...as the company gets close to the criticality of needing to sort out its finances, the SP will tumble again unless a positive solution is found very soon.

Surely now (once the offer clears) the only way is up for this SP?

With funding only until Q12026, the time line for finding the funds for beyond that is now short. I know the CEO said the potential funders / partners want to see the 1B results, but they not due to end 2025. Avacta will be in a high risk finance position by then, not a great negotiating position. How did they let it get like this?
