Still a strong chance of being bought out this year. ( bloody hope not) but been under cover in the luang prabang night market, laos during a storm for the last hour and its a perfect metaphor of how quickly things can change.
Hopefully Billy they give us a good insight into projections at the year end accounts. 🤞
Just get the ducks in a row then...🚀
BAZ…….. So a off the cuff £5b valuation sounds cheap now compared to £25b
On top on this GST have their foot in the door in the East as well as the West.
£1b will do for now!!! I make that 50p
As recommended by Long decided to do a search for raises for Revolut.
In July 2021, Revolut's Series E raised US$800 million from investors, including SoftBank Group and Tiger Global Management, at a US$33 billion valuation. This made Revolut the leading European start up in terms of valuation. As of June 2023, Revolut has raised $1.7 billion in total funding.
Currently valued at 25.7 billion.
So just over a 15 times markup on raised funds.
That’ll do me.

It's more than a mere 10% bounce. It could well be that our buyer is out. Combine that with a good chance of news before results followed by results. Then we are looking at a huge bounce 🚀
I find it bizarre a poster spends all day 5 times a week posting with a 6 or 7 k investment.. strange behaviour from a senior citizen for such a small return
I do like a blue Friday.
Peanuts kat.
You're insignificant remember.
Feels like psychosis! but i'm sure everyone will be relieved to see placing price next week.
and, just remember... 704651, when i sell!
good weekend, all.

Looks like kat had my headline removed because he didn't like it.. ooooh the nerve. Let's hope he doesn't revert to type one he rescues his funds.
Billy, EVERYONE is looking for recovery for tomorrow... and the day after... and the day after that... and the day after that, etc.
there isn't one holder here (except the few who got in last week at 0.74) who will be happy at the current sp. but i don't see how stalking others across bb's makes anyone look other than a little bit deranged if they show themselves up with other share bbs as being how they cope with their investing going sideways for a while?
hope tomorrow brings a flurry ot trades to tamp down the bitter!
Must be locked in a few or looking for recovery for tomorrow!

BTW novice you were buying gst at above 2 pence in your posting history and I have supplied the evidence. As well as your post that you sold out at a loss at .5p.
Nice try bud.
Now let's enjoy the day.
For the record novice my posting history shows I left poly way before their delisting with a great profit. So if you can show any evidence to the contrary for once then please do so.
Hope you finally make some profit somewhere for once.
I guess I finally got you to let your true feelings out.
:)
Every single reply is a sad cry for help as poor tiny has been left frustrated with either buying at the top or being left underwater after investing in poly and so they communicates only by trolling and bullying as actual words have no more meaning to them ! I’m very happy ✅

That the more CARP some of you on here post, the more you are all driving people away from even considering investing in GST.
Take a deep breath and think of your own inane and ridiculous posts.
You know who you are as you've all posted a pile of CARP on here in the last few days, so think on, or look sharp as my old granny used to say.
Lets just stick to GST and the facts of what we know and STOP the daily banal postings.

Totally deranged.
that said, seeing the sp pretty much halved from 1.45 will do that to you.
35% down from day before placing isn't much better.
it's funny how, without revenge posting the conversation here drops to almost the same level as the trades.
better day tomorrow, maybe...

Hee hee. She is probably worth a billion now. Yes I have my morals
Sorry have to correct you and in defence of Splat…..
It’s with good authority that Splat with a moral compass and integrity had to let a lady down 12 years ago . Something wasn’t right at the time if I can remember………….. something to do with a moustache!!!!!!!!
Splat couldn’t resist that!!’n
Hurry up zag. You are obviously going through my posting history but I have better things to be doing than waiting for your pish poor reply 😉

Massive I asked the FCA this and they said there is no expectation for them to disclose thier next step. That is up to the business, but they wouldnt tell me if they were still on or have finished the programme.
Surly gst should say their next move if they're not currently on the 6 month innovation pathway? Now at 12 months
You can’t be rejected from the innovation pathway. It is not a win or lose pathway, it’s a support programme, the FCA told me that not all firms that go through innovation pathway come out with an action. It is guidance to help firms achieve thier regulatory goal for what ever next step they chose to make. So imho they have finished a now wait for the next step, I’m hoping it’s the DSS or they are waiting foe legislation to be passed and go straight to authorisation. The DSS is the best next step
Your company will be considered dormant for corporation tax purposes in any of the following circumstances:
It is not trading and does not receive any other income. This includes investment income.✅
It is a new limited company that hasn’t started trading yet.✅
It is a flat management company.❌
It is an unincorporated association or charity that owes less than £100 corporation tax.❌
If we're going to be rejected from the innovation pathway surly it's logical after 12 months this would've happened by now? unless it's already been determined we're heading onto the DSS? Sounds reasonable to me.

Well done on another tick at school novice. You really are a big child without much braincells to post a reasonable counter challenge.
✅
Solg 3 billion shares mc 270m - and previously had millions nicked from it's coffers that went unexplained. Sounds right up novice's Street.
Lol
Sorry to break it to you novice, but there's significantly more chance of us doing 230% with just stablecoin news alone not to mention what our other fires can do. Solg isn't exactly based in a country without it's political issues. Oh yes, and that's right. you still have to build the infrastructure and don't have the money to do it. Sorry buddy but you getting 500% is many years away. Shame you can't see it yet though. No comparison in what share has the most potential in the short/medium/longterm to multibag in a sector that's primed to be revolutionary around the world buddy.
Maybe you actually think that novice as in this post you state it again

Did I not say Feb 23?
Why is it a shame kat as it's an old interview ?

Lots of sidelines, lots of strings, pillars, strands, whatever you want to call them.
Making money with no debt which is extremely important when investing.
Seems people would rather invest their cash into the total opposite of what's happening here.
You can lead a horse to water.....
AHS ...................another sideline we have. Theres just too much making up the pillars. Once they all click in to place (if not already) then it will be interesting. Its just nice to see GST is not a one trick pony like a miners/oilyrags!
Angra Global started onboarding customers on 1 September 2023 and Semnet's cybersecurity expertise will enable the Company to build a dedicated cybersecurity team to support client onboarding and its operational activities, including the wider provision of white-label software solutions to global money service businesses.
What is a white label software?
White label software is unbranded software that a company leases or rents from a vendor and then rebrands to sell as its own for a profit. White labeling is extremely popular in the SaaS and marketing industries. With little to no overhead, you can get to the market quicker and start selling

New uncle, you seem to agree/ believe with every post , try thinking why am I replying before you do.
AHS , YOU ARE OUT OF ORDER, CALLING ME A LIAR. No mention of WhatsApp , it was a private message and FG being a gentleman replied in minutes.
Read the post again slowly. You are in danger of making your self look a very childish infant.
PS, KEEP TO THE ACTUAL BOARDS WITH YOUR POSTS OR DON’T POST AT ALL.
I had a reply from QBT IR today to say no news in the immediate pipeline so presumably today's drop was purely on invested sentiment and a few sizeable sells.
Really? Oh dear indeed
In other news someone on Qbt board is claiming he whattsapp the Ceo and he replied with everything is fine lol.

Cheers. That had me baffled
Non UK holders Baz.
Aim. Can I ask what the criteria is that they are subject to 5% not 3%
A person must notify the issuer of the percentage of its voting rights he holds as shareholder or holds or is deemed to hold through his direct or indirect holding of financial instruments falling within DTR 5.3.1R (1) (or a combination of such holdings) if the percentage of those voting rights:
(1) reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100%
Or in the case of a non-UK issuer on the basis of thresholds at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%) as a result of an acquisition or disposal of shares or financial instruments falling within DTR 5.3.1 R; or
It's there in Black and White, for non-UK shareholders the threshold is 5%. Not arguing with anyone as it's a fact.

I strongly believe that the placing was done to secure money as they knew Garies was about to sell for whatever his reasoning so they got it at a better price meaning less dilution if they placed now.
I can kind of see why they would do that. However, think of where we could be now of either of the above hadn't have happened.
This is just a blip imo, when Garies is out we will be in a stronger position going forward. Certainly hasn't scared me off and I hope other LTH were able to add on the cheap also.
Now let's get it behind us and move on, surely a Tr1 for Garies is now due?
