Very pleasant "steady as she goes" results. I'll be topping up if it's still under £17 when next month's divis become available.
Initial thoughts
1. Revenues increasing and on track
2. Profits not mirroring increasing revenues (6% v 22%) so quite a bit of expenditure behind the scenes. But still fine, albeit they've slightly reduced down FY23 profit forecasts from a couple of months ago.
3. On track for June US listing.
4. V interested in litigation issues (note 14). Encouraged that the big one where provision has already been made, it's scheduled to go to court in September 23, and that mediation (without prejudice demands from plaintiffs and counter offers from Indivior) has taken place with potential further mediation meetings to come. You would hope that it will be settled before it gets to court.
5. 3 other litigation matters identified where no current provision has been made by Indivior but that they believe they have a robust defense.
No further shocks really, so pleased enough.
Summary:
Strong Q1 2023 Financial Results and Integration of Opiant
• SUBLOCADE Net Revenue of $132m, +55% versus Q1 2022
• Opiant Acquisition Completed; May 22nd Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) Date for OPNT003 (emergency treatment of known or suspected opioid overdose)
• Additional U.S. Listing of Indivior Ordinary Shares Planned for June
Excellent results for Q1.
I'll likely adopt that hippo next month.
Two Seas Capital LP seeks to generate outsized, uncorrelated returns through investments in events with a legal or regulatory catalyst. Two Seas Global Fund, its Flagship commingled vehicle, launched 1Q 2021 to build a balanced portfolio with attractive risk/return attributes.
They are a litigation specialist. Obviously taken a look at the chance of Indivior’s winning and decided it’s worth taking a long position.
Can anyone explain Two Seas Capital LP?
I want a hippo! Indv will get me there! Love you Indv.
I love pharma. I ?? Indivior ?? you Indv
Pablo Escobar had some, he was an unlicensed producer/supplier of pharma products which were unapproved by the FDA etc
Baby hippos are cute but what’s the connection to Indivior? Lol
I could just adopt one instead ---> https://www.savethehippos.info/choose-your-hippo-to-adopt/
It's thought that one can buy a hippo for around $100k
Seems like stock started rallying right after Tango Cash said the company sucked lol
i think we could see £16 -£17 before results
Volcano...I have missed this opportunity under £14 as this was falling knife so I hesitated. it may be to late now
D.L. i have been buying under £14 as i have said before ,and i will sell before the results, so far so good.
As the results are due on 27th April, I will avoid this till after the results incase more bad news are announced
Qi Results are at 1.00p.m. on 27th April.
I am considering whether to buy this again.
Hopefully that ... despite all that ... there is value in this company that is not reflected in the current share price
I love pharma. It's like being a legally licensed drug producer/dealer. It's like being Pablo Escobar, all we need now is the hippos!
With litigation ongoing, Directors sold up, more sells than buys, I am wondering why the big rise for last few days?
Whatever the reverse of the midas touch is, Tango seems to have it with Indivior :-(
