The personal commentary in this case however is applicable. By your own admission, you are NOT an investor in IMM. So again I ask the question,
Why are you commenting on a bulletin board about a company that you have no financial investment in?
As it makes absolutely no sense!
Please answer this question that I have been asking since for the past 3 years. Your passive aggressive replies regards IMM make no sense whatsoever due to your lack of investment in this company!
I challenge you to reply and explain why your here.

Feel free to disagree without the personal commentary if you may ...
Nolupus.
Your speculation is imo total rubbish. I do not see how the announced Board changes give any credence to the idea of splitting the intellectual assets of IMM and Ureka as you suggest.
Most companies go through phases where the early leaders are ousted or agree to hand over to successors who may lack intellectual flair but have the experience, financial expertise and administrative ability to advance a company to a higher level of activity.
So with IMM. It has in the three departing directors people who were strong on science but probably less able when it came to organising finance, collaborations with other companies and the hard graft of commercialising scientific breakthroughs.
My only doubt about the Board changes is about Tim McCarthy's ability to fill the role of CEO.
I fear that Nolupus has no real interest in the success of IMM and its leading drug, Lupuzor.
Dallo ,
We might just be living the brexit , with a split of the assets ...
Chairman Tim will watch over Avion and his sun screen cream whilst the rest goes to Bruxelles
Will wait and see as all this is only speculation
I agree with you.....re the website.
The board changes look like they were well planned and in the works for a while. The website has been quickly updated. A refreshed board gives a strong positive signal as Avion and IMM prepare for the FDA green light and the start of the new Phase 3.
I wonder did Tim McC have a struggle with the old board. Who had oversight of the last Phase 3? Are these changes an attempt to distance IMM from the issues that arose with the design of that study? I see Avion's hand behind this.
I'm expecting IMM to rise steadily as this study gets underway. The potential is huge. A previous poster suggested that IMM could be taken over if the study shows positive results during its execution. I think that would be a real possibility.
I see
Had a look at the website earlier, and the section with photos of the board members had already been updated - I've seen some companies take weeks.
If there has been a coup then I think Art Deas of Avion and Acella is behind it .
Franklin has built up a rapport with Avion and is running the deal from Immu side.
Sounds to me like a lot more going on than first appears.
The goodbyes to Dimitri and the French were perfunctory at best and chilly at worst.
Watch this space...something is afoot dear Watson
and matters finally coming to a conclusion for Immu after all these years IMHO.
Thanks Dallo,
My thoughts are somewhat similar as all the connexions with the CNRS seems to have been severed ..
Zimmer first and now Mery ...
We should’nt forget that the patent is duly owned ..
I think major news is to come out very shortly... and not just FDA news , imo
Let’s wait and see
thanks Nolupus, then the other logic left is.
It could be that FDA has some +ve news and Avion since it has already invested seriously, want to take over the execution part which explains the resignation part and in addition it will happen only when an independent advisor of their choice is also appointed. I dont think a big shot like Sanjeev would agree for the role if IMM asked. its purely Avion behind it. this is only possible if Avion knows that FDA news is +ve. Its also not a 1 night decision to bring him. to appoint someone of that level takes considerable planning, negotiation and process which again tells us that FDA news is +ve.
Looks and sounds to me like a major bust up and a power grap by the two Tims.
The two French had to go and Dimitri's dreams of making it big on his reduced shareholding must wait .
The question is now ....has the FDA made its decision or will the new Board be scrapping over a dead carcass.
They have to report the FDA decision immediately so I assume they are waiting as nothing has appeared on the FDA website
The marker hates uncertainty and hence the sell-off today.
Games being played here but for what purpose?.
We may know next week.

Silentmystic,
If you had done your research , you would know that these directors have very little skin in the game so that blows your theory out of the water .
The only one that had major skin is Zimmer and he signed a pact so that means he can’t sell for quite a while
You never know what to believe....
but...the "indication" has been that everything has been tip-toed and carefully done as the FDA has requested and ..I would tend to sit on the side of thinking they have asked all they can and done all they can to ensure the written assessment is positive and as to what is expected.....has the FDA shafted them and lead them to believe one thing all along and it has turned out not what they thought they would be getting back???..I cant honestly go down that idea...
Dimitri may well have a new position lined up for September ..maybe more challenging for him....he isn't needed really for the trial as such...Avion are doing most of the work for them.... could well be just a natural change ...and with a COO and Tim ( two Tim's) they should cope fine ....
NED change overs happen....this looks like it has happened as a result of Zimmer retiring and a managed succession plan has now taken place ...with 1 more NED in due course
I have decided to make no changes as a result of this news .....
Good luck all
Have a good weekend
Alert Alert Alert troll on scene trying to one last scare before close. Seen this tactic on several boards before. Sad when certain kinds like this try to scare ordinary investors
it can be that avion and imm have disagreed on something OR FDA news is not pleasant and hence they all resigned and appointed some dummy independent advisor, so that the y can sell shares slowly before the actual rns comes out. since they resigned they can sell shares without disclosing to anyone. does this logic makes sense?
Hardly a new crew, Lisa the PR expert who has been great for IMM with all their great PR lol. The founding CEO has resigned with immediate effect along with two key board members, and no mention of any FDA decision imminent in the rns. If FDA decision is a dud or if Avion pull out this will open up at 3-4p imo far too risky atm with the red flags in today’s news imo
I also think this is probably good news.
Someone here mentioned you hardly get a new crew agreeing to come in the moment the ship is sinking. Couldn't agree more.
What's interesting is the chart.
Currently, intraday, it is below long term weekly rising trendline support (the support that connects to the lows either side of January 2020) and, if it doesn't get some giddyup in to the close, it would be the lowest weekly close below this trendline. Yes, before I get corrected by non-chartists, there have been lower weekly closes but they were at levels that were, at the time, above the rising support trendline.
Having said that, I also seem to remember IMM once announcing some FDA communication during the afternoon (morning in US) so let's hope for a 3pm RNS and a stunningly bullish monthly candle by the close.
Have been in and out (mostly in) of IMM for years since before the original Phase 3 before the big rise. Currently hold only 120k shares so rather modest compared to many here.
Good luck all holders!
I added at just a tad under 8p......wonder who got caught out with this treeshake. Oh well we will be that bit wiser next week
Its always encouraging when the trolls come out in force because to me that reaffirms that something big is a foot
Funny this morning when you look at the appointments they are improving the Board and I believe that we will see the market agreeing with my sentiment.
If you were watching by the side-lines then today will be the day to dip your toes in. We have seen buyers the whole week......
Excellent news and looking forward to the FDA news due anytime now GLA
More going on in the background clear out of dead wood.
I am really pleased with the appointment of Sanjeev Pandya and confident the market will also have the same view. Had a quick google and this guy is pure class in the sector. I think Avion may be behind some of the shake up/ appointments.
Ureka gets a mention and I’m glad they realise that this element of the business is not forgotten and development progresses, because we all go on about Lupazor and rightly so, it is a game changer.
I am pretty confident that with this news and the update from Avion coming next week we will see the SP get into double digits for the first time in a while. Nice when the stars start to align - I know we have all been patient but our time is getting that bit closer.
Reading between the lines I think Avion have either instigated or recommended these changes ahead of the FDA announcement, it may have been a concern raised about the previous phase 3 attempt by IMM.
I agree it's good news ahead of FDA announcement next week.
Did DD walk or was he pushed? I think pushed - why else would you walk away after all this time ?
Good news with the Board changes. As much as Dimitri contributed well, from the outset of Immupharma and in the original Lupuzor deal, he has been sidelined for 5 years or so.
It was Tim McCarthy who brought in Lanstead who funded most of the last Phase 3. It was Tim Franklin who brought in Avion who are funding the next Phase 3. Almost all the recent presentations have been done by these guys with Dimitri in the background.
IMM has also needed better NEDs for a number of reasons and we now have them.
It wouldn’t surprise me to see a new Chief Scientific Officer soon too.
All in my view very positive. We need the right people running the company.
