The overall consensus recommendation for Jersey Oil and Gas is Strong Buy.
You be listening to long to Dick.......
Where is the £10 to £12 predicted target price
That many talked about?
3 years down the road and we have struggled to get anywhere near the £3 high of 2018.
In 2017 I put his bucket list into a spreadsheet to see what would happen.
Every single stock crashed in value and some are virtually worthless now.
I found to my cost you need to be VERY wary of basing your purchases on his recommendations.
It would be quite interesting to see what his hit rate is. How many stocks have been included in his earlier bucket lists which have quietly dropped off when they have crashed? When your current list only include stocks which have actually done well and good prospects, it's bound to look pretty good.
Here, Malcolm Graham-Wood catches up with Doc Holiday and for the first time ever does an exclusive interview to reveal his “Bucket List” Stocks for 2021. He covers 21 companies investors could make money on over the next 12 months.
This is the 6th year for Malcy’s “picks” and the list is intended as a balanced portfolio of stocks from the 120 or so listed Oil and Gas companies.
Malcy is quite bullish on Oil with a $55 price target for next year based on an economic recovery after all the “Events” of this year.
The companies below have solid balance sheets, exploration upside, possible yield and a solid Board Of Directors behind them. The companies concerned are global and cover Asia, America and Africa. So do you invest in all 21 and cover all bases or maybe have a listen and form your own “Oil” portfolio? The choice is yours…
Malcolm Graham-Wood has over 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas sector working in a variety of capacities, these days Malcy floats around the markets as the oracle of oil stocks, jet-setting to foreign lands reporting on prospective investment opportunities.

I was in jog last year but moved on what ever happen to the find did that ever come good ? Or is it still on going
Having taken a holding in JOG in recent months, which I plan to hold for the long game, I see no particular reason for any significant movement in the coming weeks/months until such time the next milestone in the journey is achieved, I do wonder if anyone who has a better grasp than I of the long term strategy for JOG has any ideas on timeframe? more out of curiously as much as anything else.
I see JOG as one of my more exciting small cap holdings and its one I have a larger investment in than usual. I feel the larger market may see a period of volatility ahead in various indexes and as such I wonder if we might see a price drop off in the upcoming period with investors confidence tested. I for one would be keen to extend current holdings if the opportunity arises at the price of a few months back, let’s hope for oil demand to ramp up a bit and an slight increase in price to spark some industry positives generally.
We caught up again with Malcolm Graham-Wood who recently returned from his trip to Kurdistan

Thanks Cyan, interesting link, extract:
"Jersey Oil & Gas has had a bit of a roller coaster ride, in to begin with for the Verbier exploration well which got over the line after a false start, back in January it stayed in ahead of the appraisal of that discovery. Who was to know that it wouldn’t work but since that disappointment the company has bounced back with some fantastic acreage awards and will probably make the Greater Buchan area a highly successful hub."
So I guess today's rise is a continuation on that + theme.

Anyone know what's prompted the rise today?
This board seems quite quiet as well :)
Yes, I agree. Next step is to hold above 200p, then 250p short term possible. If expected newsflow of next few months materialises, the sky the limit!!
Think we’ll see a proper assault on the 2.00’s today and hold it
