When the US opens this should go mental, Art Deas is incredibly successful and a billionaire, for him to say they want Lupozor to be their lead product is absolutely huge and shows the ridiculous potential Lupozor has to be one of the leading products in a $10 billion market
If the SP rises like it did in 2018 on the last P3 then we should >15p by close today and another jump tomorrow to >20p
Fingers crossed there are larger buyers who listen to Avion and take the plunge.
From FDA website “ After the meeting has been requested, the FDA will respond to Type A meeting requests within 14 days, and Type B and C meeting requests within 21 days. At this point, the Agency will either grant or deny the Sponsor's request
I agree, and also by having a US partner on our side will certainly help the FDA process. I think after these waiting investors will be rewarded finally.
Any drop would be a buying opportunity now
The comments of the top man in the Alora Pharma Group Art Deas are the most salient and interesting
saying Lupuzor will be the biggest product in company ...very affirmative statement after meeting the FDA in Alora's HQ in Georgia .
Quite a statement by a multi Billionaire owner of Avion Art Deas, Chief Executive Officer of Avion further commented: "Having met all the FDA's requirements, we are delighted to be seeking the FDA's final guidance on moving Lupuzor™ forward into the new international Phase 3 trial. We anticipate Lupuzor™ becoming the leading product in our portfolio and that it will be instrumental in bringing an innovative treatment to Lupus patients, which is not currently available on the market today."
Fantastic news, I can see the SP moving back up to 10p at least the short term
At this week's AGM shareholders need to demand a full detailed timeline for the P3 trial,
1. When will the selection process start?
2. When will the drug start to be administered and for how long?
3. Are there any review and update points
4. At what date do they plan to stop and pass the results on to the FDA?
5. When do they aim to get full FDA approval if successful?
With both Imm and Avions experience todate my estimate is mid to late 2025
Progress at last! IMM sp fortunes should improve by year end imo. Just commencing P3 trials will cause a sp spike. Not there yet but it is within reach.
Dallo,
You are one stubborn person
All one can do is hope …
Nolupus
I hope we get some positive news soon..8 years is a long time for an increasingly ageing investor like me
to still be hanging on but you never know.
Surely the FDA will say yes or no in the next few weeks
or are they working from their beds!
Tim may pull a rabbit from his hat but that may not be enough as we have seen this trick a few times already :-)
Whatever will be will be ….
Wonder if there will be any news before ImmuPharma's AGM on Tuesday 28 June 2022? Hope someone calls up TM on using this as a lifestyle company with the **** poor IR communications, and a stagnant sp, which despite some strengthening this week is still near all-time lows and well below latest placing price (and Benchmark price).
Yep but by that stage the phase 3 will be almost complete so a few million would be easily raised and Avion will no doubt be substantial shareholders in IMM by that time to make any takeover offer easily accepted
" fully funded by Avion for $25m"
Not strictly correct …
Funded up to 25 million, in other words , if the P3 trial costs more well Avion will fund only 25 million
Does anyone need to take me seriously, I couldn’t care less lol it’s not a popularity contest, do I need to be respected by a man called Pokerchips on lse? I think not
Lambo your post of 20th May 2022 and why no one takes you seriously..... all these views suddenly gone now have they ???
" Also a risk that the FDA do not approve and the share price drops 90%, pretty much total wipe out if the FDA do not see value in doing a new phase 3 trial given the previous trial did not meet the endpoints, clearly a reason why the FDA asked for a PK study, maybe they do not believe the drug does much for Lupus patients, it certainly didn’t do much for them in the last Phase 3 trial"
" Shocking rns, be surprised if 5p support holds after those results, won’t be long before another fund raise imo lifestyle company with death spiral finance via Lanstead "
The fact Avion are significant shareholders of IMM at 11p and are willing to spend $25m on a phase 3 trial which is more than the entire Mcap of the company suggests they see value here at north of 11p, well north I would hazard a guess
" fully funded by Avion for $25m"
haha well that was before the inflation storm hit.....probably need another 10% by now
Avion Pharmaceuticals ("Avion"), our US partner, has confirmed to us, that they are now requesting final guidance from the US Food & Drug Administration ("FDA"), in order to commence the Lupuzor™ Phase 3 trial."
Does "final guidance" come before "approval" ??
Not sure why you keep trying to convince everyone of this. Almost like you're trying to reassure yourself. IF phase 3 is approved, then yes the share price will probably rise significantly short term. Though you could argue the current price factors in the likelihood of this anyway, so the rise might not be quite as exciting as you expect. But as I've repeatedly said, it's still an IF rather than a WHEN, which is why the share price currently remains below 6p.
There is definitely a good chance that this could be a life changing share for those invested from these levels, it 10 bagged during the last phase 3 trial and that’s was with the continued large placings needed to fund the trial. This time it’s fully funded by Avion for $25m and admin costs have been cut to £1m a year… once we get this phase 3 started this sleeping giant will awaken, and we all know how fast it moves under any buying pressure, not many potential 10 baggers on aim, but this imo is one of them
This for me at present is one of the best small cap plays and I have added yesterday. Newsflow should finally be the type that lift this from the current floor price. I am positive we could break through that 3 year resistance of 32p. I mean it has been over £2 so at these levels I think it screams a buy
Oh leas. I remember your insightful posts but failed to notice your concerns. Consequently I have been invested through the Great Fall. Perhaps better luck this time.
How do you rate the chance of success this time around leas?
