around a shopping centre for 1 hr and posting rubbish on this forum
What will your next deramp message be?
What have you averaged down up, are you sub-18p now? @Northern40
I will stay till 13.30 and report back on how many users
Pathetic attempt to de-ramp
Clearly Northern or his paymasters want you shares on the cheap!
I value MMAG at much more than the £7m mCap thank you
