I can see this continuing to rise up until Divi day
They are providing consistent profits and dividends.
They have a dominant position in their market, and their growth into water filtration that removes micro plastic is massive.
In a market of uncertainty, have a strong share with a dividend is a blessing
Stockopedia says, “Strix has increased its dividend payout 4 times over the past 10 years - and the dividend per share is forecast to grow by 3.78% in the coming year”. At Divi cover 1.6 times with a reliable 4% yield & growing. Stockopedia is tipping Strix and the shares are currently undervalued. Meaning Strix shares will go up, the Capital Growth and Dividend Growth at the Same Time!
Dividend date: 12 May 2022 (Thu)
Looking forward to getting a nice cash payment while the rest of the market drops, thank you Strix for supporting your share holders.
With difficult market conditions growing, having a share with a dividend coming is great.
Shares on way up now
Dividend on the way.
Hold and get paid, nice and easy :)
The Algo bots are clearing sellers looks like. Today’s selling are low value trades. The recent news of Strix Directors buying shares, Shroders Funds upping stake to 9%, decent Strix trading results with 2022 profits up, a higher stable dividend & more dividend rises on the way and low Strix shares valuation should push the shares higher. Also I expect more RNS news flow on contracts. The May dividend is welcome & it’s upto the BoDs what strategic direction to go. Either sell out Strix on a Takeover Bid or acquire new companies to push up profits. I think all Main Strix Directors including The CEO are buying Strix cheap shares to benefit from a Takeover Bid. Final stake, looks at those weak attempts to bring down the price!
We have a platform, and guess what, with the major funds needing to show a return to clients they will be looking for dividend shares.
And guess who has a dividend in the way :)
Strix, Net debt excluding IFRS 16 lease liabilities increased to £51.2m from £37.2m, which funded the Laica acquisition, investment in growth opportunities, and new manufacturing operations in China.
That represented a net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA ratio, calculated on a trailing 12-month basis, of 1.3x.
That is well below 2-2.5x normal industrial company debt levels but debt has risen due to Strix investments primarily.
Strix described its free cash flow generation as "strong", with operating free cash flow to EBITDA conversion at 70%, before financing, tax and exceptional factory capital expenditure.
Strix PE is not high for a monopoly market leader with stable & reliable high cash flow & high profit margins business. Strix shares are a buy at these low share price levels.
Dividend on the way, and in uncertain markets that's what the big money want to reassure their backers. Great strong company with dominant market position, and little affect from current negative world situations.
Strix for the win!
Looks like the tree shake has finished, no major sellers left.
Can see that traders are using usual tactics to shake the tree but everyone left is now a holder.
Time to load and hold.
Dividend on the way for good payday

Your opinion Unhooked. Just clock off if you want, don’t need to look anymore at this chat board . Unhook yourself. I don’t ramp but give some info, opinions which may help others. Just all DYOR.
Must resolve to stop checking in here. All I read is constant, mindless ramping from 2 or 3 individuals - I'm learning nothing from this board.
Massive potential in this company.
They have a dominant position in the kettle, electrical, and water purifier business.
500 target price and potential for acquisition.
Rerate coming.

Shroders, The Big Funds Manager has increased it’s Strix share holdings to 9% (7% previous). This is a big vote of confidence in Strix Group. Together with Octopus Investments they are a top shareholder & any Strix Takeover Bid will see them use their clout. Shroders know Strix is substantially undervalued, they have picked up Strix shares on the cheap & I think would endorse a Strix takeover at realistic fair value of around 500p plus.
price has stabilised and reached the floor.
looks like the platform is built to move up, and tons of upside to this share price.
very exciting times and looking forward to the dividend on the way and share price moving back to the 300's
Another £500K buy trade or so today. See bigger buyers coming in. Then flush out sellers with trading algo’s taking price to 203p for sellers after 211p buyers yesterday. This suggests share prices set to go much higher after sweeping.
Company is in a fantastic position.
And major sellers are being cleared now.
Couple of big buys and this will rerate right back up to the 300 easily
Liberum Broker says Strix is a Top Tier Industrial Stock with a Buy rating 370p . Growth on track with Environmental, Social and Governance credentials to the fore.
Strix maybe worth around 500p, fair value. So joteller you maybe right.
Fair value to buy the company, potentially about £1b, which equals about 483 a share.
This means a potential of 187% profit on shares from here!
Strix does not have the resources to grow like it wants. Their best chance is to sell Strix to a larger company. That way Strix can release substantial shareholder value back to shareholders. A Bid Takeover of Strix is now on the cards. The Strix BoDs sold a load of shares for personal reasons last time triggering big share price fall but now want to buy back in a concerted effort, main Directors bought shares at 199 pence . So my guess is they are lining up a Takeover Bid for Strix as they will also make a lot of money as well.
