Could be a cop rns for the market to absorb over the long weekend
No rns??
Could be promising then. I didn’t think peel H would be throwing money into this for the fun of it and definitely wasn’t falling for any of that nonsense earlier re closing a short. I mean ffs, how stupid must the derampers think we are
What’s the story with peel hunt and gcg then?
Tr1’s aren’t issued for closing of shorts you fools
After seeing Peel Hunt buying, I'm back in
As much as I'd like to see the suspension lifted, there's also a part of me that would rather it stay suspended for sometime yet.
I have a nasty habit of selling good stocks far too soon and missing out on some fairly hefty gains. At least this way the company is getting on with business, increasing shareholder value (from what we can make out anyway) and I cannot make any silly rash decisions in the short term that I'll more than likely regret.
On the other hand, the extra time in suspension is also enabling me to build a decent cash pot in both mine and my children's ISA's which i'm hoping to put into revb once trading again, so long as it doesn't open up something crazy high.
For me, so long as all is well with the accounts, I will be looking to buy what I can for <50p, anything higher than that I'll be ignoring the SP action and trying to hold until one day the company hits £500mil mcap or more, then I will reevaluate my position.
I'm looking forward to seeing if Bob buys up some shares once suspension is lifted, that'll be a great catalyst for the SP imo.
Basically, just chill guys, try to look at this suspension as a blessing. Obviously for those needing their cash out asap for one thing or other, I feel for you guys and hope you are rewarded for your patience
Having only round out about Elf beauty in recent months, i've been checking in on their sp from time to time and am gobsmacked just how well its been doing. Last time I checked the SP was in the mid $70 range, now it's fast approaching $100! Giving ELF an mcap currently of just under $5bil. A rise of over 300% in the last year!
So comparing them to Revb...
ELF revenue expected to be £435 - £438mil
Revb revenue expected to be £215 - £225 mil
Elf EBITDA £89 - £90 mil
revb EBITDA £18-£20 mil
So ELF only has double the revenue of revb at present and around 5x EBITDA of revb, but yet is valued at 86x the current value of revb!
I think revb SP has some massive catching up to do once suspension is lifted
Heres hoping to some good news before this week is out! GLA
Anyone else starting to regret trimming their holding just before suspension?
I must admit I was kinda relieved I had when we got the rns on 23rd Sept, in fact I was annoyed with myself for not taking more off the table.
But now things seem to be not as bad as first expected, in fact quite the opposite now with all the news of late, aside from suspension taking longer than we’d have liked. I for one will be trying to add to my holding to get it back to where it was in the last week pre suspension, if I can buy for 40p or less upon lifting of suspension, as I’ve no doubt that’ll seem cheap in the not too distant future.
Obviously this is depending on the news released with the accounts etc, but I’m now feeling fairly confident that it’s going to be positive
I’ve been in and out of PMG a few times over recent years, quite surprised to see this recent drop out of the blue. Can someone give me a quick run down as to what TC has done to deserve the abuse on this bb? I’ve done a bit of digging through previous posts and rns but can’t work it out exactly
It could be a “loss leader” for Home Bargains. It will after all get a lot of shoppers through the door that might not have gone there otherwise
Oddly seems to be a fair bit of buying going on. Mind boggles as to what’s going on here
Hope those with bigger balls than me do well today on this
Something odd going on… It was the same a while back with the buys. Normally I’d expect this with extreme volatility, but I wouldn’t put todays action in that category.
NT to buy now
So mostly buys seem to be going through atm judging by that
And tell me what price you’re being offered. Tia
It’s definitely fishy.
There’s a few more jumping ship but I’d say there’s still quite a few that are holding on judging by the size of sells last couple of days. Only been a few biggies, when compared to the decent amount of large buys in the last week
It’s a bit of a concern that such an important legal matter has been overlooked by the nomad and anyone else advising the company
I don’t disagree with you Neil777 at all, it’s how I understand the rules to be also. I don’t know what the heck Adam thinks he’s playing at and hope it all comes tumbling down for him
