This sounds really positive. I’m surprised we didn’t see a SP rise off this potential
All looks and sounds quite positive.
Haydale Awarded Supply Agreement for its Proprietary Functionalised Thermal Fluid
Following today's announcement, I note the below:
Pro-specs looks like a proper company with over 160k likes on FB.
A jacket with Thermit coating was advertised by Pro-specs on 22 December 2021, garnering c1.4k likes (hTTps://www.facebook.com/184480628321524/posts/3967817726654443/).
If you follow the link within the above, the jacket is for sale for 295,200 South Korean Won.
This is the equivalent of 182GBP.
They've shifted 8,000 units in a matter of weeks. Pro-specs have therefore cleared c.£1.4m of graphene Thermit coated jackets in a month or so.
We're obviously not party to the respective split of profits between the three parties but the above looks good to me - a genuine revenue stream.
Also of note is iCraft's apparent commitment to graphene and Haydale.
I hadn't looked at iCraft's website for a year or more - it always included a link to iCraft's Brandsafer spin-off but has recently had a significant update.
It now includes a smorgasbord of information on the history and current applications of graphene, the Haydale logo prominent alongside Brandsafer's:
icraft21.com
hTTps://brandsafer.gabia.io/page/graphene
I would therefore expect further orders in due course. The acquisition of the capacity enhancing reactor could not have come soon enough.
Today is a good news day.
It seems their new NOMAD is already showing good results...
"Haydale, (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to announce that following the successful incorporation of graphene nano-platelets (GNPs) in its cosmetic face mask sheets and PPE face masks, iCraft is using Haydale's functionalised GNPs in its graphene-coated fabric, THERMiT™."
This is the best bit:
"Addressing a need for increased performance in terms of thermal and antibacterial properties, Haydale's plasma functionalised GNPs have been used to coat the nylon fibres in the lining of a down jacket. The graphene coated fabric, THERMiT™, was supplied to South Korean sports apparel brand, Pro-Specs, for use in a new graphene-enhanced jacket. The initial production run of 8,000 items, which was available in store and online, sold out within weeks of being released."
Fantastic that the limited run of 8,000 sold out, shows there's strong demand in the APAC market for this kind of high end product with the anti bacterial properties that graphene brings. Exciting times!
Wonder if this world shortage will be good for haydale once they ramp up production

Likewise! What a pleasant surprise going into the holiday.
Season Greetings and gla!
..at least it will be if there's a positive bit of news from Haydale to follow all these buys today... :-)
GLA & wishing you all a happy and prosperous New Year!!
Not entirely bad results and still plenty to play for... Lets hope the sp holds following this and give us long term holders some confidence going into 2022 and beyond.
gla
Interesting tidbit from that presentation to the graphene council that they've got another HT1400 reactor being delivered to HQ in December.
This was announced in March and the reactor was described as expecting to increase their production volume 8-fold so it's great to see it coming online and boosting their production capacity like this, it will surely boost their output while reducing the eventual cost of graphene.
So we poor frustrated PIs, sitting here fretting about the wisdom of our investment in Haydale, hear absolutely nothing at all from the company about their activities for months on end - and then they go and release this absolute gem of a video for The Graphene Council (& it's already on You Tube). Plenty of detail, especially about their healthcare-related work, & well worth watching to the end...

Some big buy's coming through this morning. There is huge news in the pipeline with increased graphene production capabilities next year. This is an exciting time for haydale. Good products, future tech, lots of potential.
It looks to me like there's some upwards movement on the price here finally. I wonder if it's related to the Notice of Results coming up on w/c 15th November - they've been unusually quiet recently and I have a feeling they'll have some exciting announcements to share.
Anyone have any theories on the two price monitoring extensions this morning?
“Haydale hopes that a new, larger reactor due next year will allow it to produce hundreds of tonnes of graphene annually” nice article, I think this company is building up a very solid baseline to work with. Getting its priorities in order first and then will start to roll out some nice orders
Good find.
It sounds like the writer was invited to watch the production of HDPE (see 21 June 21). Hopefully this means there's some orders coming through.
Haydale mentioned in this article.

just added more here, £10k - let's hope the timing wasn't too bad this time, one can never tell...! Onwards and upwards. The recent announcement of the engineering solutions for hydrogen storage is one of many reasons why this is a strong buy/hold. I think this will recover back to 7.5p in a fairly short time! (fingers crossed)
5 million in bank. Plans to scale up production.
Looking to break into America. Graphene becoming more and more used in industry etc. This seems all good to me
Good news that the offer was over-subscribed but, seems odd that an offer supposedly to encourage other investors in provided opportunity for Directors to buy shares at 6p?
