That should read - *GWIK holders will receive i3 shares...... *
GWIK holders will receive shares at a 50% discount to the listing price. (instant double your money) They will also receive shares in Cora gold (extra little bonus) Yes, GWIK will delist, and you may have to take action to put the new shares in i3 and Cora gold back into your normal share dealing account, but that should not require much more than a phonecall and/or a signature on a form. Nothing to be worried about imo.
Well pomp I do hope the board are good for there word. Not as much as a some, but a significant amount of cash Tied up in a delisted co. Of course there is nothing I can Do about that other than hope it comes good.
No you haven't archir66 it's merely transferring to i3e & Cora Gold. Nice surprise in store matey
Have an uncomfortable feeling I have just lost my investment.
Hi miker...I'm with you matey..kids have what's app..bought missus fitness kit like wrist watch...got grandson to set it up :-))) hey ho
both delisted and both still on lse.
Hi MrNotay, all ideas welcomed mate but spare a thought for us oldies lol, I am assuming this is a phone app, if not it is proving my more mature years are a hindrance to todays technology! My phone resembles a house brick, only just got to grips with the tv remote :¬ ) I will go with the flow and monitor all areas that I am able to. atb
I can create a whatsapp group if people are up for it. No rubbish, just gwik/i3 related news. Just a thought
Will do pompey, I invested in a share that de-listed and the bb was removed almost immediately, don't think there is a timescale just when then admin get round to it / can be bothered per se. atb mate
Good idea miker...prs seems a reasonable move..if this goes dead see you there matey..cheers
For all investors who want to keep in touch with a bb we can 'use' ( once this disappears) even if it is just to announce an update we could decide on one say PRS (Paternoster) as they have bought in to Gwik. Just an idea and it would not be abusing another board as such as they are invested in Gwik and Amanda is director there as well. Thoughts anyone or we could just keep on checking Gwik website I suppose. atb
Board remains active. Not sure how long for. Involved in another share that has been delisted and still active there.
How funny is that.
Very spooky, great minds and all that!
If Glenwick's Aim listing ceases on Monday then will this discussion board also disappear?
does this bb get closed down as the will not be an AIM share?
Evening all. I've read today's RNS a few times now as well as looking at the previous ones. We were of course always hopeful of the i3 IPO to have been issued as a share divided prior to cancelation for tax purposes (and of course the unknown that now presents itself to many of us on how shares are distributed and handed outside of an ISA). I'm assuming the record date isn't anything to worry about, I mean paternoster resources are getting pro-rata i3 shares via GWIK and they only subscribed in Feb '17. The thing to remember here is pretty much the full cash shell value of GWIK (so almost the full value of our shares) went to i3, so can't see anyone being excluded who invested in 2016? Atb.
100% mate. The only other qualifier is the recent investor that has stumped up the cash to try to get the RTO funded through due diligence
And I will be very happy for you to be wrong as well :)
Miker, profuse apologies if that is the case! That's how it read to me but very happy to be wrong...
This was always going to happen. Sit back and watch it unfold. The i3 invesment was key. Jaap Poll to thank for that. I met the man for an evening in London in the summer and have had regular communication since it was suspended. Utter gent. Sit back and relax. Let's see what comes from this possible RTO but that is just the cherry on top. i3 will make us all multiples which is why I'm dissapointed about losing my ISA status on over 40m shares. The rest are ok in a SIPP. It is a weird situation. Delisted shares and I am very relaxed about my £60,000 investment. My second largest ever single holding in 1 company. It's been risky, but not now and I'm so glad I gritted my teeth and loaded up. Jaap told me nothing inside when I met him, I just knew he knew what he was doing and that was that.
Jono21, I bought my 4 million share about a week before suspension. If I don't get i3 shares then I affectively have lost my holding. Glenwick could then become a private company which I would still own shares in I think. Is this right? As I said earlier I'm very confused, not experienced this before.
It doesn't mean that mate at all, the existing shareholders all qualify as you were 'locked in' when it was suspended. It just means when it re-lists new investors buying in will not get the 50% discounted share upgrade.
Hi Jono, what was the date.
