Just say you don't know if you don't know
& BTW you didn't answer my earlier question - WAS PM DISCUSSED AT THE RECENT (MINING) CABINET MEETING?
WOS you don't half spout some rubbish! Think you know other folks investments & strategy, sneaky this & pants down that, what a load of old tripe. You don't know your backside from your elbow matey.
Good to hear from you WOS. I totally agree with you. GLA
Macron says Mongolia to supply critical metals for green push

LP WILL come and why get fast track through special cabinet permission.
If you think WILL NOT come but you still hold "larger position" then think you are liar. This have been price before when same person try to talk share down but BUY at same time.
What do you think he do now when he know RNS about to come. Sneaky ;)
Person who say LP delay until refinery because "Govt want to keep all oil for themself" maybe do not think like sensible person think. Govt will lose revenue from production through PSC. Very simple unless you are simple ;)
Mr Master ask you to think why all different country visit Mongolia and talk about business & energy/ mining? New Govt open up for foreign investment & invite money in.
Now think of Petro Matad / Mongol Govt meeting in Isle of Man. Think can only be to set up new partnership company which will be part of foreign joint venture Operation in Mongolia with company who have in country experience. This is Petro Matad.
This us logic simple & does not need visit to a sneaky Doc to understand.
Be Happy but not simple but easily mislead :)
Doc why do you think all these flies are buzzing around the sh.t . Mongolia is at the centre at the moment. Its never been this busy . The war has changed everything . Also west afraid China might takeover the mining industry like they have in African countries
Because there has only been 15 cabinet meetings this year . Only last week oil companies were discussed.
If you check the topics they were all different and was not oil related.
Mrpam minister was in parliament las week and oil companies were discussed in cabinet meeting.
we waiting around a year for EL and same discussion was going on i was doubting it too. And finally PM was given it after a year .
LP has been discussed for a while and mrpapm minister had paperwork ready for signing . Won't be far off.
Some late night reading…

Master - in that case, why wasn’t LP given 6 months ago or within the 1-3 months quoted?
Locals can't do anything. Just look at PC situation. PC has broken so many rules but the production doesn't stop.
PM is stone throw away from PC facilities and Heron is over the fence. Check google map . I can help you with exact locations.
Exploitation licence is given and LP will be granted soon.
I would be gone if i didn't think LP was not going to be given.
Sorry predictive texts take over my phone keyboard and I should really check before posting
I don't think there will eBay RNS tmrw u less we have the LP or anything to add, all matd have down is created a joing company which probably doesn't have any business agreed to it at this stage so not worth a RNS, or is price sensitive really, but the plans to go in the eco energy side of business is already known,
Does anyone think that the LP maybe be signed this week? Would this JV held up the LP?
“Doc, we all know that you have sold and try to buy back. ”
Yawn. I most likely have a larger position in MATD than you do.
“Till the opposite is proved I am very positive that LP will come soon and expected next week. ”
I’m the other way around. There have been endless delays and continue to be. Until the opposite is proved (LP finally given), I’ll continue to expect no news!
Tomorrow morning will be interesting. By now the mms and the company will be aware that PM holders are aware of this new company being registered following the IOM meeting. MMs check these boards and holders have emailed the company. This may precipitate an earlier RNS than had been planned. My hope is that until now MB has not issued news because all he would have had is that V1 is gonna be later than he had intimated and LP is still pending, ie... bad news which would negatively effect SP. In the background he seems to have been working on a deal which he cannot divulge until it is done. Hopefully now that he knows that we know something is going on he may issue a statement. Either way I would expect a positive day tomorrow as the MMs can ise this new info as a means to charge more for our shares.
We all know that LP confirmation is overdue.
We all know that ministry of mining has promised to sort this out.
We know that oil/H LP is of national importance.
We all know that MB is as eager as we are if not more to get LP sorted.
We still have time to sort out LP and I believe it will.
As I said my guess is that MB intentially is waiting to get LP sorted before spud date.
However we are a bit disappointed that LP hasn't landed yet and the share price is under 10p.
Till the opposite is proved I am very positive that LP will come soon and expected next week.
I don't see why MG doesn't approve LP.
Guys, why MB would be on IOM if for a second he thought that MG wouldn't approve LP?
Doc, your question isn't genuine, is it? You just talking down MATD hoping to effect the share price which I doubt. Doc, we all know that you have sold and try to buy back.
Enjoy your evening guys, all.
“No one is giving a good reasons why LP won't be granted”
How about because we are STILL waiting?! Genuine question - when exactly did the right to grant LP legally move from local to central government? I honestly can’t remember.
But it’s been a long time so why the continued delays? Presumably because they don’t want to p155 off the locals (voters). So, if the locals continue to really dig their heels in and cause all manner of issues, the government might decide to not bother extracting oil in that area because, as has been mentioned, there is plenty of oil elsewhere.
Clearly, I hope this doesn’t turn out to be the case. But it’s rumbling on and on. May quickly disappearing and another month gone.
Anyway, there’s a genuine reason why it could go wrong.
BP - Looks like - in that case - you feel comfortable with unfounded accusations - irrespective of their nature. I don't.
Suit yourself.
All good the sun came out today on our mountain so lots of time out with the dogs. No longer bored border collies.
// I would call your statements to be unfounded accusations.//
Most of the stuff on here is pure supposition due to the lack of news from the company & the clandestine intentions of the GoM.
SirBob: What do you know? I would call your statements to be unfounded accusations. In addition, I don't get this "refinery stalling argument" - it simply makes no business sense (we've been hearing it for many months now).
Thx for your contributions - even if I don't always agree.
@CW how’s your dog training going ?
If all good news lands this will be 20p + imo
