- AIUI Bcoz of this, MTL Companies do not need to have JOA on 60/40 basis. If the permits were held by MTL Companies, then 60/40 is reqd.

So it looks like PMDC have overall control of the permits but MTL are the operator under the JOA/NSR agreements.

Quite common on LSE if u do not fit the ramp/deramp agenda.

Even when u post facts from Companies RNS/Media releases and ask questions/clarification, you often get abuse

from the tag team supported by no answers, no evidence n no other facts. Only tag team opinion n their wishes matter!

It would be good to have some update plan on drill phases, such as location, no. of rigs, planned drill metres, path to MRE or other destination.

Whilst the present surveys seem to be well planned n progressing, the drill plan seems a bit of hit n hope, shall we or shan't we, which may not appear so good in view of historical drilling info.

It may be quite common in some sectors to self-finance from other connected parties to have more control, receive interest payments,

and be free of other restrictions/covenants when conducting ongoing business, or sale, or the like. Think - Company A receives a loan from Company B which is actually a company just set up by a family/group of family offices who already have an interest in Company A.

· CMR will acquire an additional 10% of the SPV by funding the purchase of targeted Additional Permits;

- The SPV currently owns 6 permits including 3 permits where CMR has a contractual 50% ownership. CMR has an initial 10% in the remaining 3 permits in line with its ownership of the SPV into which it is earning 60%.
