Dallo,
What about the II , like Lanstead ??
Will they be flipping their shares ?
Will SCP be flipping theirs which they got in lieu of fees ?
Some pumpers here seem very ´ close ´ to SCP :-)
Whatever , it’s a long and winding road with many potholes which many refuse to see ..
Best of luck to all GENUINE posters
Lord
Absolutely a pure binary investment now
with the FDA decision looming large.
If positive then SP will jump...by how much nobody can say but definitely some existing private investors will exit at levels near 10p but I suspect some larger players including maybe some close to Alora Pharma may take significant positions.
Also I would not rule out a bid for Immupharma in the months following a positive FDA decision.
Big Pharma is always on the lookout for potential blockbusters in Phase 3 trials.
However as you say a negative outcome from the FDA means a total wipeout for all shareholders.
A classic AIM nail-biting scenario and not for the faint hearted.
ATB to to the brave ( or foolhardy!) Investors here.
I wouldn't pay ANY attention to the CEO saying he wanted the share price back above 30p. Of course he does, given all his share options! Doesn't mean it'll happen. In fact, I'm always ultra wary of directors - particularly on AIM - who focus on the share price rather than the fundamentals. Why haven't Tim'n'Tim invested their own cash way more heavily if they're so uber confident? Given their salaries, it's inconceivable they haven't substantial sums available to invest. £60K isn't a significant vote of confidence from them IMHO. This share is now a binary gamble on FDA approval. If approved, share price will rise. If not, IMM will sink like a stone.
Some big buys coming in today… can see this going on a big run over the next 2 weeks, I think many people are sitting on the sidelines but it won’t take much for this to shoot back towards 7p ahead of news, sleeping giant looks like it’s waking up from its 3 year slumber… CEO stated he wants to see the price back above 30p in the recent presentation, and if all goes well IMM will be receiving £70m in payments along with £100m annually from Lupozor sales… anyone in sub 6p could easily be looking at life changing gains here, once momentum builds these pharma company’s can shoot crazy to the upside would not be surprised to see this back at £250m Mcap which would be 75p, especially if we get US investors taking a position due to our UD partner Been a private company the only exposure to Lupozor is through IMM… exciting times ahead
Looks like buyers are starting to take positions here ahead of the FDA decision on 29th August, think we will head towards 7p ahead of news, and on a positive decision 15p easily possible here given the ridiculously low Mcap, Avion are paying more for the phase 3 trial than the entire Mcap value of IMM… a huge value disconnect exists here but perhaps not for much longer, exciting times ahead and GL to all holders we are in for quite a ride
What is so funny , is the speed which some pump and dump tweeters can change their tune …
What STINKED yesterday smells like roses today ..but amazingly , has the cheek to call others stupid , …
Your quite right Ginhall, the unique mechanism of action with Lupozor means there are hardly any side effects which obviously appeals to most people, as Tim mentioned in the presentation $1 billion a year sales in the US alone is highly possible, that’s why IMM hit £250m Mcap during the last phase 3 trial, this time they are fully funded for the trial, have an experienced supportive US partner… yet are valued at sun £16m Mcap the lowest valuation in IMM history… this is so off the radar atm but once investors start to see the value here and momentum builds I feel the rise could be something quite special
Most importantly, FDA approval for phase 3 trial will be good news for Lupus patients all over the world period.
GH.
Quite right, nolupus.. “ Wigwammer.. you are right to look at both sides of the coin here , no matter what lambo says …Eyes to the sky but feet on the ground :-)”
Well your making a fool of yourself and it’s embarrassing that’s all I will say, we have a potentially company making announcement 2 weeks today, maybe it would be better to focus on this and what the future could hold, not only for us as shareholders but also for Lupus patients around the world who could benefit from Luzpozer been approved, improving peoples quality of life from a debilitating illness is far more important than increasing our own wealth, hopefully we can do both as they go hand in hand, ATB to all shareholders as we enter the most exciting phase in the recent history of IMM
I will post what I want, when I want. Thank you. If you do not wish to read it, use the filter function. ATB
Wigwammer can I just ask what posting on this board will achieve? Contact Lisa Baderoon head of investor relations, her number is on the most recent rns she will be happy to take your call, because failing that no one on this board is interested in your whining, it’s painful to read tbh, you were wrong when you did t understand what deferred shares meant, you couldn’t add up correctly the amount of shares in issue and embarrassed yourself with your lack of knowledge so now your trying to pick an argument with someone who actually knows what they are talking about in Cuvio. I assume you are no longer invested in IMM and don’t want the FDA to approve the trial in 2 weeks time, fact is we are on countdown now to the FDA decision, positive and 15p can easily be hit intraday imo, Could be an incredible opportunity for those lucky enough to buy in at these all time lows
Well cuvio, you stated in your previous post that full dilution should be shown in an investor presentation, now you are stating that you do not concede that options/warrants - a key part of a FD calculation - is a matter for an investor presentation. Perhaps another typo, like the 325M fully diluted figure you stated. ATB
Cuvio - thank you for conceding that the dilution should be in the presentation. I suspect you don’t see it often in company presentations, because circa 50% dilution is pretty unusual. All the more reason to show it. I couldn’t raise it at the AGM because the investor presentation was after the AGM. But in any case, one would hope the smallest nod to appropriate governance and IR would encourage management to include it. Regarding incanthera, the reason I am bringing it up now is because according to management the cash runs dry this quarter. This is a chat board for investors, and I suspect this is relevant information for them. ATB
Wigwammer,
Maybe Uncle Tim persuaded Alora to spend a few millions on sun scream …
Whatever , you are right to look at both sides of the coin here , no matter what lambo says …
Eyes to the sky but feet on the ground :-)
Cuvio - any investor with two brain cells to rub together will be interested in full dilution amounting to nearly 50% of the current shares. It should be in an investor presentation. Immupharma shareholders should also note that incanthera is running out of cash this quarter, and management have a history of chucking Imm company cash at it… ATB
People on here whining about a few warrants and a random investment no one cares about lol, we are all here because we have a world class drug in Lupozor, that is hopefully about to enter a new optimised phase 3 trial fully funded for $25m by our US partner Avion. Art Deas CEO of Avion predicts Lupozor will be Avion lead drug in the future, quite a statement! Avion and our BOD predict annual sales of $1billion a year in the US alone once Lupozor is fully approved if we ever even got close to this level IMM would be valued north of a billion no problem at all. And that’s without the rest of the world sales, and other indications that Lupozor can be used for such as CIDP. How many companies on aim have this potential? This has been a sleeping giant for 3 years but on 29th August the FDA will make their decision… if they give approval what is a company worth that has a fully funded phase 3 trial for $25m with a drug that has annual sales potential in the billions… we can talk negative all day long but maybe just maybe this will come good and if it does then it could be pretty epic for all involved, GL all
Look it up, pal. I don’t care. Imm chucked £2m at incanthera, an amount that could have helped them avoid material dilution at these lower levels. Along with the circa 150m fully diluted shares not mentioned in the investor presentation, it’s not a pretty picture, is it? ATB
Jeez. Good point. They got through immupharma’s cash and then some. Shares now half what Imm paid and running out of cash. Defending the indefensible, one wonders why…
Fingers crossed Incanthera don’t come knocking for more cash… the money IMM gave them last time now running out with nothing concrete to show for it… has anyone been held accountable for this shambles? Nope…now in Q3 2022. “ -- Cash balance at 30 September 2021 increased to GBP627k (2020: GBP433k), providing cash runway to Q3 2022.”
Dallo,
The delays with the FDA as previously discussed on here were mainly due to changes with the product etc
If Avion have completed all the equivalence testing etc etc and if they have accepted the FDA protocol requirements, I cannot see why they would not get the green light , but the devil is always in the details ( and we are not privy to all of those )
Whatever will be will be ..
Yep 10 trading days and we will know our fate, the comments from Art Deas regarding Lupozor been the future lead product for Avion was very bullish as was their £1.2m investment in IMM, expect to see a holdings rns after tomorrow which will show they are below 3% due to the dilution from the recent placing, but all shares will be paid up by the end of today so it looks to me like everyone who took the placing did so without leverage as no big sell off today which is a positive
Nolupus
Well it can get worse should the FDA not approve the Phase 3 trial .
Anyway one way or the other we shall know our fate soon so all the best to everyone particularly those of us who have been here for what seems like forever.
The mere fact that this placing was necessary AT THIS TIME , coming so soon after the last one , and having to sacrifice so much ( the LIND and L1 warrants , etc , makes my antenna stand up ) but that’s my nature …with IMM , one has to believe what they see and not what they hear :-)
Anyway , it’s done and dusted so let’s just hope that everything will turn positive from here on in , as it can’t get much worse , in my opinion
" The fact that Tim took £60k is a positive.."
I would suggest the BOD were told that if you want anyone else to invest then you will have to do it also..... Tim barely had a choice IMO .....if he was to get some further backing
