Well looking back at one of my last posts 10th Sept, where I pointed out that the amount of users on the Chrome App Store using CYKEL stood at 347, which was a drop from the 354 users the week before, looking at it today it’s showing there’s 338 users.

So that’s another drop in users. Not exactly going in the right direction, which is rather worrying. There’s also no recent reviews, all the reviews are from March & April 24, almost like some insiders friends or family have posted them like you see on small businesses on Facebook. Bit embarrassing really.

As for revenues from these partnerships, I very much doubt there’s any at all. These so called partnerships seem fairly obvious to me that these are freebie deals to try build up some clients to test the AI side of things out, iron out any issues etc.

Just to add comparison, ChatGPT hit 100 million monthly users just two months after launch.

Not that I was expecting anything like this with CYK, I’d have love to see the users at least doubling weekly.

The link to the app is one of my saved web pages, which remembers the pages as it was the last time I looked at it, until I then refresh it.

I see it most days, the amount of users often go up, then falls back. It was only last week that it was showing there were 354 users… So todays 347 users is a drop from last week.

It may have been you that originally posted the link to watch the amount of users? Either way I’ve been watching it closely ever since and have to say I’m disappointed with the uptake of the app. Even more worrying that some decide to delete it after trying it out

Even with the timeframe you have just pointed out, in 24 days they have only gained 31 users. I’m not sure what the monthly subscription would be to use the app or what in-app purchases there may be. But whatever the figure is it’s definitely not going to be setting any records. They need to be heading into the millions of users for CYK to ever justify its current mcap, let alone increase from here.

I’m still watching from the sidelines, happy to have taken my profit for now and see how the business performs going forward.

Good luck to all who are still happy to hold though. If the users start growing substantially, it will re-gain my interest

I’ve sold all mine now as it’s clear they’re not making any meaningful revenue right yet and for the foreseeable , plus I’ve lost confidence in their product after watching their app on Google store regularly losing users. Can’t be that good app if users download it then go on to delete it.

When I first saw they had something like 320 users of the app on Google store, I got excited and thought it would snowball. Clearly not happening . Damp squib springs to mind

New to this company and just trying to get my head around some of the previous rns details.

In their 2024 strategy update, they state the following:

“Total of $30m to $35m, inclusive of money raised in the anticipated 2024 financing, from investment and strategic deals needed to fund the Company to profitability”

So does this mean they’re expecting to have to pretty much dilute shareholders again like this another two times at least before 2027?

Ok, so even if AA owned the whole company and that valuation was correct, it is really clear to understand that AA can no longer be classed as a Billionaire. I think he’d struggle to muster up even £100mil to help save pfc

Just looked it up, doesn’t appear to be a plc, so no idea what that company is valued at. But I’d presume nothing near where it needs to be to give AA the backing he’d need to find an injection into pfc.

If I remember rightly I’m sure AA had to put up over 20 million shares of his current holding as security when he participated in the last capital raise. But would be interesting to know what his holding in Venterra group is worth.

I’m not so sure Ayman Asfari could be the knight in shining armour even if he wanted to be. His net worth will only be a fraction of that “billionaire” status now due to how much the value of his shares in pfc have plummeted.

He was reported as being worth around 1.2 billion by Forbes back in 2017, but that was when pfc SP was £12+ per share. Only need to do the maths now the sp is where it’s at. His current holding only worth around £20mil now

There’s some absolute tosh written on these bb’s, pi’s are so easily lead it seems. For a start if Paul was as bigger player as he makes out, trust me he wouldn’t be wasting his time on an internet form ffs.

And this so called inside info that the shorters have, did the likes of Marshall Wallace get left out of the loop? Give it a rest will ya! They’re gambling that’s all. This is why many shorts have been proved to be wrong many times over the years.

Even Blackrock got it wrong on pfc a few years back, but more often than not they always manage to buy back their borrowed shares without causing a squeeze, so the shorts won’t be sweating it as much as folk here make out if things don’t go the way they are betting on

Neill777 whilst I do kind of agree with your thoughts, I can’t help but remind myself that they are only guessing/gambling the same way that we are.

If the shorts were so certain of a poor outcome, why aren’t they all still increasing daily?

Imo they have taken the decision of what they are willing to risk if it all goes Pete tong for them, ie the news is good and they get burnt

Couldn’t have made it more obvious that you’re a trader if you tried. Made a few bucks, seen that shorts have increased, shat yourself, so exiting today with a final ramp to hopefully keep the sp high enough for a nice profitable exit. What a joke these bb’s are

I think most folk on here forget about this being his baby. The rns clearly states how they’re looking at options that also protect shareholders, Asfari probably being the main reason for this.
