Though the share price thinks otherwise…
Up to you. Company is clearly positioning itself pretty well.
The trouble is that there is plenty of better shares in this market so why should this keep its place in my portfolio? I do not have quick return waiting for a possible bid so do I continue to hold and if so for how long?

Agree with cloudsurfer.
Take too long to bring anything to market. Batteries!
Been playing with Hydrogen fuel cells for 45 + years.
What has Condon brought to this party?
Turns up empty handed and wil leave with the booze.
Running out of things to sell fast.
A bit far there as it's still profitable though, in a transition and with good irons in the fire for the hydrogen economy and Sustainable Aviation Fuel along with solidity of precious metals. My bet is on a recovery (or buy out) from here.
JMAT is clearly in voluntary liquidation and being managed for cash until and unless Hydrogen brings it salvation.

We can but hope 🙂
They do seem to be more on the front foot now ….
This popped up yesterday. I shall look forward to hopefully learning more about it tomorrow.

Yes fair enough, two back to back seemed to indicate a change of direction
WOOKIEEMONSTER - I don’t think they are - They were over 2% higher at 17.310711% a few weeks ago …
A lot of RNS notifications are issued on their behalf as their holdings fluctuate almost weekly!
Now combined total of 15.161845%. building a position?
Something is afoot… no ?

Years, 10 plus putting liquid hydrogen oncommercial aircraft - trust me i know.
Remind me how JMAT Hydrogen differs from common-or-garden Hydrogen
...is the long awaited RNS that they have successfully trialled the hydrogen based fuel on a plane flight.

Bloomberg keeps a tab on who is clicking on a company’s news. JMAT’s readership has jumped up for no apparent reason.
I was wondering if JMAT might go the same way as Darktrace ……
Hoping for good news on a number of fronts, but particularly about clean aeroplane fuel which, if it arrives, will herald a very bright future for this SP and our skies!

What are these large UT trades about do you think? Another 2 & 3 mil tonight and I've seen a couple 7mil over the last couple weeks
Crucial week IMO. Headway from here and we could be in exciting territory.
Good to see the UT at £2M …… finally some heft to the trades.
Maybe, just maybe ……

.....is starting to look interesting. I am no expert but if these now break £17 and stay there, looks to me like there could then be a breakout depending on the figures to nearer £20. About time!

Only a matter of time before another bout of takeover speculation for this jewel. Standard Industries own 10%. They will come back for more and we know that UK PLC as a whole is cheap by international comparison.

Bank of America hold shares as a prime broker for their clients: they have no economic interest in this company.
Their research dept will be wrapped in many layers of compliance to justify any price target. There is absolutely no effing way the research team are acting on behalf of any internal long.
Have you ever worked in a bank or do you just post relentlessly dull ramp attempts? I am long too but I try not to be a bore.
The significant holder of our co's shares, has just upgrade their target for our SP from 1500 to 2000. I wonder what they know!

Heavily reliant on PGM prices. I think I’ll put this holding on the back burner for a while.
Millennium International increased their short position yesterday….. let’s hope the timing isn’t significant. Something needs to give this sp a good ol’ nudge
* ask
Need to be beats expectations as the market does not reward ‘trading in line with expectations’.
I do have to as myself what on earth I thought I was doing when I pressed the deal button on my broker site…… hey ho.

HSBC just updated…..UBS is yet to do so. Be good if they all formed a straight line but when does that ever happen!
Have a good weekend everyone……
UBS also has a 1,700p target , with a neutral rating.

HSBC cuts Johnson Matthey price target to 1,700 (1,900) pence - 'hold'

To be or not to be, that is the question Mr Condon.
Just the five days to wait.
