Too quick on reply I didn't see nomadicinvestors response
Pompey They have to get all this done by March otherwise Gwik delists and your allocated i3 shares will be held in a normal trading account outside the ISA
Thanks nomadicinvestor..always have appreciated your postings...take your point..would hate to lose out. Not sure an extension is available is it? But there again I'm no expert on aim rules so anything is possible cheers matey, pompey
I believe it needs to happen before March suspension deadline, or else the shares may get distributed not within the ISA umbrella. Which will be very frustrating after I used over a third of my allowance this year in GWIK, on the assumption it could reward me with greatest cost savings if all went well. I think the option of an RTO is still on the table. If this happens then i3 shares will be transferred into whatever account you held GWIK (isa included). I think we need an extension to the suspension in order to complete RTO. Even if announced now, it would never happen within the month. Anyway, my understanding is it could be either way depending on what happens... hope that helps!
Thanks jono21.. much appreciated..take it this still happens even though isa is fully invested?
My understanding is that it happens automatically and no action is required on your part.
Hi everyone and good morning..question for the more informed than I please...I have Gwik shares in an HL isa..when i3e shares are allocated to us and issued to us by way of a dividend will they be added automatically to my isa account. I've been following the bb but still not clear if I will be required to take any action myself...thanks in advance pompey
Thanks Miker much appreciated.
Hi Daiwish, the sp I am referring to is the equivalent value per share you hold in Gwik. Yes $400m Market Cap but that is when the oil is flowing in 6 months or so. The initial IPO and fund raise will value i3 at £50m to start with. Just my opinion of course but managing my expectations and being realistic at the very beginning. atb
Could i ask you miker what sp are you refering to i3e or gwiks? Surely the shares will be separate, i read on here that i3e will have a mcap of 400million thats got to be more than a sp of 0.04, or have i got this all wrong. Cheers daiwish
Exponential once the oil is coming out and as you say this would / could fund other acquisitions / wells etc. I do expect a fairly low sp on return 0.15 / 0.2 and then 0.3 / 0.4 in a matter of days once i3 start and get the fundraising effortlessly. atb
Agreed miker444...i3e will want to get ipo done asap to fund work on rig to get at oil to generate revenue..so sooner the better..revenue will fund other finds..exponential is the word..bigger & better for us shareholders.all imho of course pompey
Royoboy, have to agree we are only 2 days away from Feb and whilst I believe no time limit on IPO ( as opposed to rto ) definitely think we will get an update possibly by end of this week. i3 have the approved acquisition ownership notice and will want to get moving as quickly as they can. atb
January almost gone. Would be nice to have some news, tick tock tick tock.
Nearly 5 months since suspension. Can't help thinking gwik will have some kind of tie in with i3. An rto and then an absorption with i3?
Hi mate, well is such a nice word, a well at 8,000 bopd would be better! atb
I have read all of your 6 posts. Apart from this one you are advising very strongly on all the other posts of how for those companies you mention it is the best time to buy or this share will boom etc etc. For someone 'with no experience in this field' your post here could be construed as misleading at best or manipulation at worst. There are not two shares. You are not invested here. Goodbye.
Any latest news about this share.Any guru knows any news about ten share as I have invested money in these two shares and they both shares on rest mode.I have no experience in this field but trying to learn from you guys.
Sorry glenwick not flaming Glenwood lol
Glenwood state that they will distribute i3 shares to us shareholders as a special dividend. So they are not going to hijack the shares
Still think it will happen. A person of his experience and sidekicks would not have taken over without some kind of long term plan. Just wonder if the board would like to hijack the i3 profits.
Think this will go like hell. Investors being lined up for shares at a premium. Known reserve..production H2..what's not to like..not bothered about rto..don't think we PIs will get a look in at the shares they're spoken for.
I'm working on the assumption that GWIK will be wound up - I can't believe there will be a RTO now (but what do I know?). Makes me wonder if the best use of any remaining GWIK cash isn't to buy more pre-IPO shares in I3.
I think i3 are in the 'quiet period' sorting out the prospectus and back room conversations before they are sanctioned to list a IPO date and kick off the official funding period. That I think lasts around 4 weeks so I would expect some meat in the next 2 weeks
