I love Kainos but margins getting squeezed big time.
I've sold all my holding at 100% profit and moved it into Volution Group FAN. L at 515p.
From one great company to another!

A 3% rise in profits against a PE of 50+ is equivalent to a PEG of ~17 - suggesting overpriced. So it all comes down to whether you believe this level of profit growth is here to stay. In their statement KNOS say they see 'current profit margin levels as our expected long-term profit trend'. Which means that if revenue continues to grow at the current 30%pa then profit will grow correspondingly at 30%pa. If this proves the case, and indeed currently there seems to be no let up in demand for their services, then PEG reduces to a far more reasonable 2. Personally given the track record of this company (it's my only ten-bagger), I'm more than happy to hold (DYOR).

Yes, it bounces up well, back to £19.00 once again....perhaps £20 next week or soon.....
Nice retrace yet again
Why would one invest here, it appears way over valued. Profit needs to increase 300% from current or 20% per year for 6 years and the mcap to remain the same as now for it earn in profit 6% of its current valuation. What's with the price to book ratio as well?
No real reason for drop
Yes, maybe I should have waited until today before topping up. Hahahaha
Hmmmm, You may have jumped in a little bit too early :)
But this just keeps going North so given a little time you'll be fine.
..... results were not outstanding but good, so I topped up @1874p when people are panicked. It will rebound.
To enter the FTSE100 needs at least £5b market-cap. We are only just half, still a long way to go yet......lol

Right, we are now over £20 but took much longer than first anticipated. Almost two months not a week I was hoping, but anyway, we are here. That's all that matters. Let's hope this upward trend will go on and on. Good luck everyone and God bless.
Me to tomorrow. Plus s4 capital

Better to buy after it goes ex div as there should be a drop.
Anyone who wants the dividend must buy by end of Wednesday.
Big dividend considering its a growth share!
If you're lucky the big buyer will stay clear until. wednesday!
Another 2% drop form now and I will be fairly happy to buy .
Charles,
Who knows.... But been a big buyer in the market for a few weeks now.
£20 has been played with by the market makers for a while, so only a matter of time it will go above £20 and not come back.
If you're lucky may get a bad market day this week and they slam everything down... But don't hold your breath!
Cheers

Cheers Barcap.
Off topic, but to add to my very successful portfolio I have added Alphawave IP Group at 371p.
Do your oen research but I looked into them quite thoroughly before buying.
Good luck all.

Welcome to the club.
May not be as dynamic as DarkTrace but on a risk reward basis is difficult to beat.
Good Luck

A lot of familiar names here from the Darktrace BB, looks like we all have the same idea
