From a corporate governance standpoint, acquiring Zanaga, an entity with an established track record and transparent operating history, represents a far more robust and defensible strategy than engaging with RAM, a company formed only within the past six months and lacking a proven performance or governance framework.

It’s gotta be a buy at these levels.

I’m with others in believing that the long process for EGM and RAM offer as to draw out another bid or bids!
