And still under 5 million m/c . Bargain for new investors or potential traders gla
As a LTH I'm trying to be disciplined by not buying anymore having averaged down over time - the price here looks very attractive, and certianly all the pointers are to a rerate. Not sure about the market waking up to it as volume is still very low but it seems that news is imminent, so lets see what happens over the next month or so....
LTHs will be happy.
Market waking up on this now
Full ask of 050 paid there.
Well it's moving up now
Going to pop any time mm's want full 0.5p for 500k
Buying down at this level is a full 1p lower than what the 29.9% holder paid.
Great to buy in at this level.
No debt
£8M due for the mine
Diamond mining start imminent.
I know there are LTHs sitting on large losses but you can't deny that this is way undervalued.
For new investors this is steal.
Let’s not get excited - about 12 grands worth of shares trading hands today. Many on this board have many times that amount - a few sells and we will be back down
Really need some days when volume of 15-25m but we need news and communication for that to happen
Just nice to see a stock rise and hold all it's gains with no sales. See what happens when people buy and do not sell again within a few hours for a whopping loss...stocks rise and hold gains...amazing ain't it
The whiff has been there many times before, it's just come and go.....pretty much like the promises from the BOD.....
We need some news with substance for a change.
Moving up nicely, all buys,
Under the radar this one.
Just need a whiff of positive news now.
Gla
Any gain would be underpinned only if we get positive news .....something I am fully expecting, could and should be good time to invest here,IMHO.
GLA.
Another 1.25 million bought under the KZG.GB Ticker too. Are things finally going to pick up?
KZG are owed £8M,that's over twice our Mcap,
With the strategic investor holding 29.9% at 1.5p investing £4.2M for that tranche.
Added again today, with now a good holding.
Gla
April could be a key month. Worth a flutter imo.....
Investors smelling the coffee.
1.5p target for moi.
Almost 2 million bought this morning, no signs of movement yet
I understand the sentiment but you will be wrong, funky. There are several substantive differences this time compared to previous times. They are mostly in plain sight. GLA
Anyone want to hazard a guess of how many times we have heard that statement over the last 8 years?
It’s like a broken record.
One thing will be true. It will be 2026 and we will get a statement from our new CEO who will say Transformation News is just around the corner.
Hope am wrong, but I will be right.
Agree with this really, the BOD will have to prove their worrh to regain my trust as a VLT holder !
Love your optimism fight man
For long term holders I expect your posts should read
(1) we COULD be cash positive but unlikely based on history of BOD
(2) we MAY have someone interested in the mine but this is likely to drag on
Agree that strategic investor paid 1.5p although this was agreed early last year - would they have paid that now ?
First target is 0.5p for me
Not a criticism of your post and love your optimism- I have learnt over the years with KZG and formerly Kennedy ventures to be glass 90% empty with this co
Grossly discounted to NAV at 0.4
Our largest holder paid £4.2M for their 29.9% stake, they put a fair value of £12.5M for the company in December.
Current Mcap £3.75M.
We are going to be cash positive short term and are owed £8M for the mine sale with another buyer lined up.
No one can deny the upside here.
Bought more today and shall add further.
First target 1.5p ,
I really can’t see Andrada being interested in TVM: they have an absolute monster of a resource of their own, and more than enough work to do developing and expanding their own operation.
Still, the RNS does confirm that Dennis is talking to a potential new buyer of TVM, which would be a very positive development in my view
Harvd - I emailed kzg's advisors earlier with the info about Andrada and just received a nice reply from their Paul Dulieu thanking me and saying will pass on to KZG in case they are not aware of Andrada's interests in Namibia!
Who knows? From little acorns.....
May offer mine at knockdown price to reflect what we have been paid already.
Doubt they will want to do anything until we are cash generative as we can’t really afford to take over the running cost of the mine.
Still don’t see anything transformational happening this side of the summer
