The more I think about it the more confident I feel that there’s little chance of them getting over 75% of the vote, so long as us pi’s stand our ground

Just logged back into HL to see if my latest share purchases have settled to allow me to vote, but not yet. Hopefully they’ll have settled on Monday and I’ll get my votes of NO logged on the full 100k shares.
It notes that all votes have to be in by 21st March 1:59pm, so don’t miss the deadline!

Just added 35,954 shares taking my total to 100k shares.
I’ll wait for those to settle then I’ll be voting NO on both counts

I’m with HL and they’ve gone… I hope this doesn’t mean it’s been delisted!

I just stumbled across ELF over the weekend after visiting our local Superdrug store and checking out the Revolution Beauty Stand.
From what I see both companies are selling similar products and aiming for the same customer base.
What did surprise me was the mcap of ELF… Almost $4bil!
Now I’ve not done much homework on ELF yet, but from their revenues/profits I cannot understand why they have such a high mcap compared to Revb. Obviously current issues aside, which will hopefully be dealt with in a month or so. Interested to hear others thoughts on ELF compared to Revb

I think most of you are being quite unfair towards revb and the current (fairly new) BOD, also some very unrealistic expectations when it comes to the task in hand.

Firstly, if any of you have ever run a business you should be aware that it doesn't matter how efficient you are at doing your paperwork side of things, once you've submitted all your data to the accountant/auditors you have little to no control as to how long they take to do their part. As for BDO, is it really their problem that this mess has occurred? Not at all, that's thanks to the corrupt BOD members that have now been booted, so don't be expecting any special favours/treatment from BDO getting this task over the line, as revb isn't their only priority.

Bob and his team will be (hopefully) doing all that's within their control to get business done, he's not going to put his neck on the line and give any guarantees when he has no control over BDO's business practices.

I for one am just relieved that it looks as though we won't be de-listed come end of Feb, I will now wait patiently for the next update, hopefully being the one we're all waiting for.

When we got the news regarding the investigation, it stated that this could take several months. Several to me has always meant more than a couple or a few, a couple being two, a few being three, several in my understanding is more than a few months, otherwise they’d have just said a few months.
So relax, take your mind off the stock as there’s nothing any of us can do about it until it’s eventually trading again. It’s clear this is going to be sometime in 2023 before suspension is lifted, so just focus on family, enjoy Christmas and the new year and hope for the best in whatever outcome maybe here
