See my KNOS comment in Dark..vital UK public sector supplier and very highly regarded ...excellent long term investment still. BJSS is the Leeds based unlisted near equivalent and is worth buying if the founders come to market as they near retirement
Just been looking at smaller companies funds on trustnet and having found one that looked good I had a look at the portfolio which had kainos on the list after checking them out decided to buy as I think the sp is ok even at this sp.
Ooooo Excited - i may get a lower top-up point.
I want to double up on this, now that i have some funds from a recent profitable sale :)
My gut feel that the market makers have exhausted shaking out weak bulls with the gyrations above and below. £20.
I'd expect 2075 by Friday with £20 not to be broken again.
There is a big buyer in the market mopping up shares on dips.
SP is above mathemtical valuations.... So maybe something in the air.
Whatever people do don't sell and get shaken out!!
Must be time for a DIP again so i can buy more :)
This one goes up up UP and then DOWN and then up up UP , more ups then down over time, Happy days :)
AGM will be on this Thursday and will go ex-divi next Thursday, not much only 15.1p(0.76%) but better than none hey....hehe
Yes, still looks full of steam. Probably will see this over £20 next week. Long may it continue. Good luck everyone and have a nice weekend.
Brokers don't have a good track record so I tend to ignore them.
Price action is very positive... Shares are bought on any sizeable fall.
I think there is a big buyer in the market and has been for a few weeks.
Only half way to £40 but has already passed all brokers' target prices. Will this keep on going??...... Hahahaha
The strategy will be entry into the FT100 by end of 2023.
Shares need to be around £40 a share.
Momemtum will grow as FT100 trackers start to take notice.
Kainos is reputable and ethical.
A perfect IT company to join the elite.
yes, as far as sd from mean is concerned its fairly stretched. todays price action and probable daily candle will point to a nearterm peak.
It will all become clear soon.
Yes, the 100 status on thr cards at some point so more buyers for sure. Not many sellers around.
Barcap, fully agree. Stellar performance in 2021 so far with 100 status potentially??
Can't believe more people aren't on this discussion board.
Progressive and well run technology company on very ethical grounds.
Now it looks like a "buyer" is continually in the market.
Maybe I'm talking to myself here but a lot further to go in the long term.
I've made and making a packet on this one!
Kainos needs to consolidate after recent big rises and a dip below 1700 would not be a surprise.
The "buyer" is absent today and probably return when the price has fallen a bit further.
Stake building by someone IMO
There has been consistent buyer(s) in the market over the last week.
Reappear everytime falls.
Takeover... Maybe or just some well informed investors.
I'm sure it will become clear soon!
£20 could be on the cards by the end of the year?
Just joined the discussion boards.
Held Kainos for a while now and this investment has quality long term investment written all over it. Holding it in my SIPP and will outperform most shares over next 5-10 years with limited risk.
Ethically run company and dome very clever employees in Northern Ireland.
Don't get shaken out by short term events or negative comments on any BB.
Quality!
on close higher high needed so not quite there yet.
looks like you got your wish :)
i bought the dip but will be adding once 1475 is broken on a closing basis, or on a dip after that has happened. time will tell.
Might be time to average down :)
higher tha average volumer already and a strong upside move suggests the momentume is swinging higher. if it can clear 15 quid this one will be back on track within its well defined medium term uptrend.
