Doc83, if something is of national importance, do you really think they will be slow on acting on it or do you think there is a matter of urgency ?
Not sure you understand very well
surf1.... maybe he was just letting us know that the land issue is almost sorted that's my take on it

Raptor will only spud in June IF the drill contractor has completed its other jobs. AND it's a 20% chance of hitting oil.
I have a great deal of time for Mike Buck and I too am excited about drilling Velociraptor and also getting licenced up but I am not exactly sure what this RNS is about, it tells us nothing that we didnt know already.
Perfect timing for Heron oil to come online this summer.
All document ALREADY prepare & sent to Ministeries.
How long you really think National Importance document take to sign now after all Ministry receive it?
You really want to take chance when probably Cabibet sit every week or 2 week?
Be sensible & happy :)
Mr sneaky Doc this is why we must use some common sense sir
If something of NATIONAL IMPORTANCE and URGENT and will straight re-rate the price by multiple (even you say well above 10p) then bigger danger is missing this and not in sitting confortabky with shares in hand.
You say you are balance but what is practical use of you say yes is urgent but do not know
Sometime must use common sense & not post for own sneaky trade agenda sir.
Be happy :)
Once the LP lands the MMs will not be capable of providing for an orderly SP rise - the way it looks the MMs will lose control and the SP will go ballistic! (the MMs hate that!)
Agree master82: Some call it a tree shake - ridiculous!
Dirty tricks being played to collect cheap shares.
Cormie and ID78: I've been invested since 2010, accumulated quite a bit in 2016 and missed the highs at the end of February 2017 - it's all so clear in hindsight (should've, would've could've).
It has now taken another 6 years and this time it could actually come even better - a lot better. Wishing you the best of luck!
iamrich: "Don't read the board if it bothers you that much lol, the rest of us can be as positive as we want to be"
And we can be as negative as we want? Although I'd argue I'm just trying to be balanced.
The paperwork might have been drawn up, but it has NOT yet been passed to cabinet as far as I can see? And we do not know how long it might take for cabinet to approve, even though it is of national importance.
So where is the 5p WOS ? Do you not think it is time now to shut the f":& up until we get some concrete news. This will be £50 a share by friday?
Mid-summer price surge?
Meanwhile, Tamas Varga, an analyst at PVM Oil Associates, said that if the OPEC cuts are fully implemented then the oil balance should flip into deficit in the second quarter and further deepen in the second half of the year.
“Effectively setting a floor of $80 basis Brent (BZ=F) and sending the price over $90/bbl when demand growth starts accelerating after June,” he added.
"Goldman Sachs (GS) also raised its Brent forecast after the OPEC+ announcement — from $90 to $95 a barrel by the end of the year".
