Hi Miker..trust you are well..thanks matey forgot about rns wording just looking at aim rules etc. You are quite right and as it refers to the 'proposed transaction' I'm assuming it's on the table right now. Must admit didn't think I would be in this position right now looking back to Oct/Nov....sooooo glad I dug my heels in..good luck matey pompey
Hi Pompey mate, rto can still go ahead even if suspension goes the full 6 months, which I suspect it will, because trading will as people rightly say be cancelled on AIM but the 4th paragraph on last RNS states: "Cancellation will not impact on the Proposed Transaction and the Board will seek a new admission to trading of the enlarged share capital of the Company as part of the Proposed Transaction". I think Amanda will see it through and she will be well versed in rto's and trading / suspension regs per se. atb
We have until 5th March to complete rto to satisfaction of aim authorities otherwise we are out of aim for failing to meet target....tough ask..but maybe..just maybe gla pompey
Not so sure about that. Only if they can get the RTO sorted
Morning all, shouldn't we be coming out of suspension soon.

Getting impatient. Just want a date to focus on.
Show me Already stated in rto that they have placement which dilutes our shares by 10 percent in I3 That is all we can lose now so rto has to proceed more than 20 percent of Gwik current price to break even ( as I3 double Cam Pearce new co list today just done successful place nearly a mill trading 3.5p I'm guess original Gwik asset may be used imo. Eml
If we do an RTO it is quite likely that some of our investment in i3 would be used for the RTO. I would rather 100% in i3 personally.
I have looked at all figures. Take my holding. £5500 at 0.0847 is pretty much £3100 in i3. That is now double- £6200. First day of trading should see about 30% premium. Now upto £8200. When the oil starts flowing maybe then 3 to 4 times that. £30000 is roughly my own figure.
Will we be "given" i3 shares based on how many GWIK shares we hold? ... best guess on how many per gwik share held ... or no way of telling at the moment?
If you look at I3, we will have shares in this company at 50% reduction to the initial IPO. They are looking at raising 40 million pounds, yes you heard right 40 million pounds. Once they start drilling and the results are good which they obviously think they will be, the company will be valued significantly higher that where it started, could take 12 months but I maintain that this could be life changing if you have over 30k invested like I have. Let's hope so anyway. That is my view and I am hopeful at this stage, especially when you chuck in an RTO as well. Hopefully happy days. Expecting at least 2p in 12 months, take a look at JOG when you have a minute!!.
Unless anyone has stacks of money at a very low average, i fail to see how this can be life changing. i3 need to gobble up a couple more fields before we can realise serious money.
Good post show.me. To raise the $45m or so it will be the bigger institutuions that can stump up that amount of money and also even if some PI's sell up, which they will and no problem with that, the volume or ownership of PI's shares compared to the insitutions / banks etc will be a tiny fraction % wise and I really do not think that will have a detrimental effect on the sp. I will be happy with 0.2 in the first few weeks because once the well is producing, and we believe it will be Q3, i3 MarCap will go from $50m to $400m+, an increase of 8 fold and so as we are linked to i3 sp we should see 'our' sp go up by same multiple. Even a conservative estimate will give us 1p or thereabouts if and when this happens, it can't not if we have a fixed % ownership to i3. Eitherway an excellent situation for existing shareholders and a good opportunity for newbies who will be happy to buy in at 0.15 / 0.2 ish to get a multiple of that 6 months later. atb
I only hold 4m shares so not sure how many i3 share I will get .... loving the exciting wait for news ... gla
Hi Mate. Not really understanding what you are saying about the SP. GWIK holders at the time of suspension will receive I3 shares at a 50% reduction of the IPO price and if an RTO takes place which I think it will we will have GWIK shares as well although diluted. Double whammy, so I don't really get when you say you are not bothered about RTO, I accept that the value is in I3 which I believe can makes us life changing money, and I mean life changing!!. Would be good to get RTO as well, surely or have I got it wrong?? Cheers mate
Institutions will take nearly all if not all the IPO of i3. It's the making of a great success story. I think we are very lucky to have the opportunity as PIs to have shares in this early on. I think when it comes to market there will be vey little liquidity which should give us all an initial boost when it comes to market. I think if we get the GWIK equivalent of 0.1, we will see 0.2 to 0.25 within the first couple of weeks as PIs try to get in the i3 potential. Hopefully we are nearly there in terms of the distribution news. I'm personally not bothered about any RTO. I think that's Amanda driver.
Thanks Ecuagold..sure is a good read..and we fit right in there..2017 is going to e very interesting pompey
Yeah Mr Bean, where is this info please or did the NOMAD tell you this personally? You may be correct and that is the case but i can see no info on this
Good article in Telegraph online Business section about North sea oil and its players.
Where is that written Broadbean? Must have missed that announcement.
Reckon institutional investors will take nearly all the shares, but lets hope we can apply for more.
You could make a lot of money on this one. Once we have a few negative people posting that is a good sign to me
to finding out how many i3 shares I get and their value ... also the price that we relist at will be interesting .. hoping to make some money on both .. fingers crossed.
Lack of time remaining to conduct due diligence etc. NOMAD has said no grounds for extension.
