I have rid myself now of all Aim shares. Why the holding rns here at such a late stage....There are a few in my wifes isa which were purchased when this was Concepta but they are virtually worthless..... Good Luck jamrock..

All the best and sometimes it’s best out of stocks all together.
The last two years have been a nightmare in Aim stocks except for a few like HE1 that have rocketed from lows. The thing is we never know the lows and the highs.
Does MHC have a future as a stand alone!.
I hope so but it will require something from the board to get the price to recover from near all time lows.
Financially I think MHC is in a healthier place than most predicted a few years ago and many stocks on the AIM but in truth it’s about expansion and growth.
I do hope Penny and the Chairman have something more to offer than just Boots as it’s clear Boots plan there own branded range.
I also wish MHC had used the cash to buy a distressed company while valuations were low. Now MHC finds itself a target for a takeover given its cash etc.
Surely results in a month or so but even I feel the markets need something special to push it back to the 20s which is a reasonable valuation based on cash alone.
It’s now in the hands of Penny
I can see this delisting from AIM and going private - far too expensive to remain listed on the revenue and EBIT generated vs. costs of maintaining the listing. The share consolidation has certainly not helped imo regarding increased liquidity in the shares and upward trajectory in the SP.
HotChip
Why would it delist if it’s making many.
I thought companies like GDR would delist instead they are raising money like confetti with the huge numbers of shares being issued.
Maybe I’m missing something but if a company is making money and debt free when others are needing to dilute then surely it’s been responsible in its finances and with a plan it could continue as a stand alone.
My question is why did so many including my self buy these in Covid if we truly didn’t believe it could survive.
Most over 80-90% down so let’s keep the faith and believe in the balance sheet.
Only 52m shares
No debt
Products
Revenue streams
Definitely a business in MHC if they can really tap into the wellness market.
Good luck to all LTHs including myself
Jam
I hope you are being paid as you are doing the job of a financial PR machine when seemingly Penny dont give a fig.
Sell and find something else.
This will halve on the next results and you will run out of years before you get your lolly back. Find something else.
Wessley sad to see but you are spot on and that is why I sold some time ago. The communication stream is the worst I have ever experienced and as far as Penny is concerned she cares not about the share price. Truly laughable and embarrassing. Good luck to those still in.
Rightly or wrongly I've sold out today. May be some upside but the lack of communication and progress suggests otherwise.
All the best to those who stay. If it doubles in the next few weeks then congratulations.
If it halves again which is possible as well as doubling then it’s one of them situations but when most are down 80% already does it matter either way!
I’ll wait to see see results but I remain positive and believe cash is king and for a small company they have not needed to dilute so that’s a positive
Says it all for me and everything that’s wrong with Penny who was lauded as the Messiah…..laughable
(Alliance News) - Abingdon Health PLC on Wednesday said its saliva pregnancy self test is now available across the UK and online.
The tests, which have been developed in partnership Salignostics and Crest Medical Ltd, will be sold as a Boots UK Ltd own brand product.
Will Penny deliver!.
I think MHC must prove new products are bedding in.
Markets not interested in anything other than good news.
Pennys time shine!

53 sold in 24hrs!
Is MHC in trials with NHS or something!
Never seen this many sold in 24rs before. Need MHC to do a deal with NHS allowing patients to buy direct tests without GP appointments needed.
Maybe I’m a little optimistic but seems a perfect way to gain traction.
The government recently announced 7 products not ours to be sold direct to patients to help with Overload on GPs.
Come on Penny surely the time is near for some announcements
Article in Cambridge News with comment from MHC ahead of World Thyroid Day on Saturday
This test is quite interesting, Thryoid issues can indicate some pretty serious diagnoses. So it makes sense why this test would sell well.
Hopefully there is something of interest with the upcoming reuslts. It has been far too long now.
How long before selling price is raised to encourage sellers. Spread is a joke
MHC in the top risers?! What year is this, 2020!?
