By my calculations unless there is another seller at play, I suspect we may have just seen the last tranches.... Lets see IH, if things move fast that will be confirmed as you look at the share register and there should not be much of a free float.
More massive trades showing.. Almost 2 million more just gone through.. I would say that could be about it.
They went under 3 percent last notification. That’s around 4m shares. That was around a week ago. 3m went through yesterday alone. Things really should be about to tighten up very soon.
Tremendous value on offer here. Circa 500p a few months ago. Yes this has edged up around 12p from the circa 125pbbase but basically it has not moved. Meanwhile huge chunks of stock are being moved around. Will it finally start moving higher today? The longer it stays down at these levels the bigger the live up when it comes imo.
Oil price coming off a lot, which will help longer term if its sustained. Still a hell of a lot of trading going on. Keep expecting one of these days to check the SP and its 10 higher!
Yes £3m worth of stock! Wasn't me though, I bought shares for about £300. My portfolio is missing few zeros.
Massive trades coming through at the mid price again. The loading is still going on .
I have just viewed my T212 statement for July and am pleased to say the short appears to have closed. Last month 12% of shares were on loan for shorting purposes. This is now showing as nil.
Coming imo . Morning all hope everyone is well!
Good post. Agree on all apart from a pull back. Stick here is about to get very very tight imo and we are gonna see a decent rebound. I suspect to at least 200p. The base is in. Anyone selling around here is a nutter
Welcome, I'm not largely invested here but have it in my 'coffee tin' as a possible 100 bagger.
Not that I'd say likilhood is high that it gets bear Starbucks but I do feel it has a nice niche in the 'coffee shop' market. Disappointed they are stopping in US and Japan but I don't have a specific target or timeline and it makes sense to build a strong foundation in your home geography before trying to expand too quick (esp with supply chains as they are).
Anyway if you don't get shook out by and future large price drops I'd say you'll be well pleased with your investment in 5-10 yrs time
Personally think you have made a great call. Next week should be interesting.. we may see some more director buys.
Yes that’s right just short of 30k shares. Glad to be in
Ps is that around 30,000 shares?
Welcome aboard. Personally I feel like the reaction to the trading update was crazily negative. They are smashing it in the UK which is by far their largest market, and they are pretty bluntly , failing abroad. They are addressing that. I feel like 200p is achievable in the next few months and then a re rate back towards 300p by year end. Yes there is a cost of living crunch but I feel like chocolate will ride it out. I think treats like this will continue to be purchased and maybe bought even more in place of bigger ticket items. It’s a high quality company, with a great brand, it’s thriving online and in store ( see comments about sales intensity in the latest update ) … and the share price will come back.
I have acquired 0.02% of the company today. Happy to be a part of the message board!
What are your price targets?
Nice untie. Have a good weekend all.
You have to love a Director buying in................ happy days!
Getting ready to move IMO.
It'll not rise until the big boys are finished doing business - there have been big chunks traded on both days since the TR1 threshold was crossed (26th), so either Phoenix are adding more or we have another buyer. I still find it amazing that this was trading at £4.75 as recently as 4 months ago, my guess is a steady recovery to ~£2.50 by Christmas.
Held up well today. No morning drop. Could we see a great afternoon?!
It’s interesting that most of the shares that were sold by an ii that caused the big drop have now been bought up by another ii but yet MM’s conveniently don’t raise the sp. Gotta love the stock market
Hopefully this should start to recover now.. back over £2 soon!!
Great find, that makes perfect sense then buying into HOTC. Hopefully more additions coming!
