That’s a nice article to read Livestock! In keeping with the Christmas cheer. Bobbins now ahead of Scotty …
Tickets flying out for Santa's grotto inside the ****pit of a British Airways Boeing 747

About time house prices dropped, over-priced houses means people cannot get onto the property ladder, couple that with high interest rates, rentals become a generational thing.
I also am not a fan of every one owning a home at all costs, it's mostly a UK /US thing, rest of Europe view it differently.
Having said that, lower house prices still wont allow first time buyers onto the market due to high interest rates.
Just glad I dumped our UK properties.
Data out today house prices have fallen 1.4% since October Nationwide’s house price index this will have a big effect on consumer sentiment
FYI - Scotty and Bobbins on course to share the honours if the SP does not move between now and the 31st…or returns to said SP. I suspect however that they may find themselves left behind permanently over the course of the next few weeks…
Yeah but important to note jtan/fordm that the US is well supplied gas and power wise. Eurozone and UK are in a completely different **** storm , that'll be the main difference in risk buying here
Every time IAG's share price rises in London and then drops US ICAGY share is affected because when the us opens it follows the last trend of iag share in London
1st December start of Santa's rally
Morning all, any ideas for the nice positive start to the day?
My account status is irrelevant, it doesn't matter what my little tag says nor does it take away from any of my points. Jtan could be right..? Oo conspiracy.
MGM,
Something about your writing leads me to believe you are an 'alt' account. Seems very strange, but maybe Jtan is right about you?
Just saying, but stay or leave, that is up to you.
Another empty statement from Jtan instead of addressing the point made against him as he has no credibility and cannot justify himself. he just resorts to another insult because he doesnt agree. Its probably that approach that led you to buy in at 200p being unable to critique yourself.
"Doesn't like same treatment as other" you're the only person who I've interacted on here with lmao you're the one who can't seem to handle their own attitude as you seem to react badly when its given back to you - I hoped you may understand you dont need to be a d-i-ck for your big all knowing Internet persona and could actually be respectful and supportive. There's nothing wrong with self-improvement, maybe next time you get called out people will try to defend you?
as for the only 5 posts I was previously viewing discussions on here without an account and I probably will delete this one, either way good luck with your investments.
I'm not sure we have seen peak inflation tbh
But that's what the man said, money printer go bbbrrrrr
However I think this is where we see some divergence because whilst it may have peaked in the US , unfortunately the same can't be said here.. or at least to a lesser degree of confidence.
Fed looking to slow down pace of rate hikes , this basically means they're seen peak inflation in the US = great for stocks short term.
MGM one look at trades daily post and they're emotionally targeted. De-list IAG , worst performing share blah blah , when in actual fact over the last 6 months iag has been the best performer amongst its peers. So yes I'll give snappy responses to garbage posts , a bit like most of yours. Begone you muppit
US markets popped today on FED's Powell statement. Could be a year end rally but I missed what he said to warrant that.
But if it carries over into FTSE and EU markets tomorrow, I don't care, as long as it goes up.
Seems like the market liked what he said.
D-ic-k heads like myself*
Mararab, tryna squeeze the last of them out. There is too much toxicity on here, I suspect due to lack of moderation. If people don't stand up to the ********s like myself then the Jtan's of the board will just continue spewing out their toxic w-ank. Hold me accountable, tell me why I'm wrong, don't just tell me to "shut the fuk up" because i have an opposing view or the cycle continues and nobody learns sh-it.
umm i thought all the rats had eaten each other must be some left in the barrel of IAG
The big man popping up just for an argument instead of providing anything of value to anyone here lmao, I hope you can find peace in your inner sadness but for now you are filtered and may you come back a wiser man.
Scotty, either tell him why you think he is wrong or stfu. No need to be a d-i-c-k and discourage people from posting their views.
Okay so go write to the board no one cares
The UK economy faces a “lengthy period of stagnation” amid persistent inflation, JP Morgan warned as it published an updated forecast for the coming year, with fellow investment bank Citigroup predicting a much bigger decline.
Rising fuel prices, tighter monetary and fiscal policies, global economic downturn, rising ill-health and knock-on effects from the pandemic and Brexit will all continue to impact the UK economy next year, JP Morgan said.

IAG needs to remove its stock from the UK exchange. The share's value on another market exchange is impacted by trading as a worthless GBX penny on the UK exchange. today from 135 to 133 GBX. rising taxes and instability in British politics Activism against this company needs to begin right away. Although the share must be traded in the US and Europe, the UK may keep the brand. alternatively traded in the UK as a separate company just for IAG, another brand, and separated British Airways from the rest of IAG
