Garyboy1969- a No Deal Brexit would certainly make the ML even more important as the ties to the EU energy market would change, I personally think that this is a big part of the decision and why the dithering has been happening AIMHO.
No news for a long time
I'm with you stokey12, gradual rises now until next potential contract or actual contract or even the elusive ML...
What does everyone expect the shareprice to do tomorrow assumng we do not get another RNS. I am going for another blue finish.
Issue 25 of Rov Planet Magazine (aimed at Subsea Contracting market) has a write up about Triumph here:
https://issuu.com/rovplanet/docs/rovplanet_magazine_025__web_/s/11398658
"The Windfarm Development Vessel (WDV) [for which H&W are being contracted] is the same vessel as the FDV [Triumph's vessel for offshore oil & gas, subsea telecoms, decommissioning and renewables markets] but with minimal changes so that it is more suited to be a turnkey solution for floating windfarm installations. The WDVs can install the anchoring system; suction piles, drag anchors or drilled pin anchors; mooring array installations; execute the hook-up of the floaters; install the export cable and array cables"
So, while Triumph's FDV builds are being undertaken at a yard in Croatia (someone posted previously), H&W clearly get a great opportunity to establish their credentials in this specialist shipbuilding sector.
MrNick1 In relation to your 17.28 if I was to hazard a guess I would say that a fair amount will be coming from government grants. Also I think in some cases some of the vessels may be sold on to clients see their LinkedIn page. I would observe that one of the things that would need to be confirmed before fial contracts are signed is how this is going to be financed. Neither the CEO or the CFO strike me as the kind of people to sign a contract unless they were certain they were going to be paid.
I'm left wondering where they are getting the funding to pay for these contracts, their website doesn't go into any detail regarding their finances and there is no phone number so can't contact them outside of sending an email.

Gray Johnstone is the CEO (https://hr.linkedin.com/in/gray-johnstone-a96a06162) and is referred to in a post on LinkedIn by JW this morning (https://www.linkedin.com/posts/activity-6742741819882274817-9oTL)
The company headquarters is in Split and they've just contracted with Brodosplit to build a field development vessel. The original LoI was June 2020 and the contract signed this week. Hopefully we will get the same results June 2021 (or before!). Brodosplit look like a serious player https://www.brodosplit.hr/
Celtic Explorer is now docked in SRQ pending its move tomorrow to BDD.
Does anyone know anything about this company?
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC676930/officers
Incorporated in October of this year, registered to a tiny cottage in Scotland, and signing £300m LOI's in December. Seems....odd.
The director, Steven Allan Arcus, is also director of two other companies that were set up in October; Net Zero Marine Ltd and Capital C Design Ltd. No other directors for any of the companies.
I note that in June the weighted pipeline of orders that INFA had to 2025 was given as £1.7bn. This was before the purchase of Appledore so only covers work at Belfast. Today's RNS gives us 0.7bn of work to 2023 so that leaves only another £1bn of the pipeline to go. At the AGM must ask if the weighted pipeline to 2025 is still £1.7bn suspect it might be higher now.

Well done on your profit but for me I can see this closing on a high this afternoon
yes, the news is great but looks like we dont have volume to sustain above 50p
i sold for now and will wait for re-entry. it may drift lower waiting for next news and i can buy back around 40p
you may disagree, but that my opinion. thanks
We can also see from Triumph's site that their Windfarm Development Vessels (WDVs) are designed by Skipsteknisk, a Norwegian specialist ship design consultancy > https://www.skipsteknisk.no/ a connection that INFA would no doubt want to cultivate given the shared interest in the maritime green energy industry.
Lots of positives to take from this new contract if it comes to fruition.
Looks like this contract would potentially introduce a raft ('scuse the pun) of new environmentally related technologies into H&W's construction processes given the likely spec of the Triumph vessels:
https://www.triumph-subsea.com/technology
That new knowledge and capability would be highly transferable in the green maritime industry
This company & its visionary & very capable CEO find themselves in the right place at the right time.
Potentially very significant share price gains ahead.
we are about to secure massive project, each one worth 300s millions onwards
with our tiny mcap, we can easily see multibag from here in next year/. we should be at least 100m mcap company.
we are below radar, wont sell my shares anything below 150p (sp now only 55p)
Just saw this article the last line is interesting https://www.marinelink.com/news/harland-wolff-build-windfarm-development-483779
Yes great news and I'm sure there will be a lot more coming our way.
Excellent news 360m contract , first of many .
Time to buy
