A bit like old times now.A falling sp and no positive communications from the BOD. Since the 1.2p placing on 24Jan the sp has fallen 35% and there are signs that one or two long time holders have taken their money elsewhere. All that against a background of very positive communication in the last month of 2018 when we were led to believe that project equity funding was almost resolved and offtake partners were straining at the leash.
Since then we've been told that Christmas slowed down the due diligence activity and, apart from a few tweets,(which in my view count for next to nothing), we have had no good news and a chairman resignation to add to the dismissal of one of our brokers.
The confidence of investors has been reduced. Even the small number if posters on LSE indicates that that is so. We need more news of a positive kind to counteract the air of pessimism. So lets have some BOD!
The f@ck is going on this isn’t good. NEEDS RNS NOW. The wait has been long enough. Com on bod pull your finger out, been in ‘negotiations’ for a life time, we now need signatures and commitments to stop the rot. SL

'Various meetings in the UK and overseas this week, the detailed work we have undertaken recently analysing our revenue streams for the past ten years and the next ten years if our Islandmagee store has been operational has proved to be very beneficial #INFA'
Well please share!.....don't be shy.....bit more meat on the bone required.
Change in broker was a sign. One who is is better equipped for the deals that are imminent, need to read between the lines here. SL
We are on the cusp here, should be heading in other direction with deal close. I’m buying more. SL
looks a good investment to me at current price :-)
''according to the UK Energy Research Centre, consumers could reduce dependancy on boilers for generating heating for homes in approximatelyi 30 years.''....most homes in uk rely on gas boilers and will continue to do so for many many years to come, 30+ years looks a good investment, particularly as the electric generating system is nowhere near ready to take on the additional load or for that of electric cars...a real infrastructure issue ahead on many fronts....so gas looks safe for many peoples lifetime :-)
Top paper in London area says no more new homes to have gas boilers installed. There will be no need for storage.
We have still got to use sea power free and 24hrs 365 days a year and most power stations are really close to a sea or loch.
Stop the earth heating up.
Just look at the world and we see nearly every country is having major flooding as the ice melts.
This is costing trillions and zillions of pounds to fix.
Stop fracking gas being produced .
Save drinking water and not have Flood water.
Stop manufacturing plastics from gas and save the sea from which your fish supper comes from.
The locals don't want strong brine pumped out to sea near them killing the fish and local wild life.
Infra give assurances that there would be no spillages at Woodburn Forest yet we see three dams were forced to close due to toxins running into augufiers which said poison to fish.
Millions of litres of water were transported to Belfast Ballyclare and waste with toxins.mostly like dumped out to sea.
Still want that fish supper or mussels from Belfast lough..
Given infra have had a cash flow problem and have major cutbacks in spending would you invest and trust them.
Setanta. I agree but let's not forget that 925k placing kick-started the FEED that has led us to this point...... bittersweet?
What I'm curious about is SI Capital's termination date of August 14th???? They were announced as joint broker in the April 5th RNS that brought the same 925k placing from certain "high net worth" investors. I question any relevance.......
I won't comment on whether the delays are reasonable or not, but I do have a good deal of confidence in JW. Anyone who thinks that the company's brokers don't have access to inside information is likely to be wrong.
It is noteworthy that SI Capitlal was excluded from the last placing. SI Capital came to INFA in the AP era and was responsible for the .24p placing,(with warrants), which I have always felt caused all sorts of problems relating to the INFA sp movement. The prospectus issued with that placing certainly made some fulsome promises and its content was also certainly made available to people who did not take part in the placing.
Which brings me to a subsidiary point. I would dearly love to know the details of the prospectus for last placing. Or at least some details relating to that placing. I doubt that it was monetised with any suggestion that the SP might fall over 30% in a very short time. There has been manipulation of the INFA sp and it continues. There had to be a spur to see a chairman leave without even giving one days notice. And now the Joint Broker gets the heave. Exciting isn't it?!!
Shareholders meeting is on May the 8th
Presenting at the SMRI conference in New Orleans with Atkins.
what was said by Nick is true - obviously he felt no need to hide the info?
while the CEO wanted to hide it? hence delays for our partners?
thats my take on the drama anyway, that might explain chairman stepped down earlier on, as he noticed the licence still outstanding?
my speculation on the ongoing drama here
Fantastic move. 1p would be nice today
Thats the end of that Emmerson.
I can see us heading to 1p now
Words from the CEO....."Making fantastic progress."
That's good enough for me!
No, cuz they're sh it advisers lol
Tweeting false rumours
"we are making fantastic progress"
To better position for what is coming... SL
SI Capital been let go.
I wonder why..
Change of advisor.. I wonder why... news imminent. SL
Looks like admin have done another fine cleaning job........disposing of Mitch's rubbish.......again!
Ah ok well at least they showing - cheers
