If there is a delay Obs and we are some weeks behind, it is also possible that the done deal comes from this:
"agree with the suspension of the assessment of the requests made in the New Debtor Manifestation, with the which the Union immediately agrees" - perhaps we agreed to this. Otherwise I can't make complete sense of it all just yet. Nor what Dev is actually appealing.
Which was why I suggested an RNS as we are obviously just making our best guess.
I wonder what parts of the information in our RNS 29th Mar they are asking to be corrected ..... I suspect one of them maybe that we are aligned - & there was me thinking RNS's should be correct & verifiable .... Banks don't seem to agree on this one......
@bannor, It's the price of the Ore. We are actually selling it at 58% which subsequent RNS's state. The numbers are there in the hoard. I suspect the reluctance to RNS is partly due to the banks picking over it.
@EV. Beat me to it. We mention: "Iron Ore 62% Fe, CFR China at US$167.05 per tonne (26/02/2021)", but don't clarify that we are actually selling 58% @$141,14/t
EV yes that's one but below suggests multiple (or at least 2) discrepancies however my point really was that detail in RNS's should be accurate & verifiable but it seems not to be the case from our BoD .... I suspect it's carelessness combined with a lack of appropriate diligence as our RNS's have left a lot to be desired in terms of spelling, syntax & errors in the past as well.
Jeez I hope they get this across the line soon.....
Agreed @Bannor, they won't be getting any gold stars for attention to detail from me. Hopefully we pay others to do that where it really matters!
Perhaps it was re-assessed as a lower grade after the RNS.
@Obs the ore follow up document which clarified all of this was dated "25 Jun 2021." it does make you think the courts are quite a bit behind.
.....as in RNS details you mean .... I think Mrs Padovsky needs a little chastising LoL
@MBW Salaries/Fees 31st Dec 2019 £418k
Salaries/Fees/Bonus 31st Dec 2020 £563.33k

Indeed @EV. The courts do seem mostly to be summarising what has already happened. Interesting find about calendar days from 2160378-61.2021.8.26.0000, though this particular case doesn't look important to us.
ev / only 7 booked till the end of October that is nearly 4 months, l would like to see the data please
The 5th July lines up with these:
05/07/2021 Conclusos para Decisão
05/07/2021 Conclusos para Despacho
So perhaps there is still another decision pending.
Glencore and Navision Shipping and $141/t were clearly named in the hoard document dated the 25th June so in theory we are quite a bit further forward then the published judgement suggests.
@Maddog I know you would :). There is nothing stopping us booking more vessels on Pier 2 going forward as it's not very busy.
ev / only 7 booked till the end of October that is nearly 4 months, l would like to see the data please
@Obs another thing, the 2nd Bordero referenced in the Judgement is in the hoard and dated 21st of June so some parts of this judgement clearly pre-date that.
1) "The Judicial Administrator informs that will consider the data for payment for the purposes of preparing the 2nd Bordero of payments"
Any guesses on the "requests made in the New Debtor Manifestation"? I'm not exactly sure what the "New Debtor Manifestation" is or if it's mentioned anywhere in the hoard?
Nova Manifestação Devedora
yes but can not find it , l keep looking Mike..
l keep waiting to see if White Bay is going pops round the corner to pick up our ore.
come on then EV give us a clue the s/p would move up loads with that info"?
She's still full of fert Maddog:
https://www.portodoitaqui.ma.gov.br/porto-agora/navios/esperados
Offloading 21/7 if I understand the above. Should be next in B102 after Midjur
i can’t see why we would withdraw or suspend that now… it’s our only backstop if the banks continue to delay indefinitely…
yes l have that EV 27th, but that is not what l asked" you are evading my ? lol what l want to no is were the info comes from..
@Obs from the judgement ref the hoard:
24) Page 19737/19759 (The Judicial Administrator presents a report of monitoring of iron ore destination related to the first shipment held on March 31, 2021); Page 19810/19823 (The Judicial Administrator presents a reportof visit of May/2021)); Page 19879/19913 (The Judicial Administrator presents the Repor tof Compliance with the Judicial Reorganization Plan referring to Labor Creditors and Low-sufficient. Notice to creditors and other interested parties.
@maddog info is from the shipping schedules for the port.
A clue on the dates Obs.
19) references pages 19575/19587 a decision posted on 22/06/21 references pages 19667 and 19682 so in theory the statement would pre-date that.
