buying more, think you would have thought they would buy on the 4th when it tanked :)
and hardly any volume to go up 10%!
This rise over the last few minutes caught me out and I accidentally sold my entire holding with an auto limit sell. I was going to keep some this time having loaded up again.
Looks like I will have to wait for another rainy day and pay more attention!
see it will go back up lol
Strongly agree that the spread has also accelarated by parents who have not followed the rules. People are now more willing to report gatherings that break the rules. I was having a Xmas meal within my social bubble at a relatives house. A knock on the door was by the police who said it was reported that a party was going on. The police appoligised as we were within the rules for gatherings in tier 3 at the time, but they had to follow up that a party over six people had been reported at the house. If fines are the way to control things, then so be it if people wont follow the rules.
Parents of school children will suffer, but they'll suffer as they've been impacted by parents that don't care and had there gatherings etc. People need public transport regardless, earlier days masks made mandatory but people weren't wearing, now you see most do. Keep this in place, fine who don't wear. It's safer than a pub.
Usual panic selling but the lockdown hasn`t changed that much for public transport companies. Boris is actually correct in shutting schools as these places are the biggest cause of the virus spreading and they should have been closed for longer the first time. I know that parents of school children will suffer, but this is the way to eradicate this new virus. Had to buy some more shares under £ 9 as i cant see it dropping like the first lockdown now that people social distance and wear masks on public transport. Bit of an over-reaction IMO and looking to see it get back to £10 level this week.
I agree, no change to GOG as our contracts are fixed and we are cashflow neutral. Great opportunity to top-up and probably the last one to top-up before the breakout!!
it's just the way the market sees it, I was 1400 quid up, now 200 quid down. Big drop here as only 43 mil shares in issue so the drop will be big, will it go down further, I don't think so as this is the level of the rise on the vaccine news, I hope. It's the same as mnzs, these are global but they drop too as it's just the travel stocks getting hit. It's not the mutant strain that's to blame, it's the people not taking care. Remember back in april/may time when you went into a supermarket, people cleaning the trolley's, sanitizing hands etc... do you see that now? I don't it's just put on mask and in. Even today on a train which I used, person pushing button to open door, did they sanitize hands after, NO!
Another national lockdown is going to be announced at 8 tonight. I don't think people were expecting things to escalate so quickly.
I'm back in again, anyone know why the 10% drop today, didn't expect this?
hoping our sp wont be affected materially as most of our income is controlled by fixed price contracts isnt it?
Wasn't trading really, got jitters but after that RNS i got back in. I'm holding now.
I think the spread wide due to the shares in issue, remember only 43 mil. This was just under 6 quid in sep/oct and i was watching it and never bought, it rocketed to 8 quid from 6 in a few days, bought again at under 8 then sold over 8, few quid. I'm in again at just under 9, not much money invested compared to others. This will go up when you least expect it, i think 2 months so i'm holding.
Why the SP spread so wide and SP not moving up or down at all?
having dropped to 850 first!!
Must stop day trading as this should go much higher so one to tuck away.
Seems to be the slowest to rise out of FGP, NEX and SGC; hopefully it climbs into the low 1000s soon.
Superb trading update and they are referring to reinstating dividend which is added bit of comfort. Also debt will be much lower than 3.5x and not maturity until 2024. Hopefully we are back to 1400p soon.
that was a shockingly good bit of info.
