Now this great BoD is in place it looks like the only way is up with such fast progress scheduled, coupled with positive regular media updates.

The recent linkdin post - a clear, informative bullet point production with great soundtrack which seems regionally on topic & very catchy.

Presently NEO intangible assets are GBP 20mil??; which are mainly the rights to mineral resource (present agreements in progress)

1.31.5 million lbs of Uranium (TB comment re: peer companies inground base value USD2.5/lb). USD/78.750mil (This is Beisa & Henkries nodes)

2. 1.2 million oz of gold (USD60/oz inground value may not be unreasonable based on recent M&A & Company valuations). USD/72mil

3. Add plant initial costs USD500mil over 45 years mine life. Actual & in place operational Value now USD150mil?

So total value USD/300mil; GBP/222mil? With final share count not exceeding 5bil(Hopefully under 4.5bil)?

SP/4.4p upon completion in DEC??; Maybe 1.5~3p in June???? Seems not unreasonable on this short road to near term (self-funding) production

and the longer road of low cost production, plus expansion & growth.

As per AGM, if insiders are in the progress of buying in the near term, it is doubtful that such purchases will be in small quantities.

The Strait of Hormuz is Qatar and Iran’s waters. The toll will be a joint operation / agreement between the two.

- I recall the outbound/southern/eastbound lane is in Omani waters. The inbound/northern inbound lane is in Iranian waters

- Oman & Iran are both members of IMO who adopt these mandatory TSS. Only Oman is member of UNCLOS.

- Shift the TSS/Traffic Separation Scheme to the south so that all of it is in Oman waters.

- (This would also be safer for navigation & free freedom of passage n hopefully avoid all the small craft n fishing vessels on the Iranian side!)

Just think what may result if Iran can raise tolls on TSS, where next? Malacca Strait, English Channel & EU Coast, Gibraltart Strait & Med Sea, USEC, Gulf of St Lawrence???

and even with dilution, NEO SP may have big upside.

One thing for NEO on recent X-post by LRT was that NEO mine life can be extended from 17 to 70 years.

WOW. What do NEO have planned for such extension.

There must be high possibility to increase NEO Au resources also when viewing other large prospects in The Rand.

Sibanye, Gold One and Lexington Gold all have huge gold prospects in this area, all in a line & adjacent. (Gold One>LEX>SS)

I recall Lexington Gold have Au 6moz cfmd, with prospects increasing to 30-60 moz range.

- Kindly identify the uninvested trolls.

- Muddying the waters seems to start with CL.

They've repeatedly stated drilling is going well with approx 1200m a month as planned and

assay results will be returned every 4-6 weeks over the coming months leading to JORC in the next quarter.

- I t has been said by CMRS that 1200m a month was scheduled for April onwards. This is good, but

looks like quite slow for 2 rigs doing double shifts; and CL originally stating they could do 50m/day

when their own rig was purchased.

Whilst CMRS stay that drill results will be every 4-6weeks, CMRS intention was to pause this phase on drilling in June - is this pause still scheduled or cancelled?

In an interview previous to this CL stated (I am not sure if I should say this) that they had paid back a 100k loan + interest (35k?)

to the Geo N. What was this loan for and where are the details in an RNS?

I would think that highly unlikely given the new management team. More likely SS would buy NEO out 100% at some point imo.

It looks like SSC is fully behind NEO so keeping there share pro-rata (or increased) should be expected; and NEO expansion by purchase of similar assets.

As for SSC selling cheap to NEO then buying back at a higher price would be good biz for NEO BoD but I doubt it.

SSC only recently sold the assets to minimize losses at that time.

As may be indicated in the post below, Cook Uranium Operations could be sold to NEO, thus keeping all Uranium Operations

separate from SSC (safe distance - environmental/operational reasons), but in practical terms, NEO is a subsidiary of SSC.

As for licence/asset transfers, on paper it looks like a licence transfer from A to B, but part of A has already morphed into B. So hope all runs smoothly.

Production within 3 years? They’re only looking at a 1000tpd plant to start off with. It’s not Escondida FFS.

- Whilst it is good to receive updates & CL easy listening, he does seem to kick himself in the bllks everytime.

Each time there seems to be some comment about SP, which we all would like to go higher, but instead of looking on the positives, CL gives UK PIs a roasting as traders. Failing to refer to last placing not available to PIs.

Reading thru RNS re: plant 750-1000mt per day now CL says production within 3 years, is that from now or from the very begining???

When A-M first started, CL was talking about fast track to production in late 2026 n with Morocco friendly mining and off-the-shelf plant,

production is when, 2028-9???

Look at previous assay results they need to be more detailed and better presented to make CMRS more investible; and these apparent delays

of production need to be stopped.

Drilling looks to be progressing slowly if need 3 years to drill out such a small prospect for 25mil MRE. Why is the progress so slow when it was initially stated they can drill 1x50m hole per day with one rig, but need some time to shift locations. Is it a cost issue?

Many tks fyr post. It does seem like 99.999% production started but the key sentence is not clear as you need to

draw yr own conclusions.

In the case Rudyard is producing 99.999% helium, where is it being stored?

Although there was info re: acquiring additional tube trailers, there has been no recent news on their arrival;

or filling, delivery n return for refill of the existing one tube trailer.

Let's hope the BoD pulled their weight in the Helium Space n got those tubes ready n filled.

If no storage available then it is thought Helium Production must be stopped.

This lack of news for near on 3 months during such a critical period is dragging on the SP much like the 24-26p days.

Are SSC holding shares in NEO at this time???

So Ai at 40% is more reliable than AGM BOD 15-18%???

The original RNS said about 40%, but that was before the previous BOD dilution.

The sale is based on usd28million with 50% in shares at 1.1p.

Nothing saying 40% pro-rata.

I recall it was said "the plant is capable of 99.999%"

and

production of 99.999% "was what we plan to do".
