Potentially this can go higher if someone wants this private with a substantial stake so they may test the mkt at 2p and keep rising until they get between 10-15% of the stock.
As far as buy/selling shares is concerned I can’t imagine anyone not experiencing losing out on the odd occasion as that is the downside of investing, unless you put you cash in a fixed savings account and earn very little interest. My capital is spread across many different investments but the majority is in the stock market. Overall I am slightly down but I will be actively investing for the next 10/12 years so I am very patient.
Are,I've had oil turn into water and lost 95% before 8 am,that's hard to take
I've seen his reports on here and advn,he is a long term holder, but states he brought and sold on Fri with a free carry, but I can't see how he can have a free carry if he brought months ago, there again what do I know, but I will say he is actually correct, but the problem is the mechanics have changed, thanks to handro.i can see this rising more if the buying pressure continues, especially as only 15© free float, good luck all
My feeling is Robizm would much prefer his investment to transfer into the new private company as his initial investment is possibly worth around 60k so going private rather than selling for 2p is his preferred option, the last thing he wants and is worried about is the company going into administration as he looses the lot, I have some sympathy is this is the case but having a go at folk taking advantage of this situation is unfair, this is investing and all of us are here to make cash, I do feel for anyone losing money but that is the stock market for you, we all know the risks , GLA what ever your motivation.
I think it can hit 3.5/4.0 in the next 3 weeks.im hoping for a high volume on Monday morning, and expecting a few tr1,s over the next few weeks.my reasoning is it could hit this price is before the handro sale there was only 15%in free-float,I welcome other people's thoughts,me I'm going long on a free float, even if it does go private.but if it hits a crazy price I might bail.is anyone else having this statagy or am I crazy,.many thanks
Robizm is an odd one. She/he/it lost nearly £5,000 over the afternoon and they keep on disparaging the company. Weird behaviour, Morse should also contact their employer as divulging confidential information.
I saw 0.4 and brought at 0.5,thanks to dom Bella,so yes I'm a free carrier,my attention turns to the next 3 weeks,I fore see a slight retrace Mon/Tues,but am I ambitious enough to think this can hit 4p within the next 3 weeks,,that's my take on a free carry, who knows where this baby will go too.
As someone has already pointed out, in May you said you bought £16,000 worth at 9p and would wait on results.
There are no posts from you and forming people that you had sold.
You brag about a free carry, but in reality there is no such thing. People just use that phrase to cover their ****s in case the share price drops so they can pretend they broke even which they might have done but they still missed the opportunity to make an even bigger profit.
In your last post you say you bought "loads" at 0.3p. If you did you must have had perfect timing because with the spread the ask was never 0.3.
With all of your badly written posts you have exposed yourself as the big fraud that you are and most experienced posters on here I know this to be a fact.
You are obviously just envious of everybody who really did buy in at a rock-bottom price on Thursday and who have made some serious money while you just watch on the side lines.
Sorry for venting fellow posters, but after a few well deserved whiskies I could not help myself.

I have always said it is heads or tales. I bought loads at £0.003 and sold quite a few. If they sort everything out get the SOA away and don’t raise until 2024 they will have time to demonstrate the business can make money the share price will rise and they will not have to raise new capital at a low share price. To build this business would cost millions so business would be worth say £30 million and raise £20 million the business going forward making £10 to 30 million a year with no complaints in 5 years time it would be a valuable business. That is the good outcome I hope for
Maybe he meant , Dead Good Company.
Ro-BIZ; I am confused - as this is dead company why didn't you sell up today?
They don’t have long term as they have suspended complaints on the 11th August 2022. The complaints are still building up as the claims companies have them in their systems sights. First they have to get the Scheme Of Arrangement accepted and then they have to raise £20 million in 2024. If the SOA is sorted it will help but all those new shareholders will not commit to 20 new shares for every one they hold. They have paid out £15 million in complaints this year and still have many thousands on hold.
Institutions are selling out and PI won’t contribute to a rescue rights issue. I suggest you do a bit of research over the weekend
Who knows what’s going to happen long term
This will sure be traded to death and will hit much higher in the coming weeks. 6-8p i am sure will be seen
Roll on Monday !
This one was down to the compensation claims. I deal with the sector (fca) and could see the claims building. All the other players affected shut down the affected sector (provident non standard finance ) straightaway as they would have took the whole company (nsf almost dead).
Mcl and Amigo tried to keep lending by doing SOA. Amigo might survive with a big cash injection. I personally think Morse have left it too late (I have a free carry). They still have a strong balance sheet but paying £20 million compensation they have to raise will dilute current shareholders. Going private means the large shareholder who floated it can do what they like.
If they had shut Home Credit and went online only they would still be viable. Their customers will be hit the hardest by the cost of living crisis as well
Beer, I’m the same as you, bought loads on the way down and lost quite a bit
Sold all my holdings today too. I did buy some yesterday also but not a lot compared to how much I bought previously.
Lessons learned- stay diversified
The IIs are bailing so I figured it’s time to sell

It looks like some have done very nicely over the last day or so on this share. Having bought in about a year ago, and topped up / averaged down since, my experience has been rather at the other end of the scale, although I exited today much better off than I would have done yesterday. Still, a big loss crystalised, which can be offset against some other gains in terms of tax, but scratching my head to work out where I went wrong in the first place, and what I could do differently next time. A year ago, I was sure people would need non mainstream bank finance, Morses had a good refinitive rating, was paying a dividend, and generally looked like one of the sounder investments in this sector. Seems the collapse is not down to poor research, taking a high risk, but matters totally beyond shareholder’s control or knowledge. I guess there will always be the odd one like this, and perhaps the best lesson is to remain diversified, as I really didn’t see this one coming 12 months or so ago, and I don’t believe the writing was in any way on the wall back then. GLA.
Got some free ride shares to hold over weekend let’s hope this company comes good, well at least on Monday good luck all
What's the chances of a takeover?
4 recent RNS say if things don’t go their way they go into Administration and I am a paid deramper ffs
Rob
You are a total tool mate. Every business has the risk to go under if things dont go their way. Which MM are you working. You have been relentlessly deramping all day. Let the chips fall where they are made. Everyone knws what they have got themselves into. All adults here.
In @0.5 out at 1.7,sold my steak and now sit on a nice free ride, won't ever forget this share, its the stuff of dreams
But robizm, I think most people buying today do not care two hoots whether the company goes into administration or prospers going forward - they (like me) just want to try and take advantage of this trading frenzy to make a bit of dosh over the next week or so.
You are a ramping idiot. You have no knowledge just sucking in punters for your own ends. Can you guarantee Morse will prosper going forward. No you can’t. can this go into administration if things don’t go it way yes it can. So do one idiot
Dom
Thanks for today made all the money rob lost middle of last year
Have a good weekend see you Monday
Morses Club, up almost three-fold at 1.34 pence, 12-month range 0.30p-59.11p. Shares jump after a 60% fall to 0.47p for the Nottingham-based doorstep lender on Thursday. Morses on Friday says that JO Hambro Capital Management Ltd sells its entire stake in the company. JO Hambro had owned 8.8 million shares and had committed to support the company's proposed delisting from AIM. This means shareholder support for the delisting announced on Thursday has fallen to just under 45% from 51%. It needs the support of 75% of shareholders.
