Definitely won't be 5th March..Sunday..Amanda may have a lie in :-))) Monday for me
I am assuming that an RNS has to be released regarding cancellation due to the 6 month suspension running its full course. It may be a one liner and very factual but it is also an opportunity to provide a little update of progress being made etc. atb
Hi Pompey, not sure of the technical detail but not worried by that, all I know is that i3 ipo and Gwik rto of Cora Gold are totally isolated and not connected with each other therefore expecting 2 separate re-list dates with i3 ipo happening first. atb
Morning matey..you are quite right miker...still not sure what happens after cancellation..do we relist as Gwik or Cora or Gwik holding Cora..confused.com :-)) either way glad to be in here and really looking forward to how this will unfold..like the bit in the rns Amanda says about Jaap making a quick and informed decision...that will greatly benefit shareholders...gla
Whilst the date of 5th March is correct as Amanda stated in the last RNS it will not affect the i3 IPO or Cora Gold RTO. They will still go ahead even after cancellation. atb
5thSept to 5th March...few more days yet.
Morning fellow investor, shouldn't we be coming out of suspension soon, 6 months are up.
Only my opinion but I anticipate the IPO of i3 and listing on AIM to happen before Gwik's rto of Cora Gold. Just believe we are not far way from an announcement relating to IPO. i3 wanted to get to production by summer time and they need to raise the $45m or so before they can even begin to physically start work to 're-open' the well. As they had quoted in an RNS that they hoped to list on AIM Q4 2016 they have fallen behind schedule but only paperwork and due diligence in their way before re-list and fund raise. I actually think the $45m will be oversubscribed and a tier 1 bank or fund manager will already be lined up by Amanda as no point just re-listing and then 'oh we need to find investors now', obviously PI's can and will join in. With RTO of Cora Gold I see this taking a lot longer with the need to satisfy all parties involved from the legally binding paperwork/details. I have read that with RTO's it is the norm for it to take 6 - 8 months to finalise deals so whilst we may get updates I reckon Autumn before we are up and running. Just be nice to have an active bb with share chat once the first deal is underway. atb
Hi Boom, i3 and Cora are not connected in any way whatsoever, we will get shares in both and you can sell one and keep the other or whatever permutation that suits you. atb
Thanks nomadic, just curious as to how the article valued Cora at £13.35m. atb
Thanks Boom mate, should have known better, excellent research. atb
My understanding is 1.35m. Cheers
Hi Boom mate, is it £13.35m or £1.35m only the £130,000 raised represents 9% or so of £1.35m leaving 91% or have I got this wrong ( probably have) and that is not what you mean by the completion of a concurrent cash call, I would prefer it to be £13.35m. atb
I will be honest in terms of not done much research on the Gold deal, I am happy just to get my initial investment back which is close on 30k to be honest. That will in theory give me free shares in I3 which is where I expect to make some big money. North Sea is getting exciting again and I do not see any reason why the market cap will not climb to 400-500 million and beyond with further purchases and investments. In terms of the IPO ariel arrow I believe that the majority of these shares will be taken up by some major institutional investors and these will now all be taken and just waiting for paperwork. legals etc etc to be completed. GLA
Ok, if not the website then where? How many shares are they issuing and at what market cap, various questions with no availiable info to browse over, all the website shows is the personal and they all have a similar background, I find it difficult to be enthusiastic with such little information, I'm not saying this will not come good, just saying that we don't know.
You don't advertise an IPO on a website. It is done by communicating with the financial gurus in the city. AVD will be playing a major part in this imo I3 will be huge and I am extremely confident in a massive return, investment is about luck sometimes and I think this has been a clever move from some intelligent people at GWIK. Just relax and enjoy as I3 are not a Mickey Mouse advert, study their board!! GLA
Why when you go on their website is there no mention of the Ipo? Seem odd to me, I would have thought that they would have been keen to promote it, can't say I'll be sorry when this is all behind us, sorry if I'm not bursting with excitement like the rest of you, if someting seems to good to be true it usually is, I'll be happy to be proved wrong.
Have to admit it is a very exciting play. Mainly i3. If Liberator produces the 8,000bopd then I think that would command a market cap at £580m (8000 bopd x 365 days x 20 profit x 10 p/e). Considering i3 will have zero debt to service, they will be able to acquire similar near production fields with the profit very quickly. I believe i3 will have raised £40m, of which we will have equivalent of 0.1 per share. I think it could easily come in 20% up on first day with a market cap of near £50m. Indicates within a year we could see a 10 bagger. Really exciting play and can't wait to see who is on our share register after IPO. No mean feat raising $45m.
.11, are you having a laugh mate!!?? I am looking for 20 - 30 times that by holding for somewhere between 6-12 months, DO you realise the assets that we are going to have shares in, have you done any research at all?? .11......... LOL
You never know what our i3 energy holding and for that matter Cora may be worth in a few year's time! As usual, it's a case of holding for the long term. We should not have too much longer to wait. If on target, we'll have at least the IPO within the next 4 weeks.
1.1p more like
Why would they not give it out of hours? Pretty normal practice
Why would they give one after hours when we are suspended?
other than Barclay account holders showing 0.11p, I have been checking all day with my account HSDL (Halifax) and it is still showing 0.06 but if others not belonging to Barclays are showing 0.11 then that would be significant as it would be a definite action and not just a glitch with all those in the same nominee account i.e in this case Barclays. Just a thought. atb
