''Share price back over 20pence and beyond''
Would that be pre or post consolidation?! 🤔😏
''Unfortunately that means dilution and at this sp, substantial dilution''.
And SD would be able get his much loved 'Aussie IIs' on board at 'mates rates'?! 🤔😏
Owning 1 share is 1 more share than you Aquaboy. What is your agenda? Day after day sh7ting all over this forum with fear and uncertainty. Get to the TH if you care.
Telfer
The operations comprise 30 mining leases andfour general purpose leases which cover 67,368 acres (27,263 hectares). The main mining leases expire in 2024. Gold and copper mineralization is contained within narrow high grade reefs, pod-like mineralized bodies, sheeted vein sets and low grade
Telfer’s gross property, plant and mine development at December 31, 2023 was $345. Telfer reported no gold reserves at December 31, 2023.
Got in one mattyboy, and he still hasn’t bought any more shares, he’s got about a million I think, some pis have got more than him .
Wish list:
- Buy Telfer + 70% Hav for a very good (low) price
- Funded mainly via debt
- Cross list on ASX
- Make the GDX EFT
- Make ASX200 and then ASX funds buy shares
- Share price back over 20pence and beyond
So let Shaun know your thoughts. The chat here is circular now as we keep repeating ourselves day after day, reposting the same discussions that happened the day before. Whatever happens we need it to result in a brand new company that is mining gold and earning income, the sooner the better.
MH01,
We have seen that debt requires us to put up a substantial amount of equity to obtain it. Unfortunately that means dilution and at this sp, substantial dilution.
We need some debt, agreed, but not all of it should be debt.
Some time ago, I did raise the possibility of Wyloo lending us the money to buy Havieron and Telfer, with us selling a 49% stake back to repay the loan. Now that would be ideal and with Wyloo having almost 15% of GGP shares ( includes warrants), then they would make a killing on those shares too.
How can anyone think its a good thing that every week we have gone down to this level serious questions need to asked regarding the bod ...even the visit next week will be fluff as it has been for the past 3 years we need some commitment and direction otherwise we are going to be another vast and ukog ...not acceptable to allow this dessimation to carry on. And yes the lth such as paddy and red dirt have gone off the radar since the leak about asx. I bet callum sits with his head in his hands in disbelief of how we are going to chuck a golden opportunity away.
"Shaun is a clever cookie and he knows 99% of the questions are going to be about HAV and how we can finance it!"
Spot on Ben. Shaun and the BOD know shareholders of all companies care about share price performance. The Town Hall will remind Shaun as I imagine the questions to be asked. If the BOD want to make money from their own shares and options we need multiples from here.
Debt is the best way to fund a Telfer purchase as we can repay it from the cashflows. The less dilution the better and Shaun will be reminded on Tuesday.
$2050 just breached...
Great find JiffyBag. Sums things up really well. Wish I could have written that.
Further to my last post, although inflation would have hit the AISC, a lot of this would be countered by not having to pay the10% fee, on top of the cost of using Telfer.
I would als think that there could be a lot of tax savings set against the building costs as well as decommissioning costs associated with Telfer.
It all depends on how the BOD, play this.
Make room for me to join you Bellers!!!
Wow never thought we would be at these levels. Fundamentals are amazing. The gold isn't going anywhere. FILL YA BOOTS.
All the best all LTHs.
Scoob
Could the real reason to delay the ASX listing be Shaun had a good idea what was coming and a raise would be better on 100% of Hav? Who knows, but we should get some answers on Tuesday.
Sound post Sound !
When that rns arrives, I hope Shaun and the team get Havieron and Telfer for something like a 2% Net Smelter Royalty say over 10-15 years. That would include the 50 million loan plus interest wiped clean.
Newmont could sell it to their shareholders, by claiming they are saving a half billion dollars on clean up costs for Telfer and saving up to a half billion dollars on getting Havieron up to mining.
With the price of gold likely to increase substantially, this would be a good bit of business for them.
We still have the costs to find, to get us to production, but with the above deal I think the sp would rise making it easier to raise finance through a fund raise on the ASX.
Just my thoughts, which would protect some of the value for us shareholders.
And onto ASX.
Reaction,
Re: 'I,for my grain of sand am now becoming genuinely concerned at our very low market cap versus achievement. I don't blame SD or the BODS it's this AIM market I really feel the MM are killing the goose that laid the golden egg.'
True very true, the sooner we get off AIM the better for all.
Interesting article by Charles Archer seems to think so, Is the AIM market an unregulated mess?
https://investingstrategy.co.uk/financial-news/is-the-aim-market-an-unregulated-mess/
i truly hope that when the rns arrives, cos it will imo, it’s intra day to make the shorts scramble to buy back to add to the rise and panic the living **** out of them. . i would be rolling about on the floor pi55ing myself laughing for hours.
I'm sure that Shaun Day and the BOD are up to date, and more than well researched, on every possible scenario going forwards, and have, no doubt, been in discussions with many parties. This is their job, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, annually.
Just as one example, he was discussing the J/V with Rio Tinto for a year before it was concluded and announced.
We probably have the most 'overqualified' BOD in the global gold mining business, with industrial & financial connections better than any, maybe even Newmont.
I'm sure they're not all sitting around twiddling their thumbs!
But Freddie the cold hard facts is that we are consuming capital and not generating revenue. This hopefully will change once the gold comes out of the ground.
To move away from some of the negativity…has anyone considered asking SD if they have any plans to mint a special ’First Ore’ coin for us dedicated LTH’s?
Maybe some attendees would be able to get some answers from SD next week.
