Mongolian is hard to learn unless you are a cunning linguist.
Another day and still waiting for the fabulous RNS!
Have a lovely day guys,
From next year we can all go and supervise our investment. visa? NO problem. would be digital!
Come on MB. We just need a brilliant RNS saying H1 starts immediately.
The Government of Mongolia is implementing the "New Revival Policy" which is important to create the basic conditions for the effective implementation of the long-term development policy of Mongolia "Vision-2050" approved by the State Parliament. In this policy document, it was decided that the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs will develop the revised draft of the Investment Law.
In this context, the Ministry of Foreign Investment Legal Framework ” discussion on the topic was organized today /2022.09.12 /. H. Nyambaatar, Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs, opened the discussion. In his speech, he said, "The process of resolving disputes will be expedited. Civil proceedings are settled quickly with lower costs. Switch to this system. The system change that will be made at the end of this year will be a change in the structure of the court decision enforcement organization. A project has been developed and submitted to make foreign investors understand that the legal system is becoming more understandable. It is necessary to pay more attention to the implementation of laws and regulations.Changes aimed at foreign investors include the simplification of visas and legal reforms. Now there is a problem. By the end of this year, the main work of digitization of the ministry will be completed. Next year, the foreign passports of Mongolian citizens will be completely electronic. This will increase the physical amount of foreign investment coming to our country. emphasized that.
On this occasion, the Deputy Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs, B. Solongoo, presented the draft of the "Revision of the Investment Law". Also, H. Batjargal, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy and Development, "Research presentation of the last 5 years of foreign investment" and Brigadier General Ts. Oyuntsetse, Deputy Head of the General Department of Court Decision Enforcement and Head of the Decision Enforcement Service, gave a speech on the topic of "Opinions and conclusions on the execution of decisions related to individuals and legal entities with foreign investments and the execution of international court and arbitration decisions of foreign countries." provided information. We might get an RNS before bowley gets back to us with any news!
Kokopellicamping.co.uk just waiting for this to get to 8p then I can buy a new hymer for me and the missus
Climbing Wooster, I just drove back from Italy , missed your campsite…and duty free!
Could you pick me up a new Yurt and bring it to your campsite in Italy please?
Bowley, once you’ve completed Manro’s list, could you pick up some duty free for me on the way back, 18 bottles of Bacardi and 800 cigarettes, preferably Marlboro Gold. Thanks mate, hope that’s not too much trouble.
Hi Hamm,
I have heard the news that Chinese tech company appoints an AI powered virtual humanoid robot as a CEO. Therefore, I am thinking to write and advise Petrovis to use such a great experience of the Chinese and replace this slacker if there no drillings this year.
After all with such a replacement they can establish not only proper discipline and work order in the company but help us to pay much less money for wages as well as office maintenance of its completely useless management.
Therefore, not everything is as bad as it might seem. I hope also that our oil at Heron will not be stolen by Petro China while we are in wait of good news :-)
Have a good day, buddy.
Isn't it amazing that MB keeps saying Mongolian government has been supportive but after 3 years we haven't got LP yet?!
What is this bloooooooooy support then? Fancy if they were obstructive what would happen to us!
Well said Manro and Thanks to Bowely.
Bowley, it would be extremely important not only to find out whether this worthless CEO is now but also what kind of atmosphere reigns in the office of the founder of the company - Petrovis. Please try to meet and get acquainted, if not with the management then at least with ordinary employees of Petrovis. In communication with them, you could learn a lot. And in particular, what else, besides covid, can be the reason for such a dismissive attitude of the central and municipal government bodies towards the needs of Petro Matad, which differs sharply from the constantly false statements of MB about huge support.
Have a nice journey and safe return.
Always good to have someone else do the work you don't want to do yourself.
Bowley, please find out also if MB is finally back to Mongolia or not.
Thanks
Not much trust left unfortunately.
MB needs to get himself together really.
I wonder what the so called 'blue chip guys' think? If they do exist!
Given the Government’s interest in getting local oil production up and running, might they enquire into why this has been so delayed? Given progress in other projects in country it is implausible that the delay has been solely due to the reasons offered by Mike Buck.
I fly to UB on the 17th on government business.
I will send someone down to the Soum to have a look.
It’s either there or it’s not.
//MB/MATD should learn to be transparent!//
MB Is so transparent he's like the invisible man (at times)!
Either equipment is at the site or crossed the border or stuck at the border it would be fair to issue an RNS and clarify the situation. MB/MATD should learn to be transparent!
But he had said equipment on route ? So that is the final news on the equipment imo it’s either going to be stuck due to covid back log or stuck due to land access.
I know I’m thinking on the negative side but the equipment surely should have landed by now and I would have thought he would have RNSd that info to give shareholders confirmation timelines are on track from the video
GLA
Yes so do I but to me seems to be logical
.
The weather in Mongolia is quite warm/hot this year.
Hopefully No news is good news!
Come on MB/MATD.
I really hope you're right Ibiza.
