The big boys will await the decision on 29th the can speculate all you want about what if or not. Lets wait see where we go on positive outcome which im very confidant we will recieve
It’s all down to the FDA, any warrants that are converted the cash goes straight to the balance sheet in any case which is good for the company, it’s not as though the warrants are at 1p! 29th August is a bank holiday in the UK so the last date for anyone to take a position ahead of news will be 26th August… less than 10 days away, if positive it’s 15-20p all day long and fully expect a run up to 8p in anticipation, over £500k traded in the last two days shows you the interest is huge and if we get some US buyers who want exposure to Lupozor then the rise could be truly epic
Panda
Indeed they may sell into a rise but they have to put in c£4m between them in cash before they do.
Again I repeat these options plus warrants as well as their initial investment in the company will be worthless if the FDA says no
Any scenario is better than a negative decision from the FDA.
Panda
Its begs the question why they did a raise few weeks ago if there is that much warrants?
I just checked the funding RNS and the Lind funds have 56,408,558 options at 5p and Lanstead have 30million warrants at 5.5p. I'd certainly call that a shed load :-). These guys have shown in the past that they will sell into any liquidity which will create a huge amount of resistance to getting the share price higher
The upcoming FDA decision unlocks everything for IMM, it unlocks $25m funding for a phase 3 trial for a drug with multi billion $ potential revenues, it unlocks partnering discussions for ROW rights, and it unlocks significant value for shareholders, not many companies on aim with the potential this has, CEO stated revenues of $100-150m annually a realistic target in the future… and that’s just in the US! current Mcap £17….
They have already jumped through the hoops for the last 3 years!! I am very confident they will get approval, not long to wait only 7 trading days to go before the FDA provide their written response
Likelyhood of a positive outcome? Usually they say go away and come back when you've jumped through 100 hoops
Have't looked at IMM for a while but isn't there a shed load of 5p warrants plus death spiral finance that will hold back any rise unless there is huge volume of buying?
The rise has barley begun! FDA approval decision due on 29th August, if positive we should see 15-20p here imo
Why has the stock risen guys? I left here for a while cashed out 8k profit from spread betting. I still have shares in this so I check back from time to time. Please could someone provide a summary on what's going on.
Over £300k bought today, just shows how ridiculously off the radar and undervalued this is! I wouldn’t be surprised if this goes on a huge run over the next few weeks with pharma companies anything is possible and this one ticks all the boxes, multibillion $ sales potential, world class US partner funding the phase 3 trial, fully funded, low Mcap, and all time low price, if this gets going there will be no stopping it after 3 years in the doldrums the next 2 weeks will decide the future of IMM, 10 days to go… GL all
That’s Great Dallo etc
Whatever will be will be …
Frits not Fritz as Nolupus called you.
His last post to you confirms what I always thought about this narcissistic, headmasterly,
strange troll with no shares in the company who has decided to filter you because he felt REMORSE.
He was right and you were wrong...about what ..investing in Immupharma?
Nolupus is king and right all the time because he never invested in the company but trolls this share all the time..90% of his posts on LSE on IMMUPHARMA.
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS CRAZY GUY AND I have FILTERED HIM...4 AND A HALF years....more than I can take
Best to all REAL shareholders here who stand to lose or gain a lot of money in the next 2 weeks.
Fritz ,
You are the only person I filtered on LSE ..
Your personal commentary/ harassment was just too much … Blame yourself for your losses here , you cannot blame me for being right and you wrong ..
I had some remorse and took you off filter but that was a mistake ..
I have always found it strange that by his own admission, he has never owned any stock in IMM but has trolled this board with his negative passive aggressive posts for years.
Its a strange one to be honest, but each villager to his own..
Just keep holding, all will come good.
Fritz
Nolupus
I have been on LSE for 11 years and Immupharma for 8 years so it is just an old man's memory playing tricks on him as to how long fellow posters have been around in Immupharma.
Nolupus
I thought it was longer...Immupharma does that to one.
Anyway I have declared my 2.75m holding ..are you willing to state yours as this is an anonymous board and no risk to your personal details.
Just a thought.
Dallo,
You seem to know more than I do ..:-)
Just look at the date I subscribed to LSE and
My trades are between my broker and l as well as the taxman :-)
Anyway , who cares ..
Wig
I have commended Nolupus in the past for his cautionary views and all these boards need a balance between bulls and bears.
The only question I am asking is why does he bother posting for 8 years when he never bought a share ...it just seems somewhat bizarre but each to their own .
I know Immupharma has been a disaster but surprisingly some of us have a chance to get out and maybe breakeven or better which may not mean a disaster after all ..in my case at least.
ATB
It’s been delay after delay for 3 years due to Covid and PK study requirement, but we are now less than 2 weeks away from potentially transformational news in which the share price can easily hit 15p, huge buying pressure today well over £400k traded biggest volume for months, once they let this go it’s going to be epic especially on a positive FDA decision, GL to all those invested
If nolupus has been giving cautionary postings over recent years, well done him. It’s been a dog. At least he got the risk part right, and if he held a position then did so with his eyes open.
Dallo,
A genuine poster , is one , who says what he thinks , regardless of whether he is invested or not , at that time :-)
Nolupus
Agreed some IIs could offload as well .
SCP could sell too but its shares are negligible in the greater scheme of things.
SCP risk losing its fees if the FDA says no.
As for your comments about GENUINE posters ..ie those who are shareholders I wonder are you genuine and hold shares in Immupharma.
From your negative and cautionary postings going back 8 years I very much doubt it imho.
Short term traders will take their positions as not many opportunities to make a few hundred % profit in such a short space of time, FDA approval on 29th August which is 8 trading days away will unlock partnering discussions for the rest of the world, it will unlock the CIDP phase 3 trial which is ready to go, and most importantly it will unlock a fully funded $25m phase 3 trial in Lupus with blockbuster potential for billion $ sales… Mcap of £17m is far far too low, £50m would still look cheap for the potential on offer here
