'The i3 Share Distributions will exclude from their calculations those Ordinary Shares issued after the record date' I hadn't realised this. Shareholders who bought in after a currently unspecified set date won't be given i3 shares.
How quick new posters spread the doom and gloom not knowing a thing that is going on. Still excited about the potential we have here and to watch how it all unfolds. GLA to those genuine holders
De-listed??? Which silly fool thinks this is a write off? All holders get free shares in i3 at an instant 100% premium (double your money) - as well as being carried through to an RTO on Cora gold. Fantastic news. Anyone who says otherwise can't read or didn't bother trying.
what the record date will be for qualifying for i3 shares.
So Dod, How do you make that one out mate?? Have you read the RNS, do you understand it???
The only problem is if you held them in an ISA like me, you lose your ISA status. Share certificates will be issued and can then be sent back to your broker once it 're lists.
Share certificate,now that's a blast from past!
You'll probably get them as a share certificate (on a piece of paper) from your broker.
Ha, same query as myself :-)
Apologies for a basic query but what happens now with my shares held with my broker. When i3 lists will be broker automatically update my new holding there?
I take it my PF will no longer show GWIK from Monday? Therefore my money will disappear for now is that right? And then just a case of waiting and when everything is sorted my new shares will appear?
Correct - and you never will be able to trade this on AIM again, as it has been delisted.
Very confused! Unless I'm reading it wrong, which I probably am,we still can't trade.
Re RNS All as expected, no surprises whatsoever and I remain very excited at big returns here. Everything to plan at the moment as it says on RNS so relax and enjoy the downtime. Plenty to look forward too
any thoughts on this

I know what's going on RE i3e and the Cora Gold RTO etc, just as a little surprised that nobody is talking about it. I would have thought we would have an RNS today, maybe Monday. Don't get me wrong I'm more than happy here !
Nowt on stock exchange site..nomad says he will get info from i3e when it happens..happy to go with that
Not really as we know what is potentially going on. All rather positive still even with a de-list Assume you have not checked any RNS info?
here considering we are on the verge of delisting.
Thanks nomadic
Just has to happen before 7am on Monday I believe... but I also thought you would get a one week notice before de-listing. Guess rules about notifying shareholders change whilst in suspension. Either way, will know in the next few days. I'm on i3's mailing list for IPO announcement. Will post if I here anything.
Hi miker....no probs..as you say doesn't really matter...happy with my lot here as no doubt you are..long ways from oct/Nov '16 matey..Oct/Nov '17 going to be real interesting..cheers my friend
Hi Pompey mate, actually it could be by tomorrow night then (Fri 03rd) as technically speaking Monday 06th is after the 6 months allowed. It doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things but as I said we may get a bit more info, I am of course assuming that an RNS has to be issued in this scenario and don't mind admitting I am not 100% sure if it does.. atb
