Hey Ace - good to hear from you and I truly look forward to getting together with you (and any other Lthers who are interested) to celebrate GGP. Sadly I just have to get over a pretty big hurdle first. The dreaded C-word hit me in November last year so now on an immunotherapy pathway for the foreseeable. I mustn’t grumble as it could be any of us and GGP is certainly being kind at a time when I need it not to be a worry. Onwards and upwards buddy - oh and I live in Gloucestershire 👍👍👍

I agree with Doozer - I am not invested in OMI so only really concerned with the posts on the GGP Board and for GGP I only have admiration for what you have continuously and selflessly posted Element.

People need to remember that GGP is a far different animal to what it used to be and is growing into a beast!!

VGLA and well done to those who didn’t panic - I’m sure we will have other setbacks along the way as nothing goes up in a straight line, but the biggest point of note is whether anything has changed to our fundamentals. I understand Shaun favours hedging against Gold price falls so this is one clever cookie at the helm of the good ship GGP imho!!!

I would be more worried if this just kept going up and up like it did in 2020 - this time it’s different and Shaun is the master strategist building something special and for keeps imho!!

I love it when shorters get it wrong and then have to bale out with a loss - this is great news for us as they wouldn’t bale and admit defeat if they had any feeling whatsoever that the SP wasn’t going to continue climbing - they’ve cut and run!!!

Hi Mush - great to hear from you and so sorry to hear you mistimed your GGP selling - we are all human and this investing lark is notoriously difficult. Lots of us feel we should have sliced around the previous ATH’s but didn’t and most are waiting for the Lassonde curve to take us way past it. Lucky you didn’t announce this news this morning as poor old Bamps took a right hammering for daring to admit he was selling a few shares as our next quarterly results may not be as good as we all hope. It’s not expected for someone to say it as they see it when GGP have been on a marvellous trip back up. Otherwise there’s still a good number of Lthers supporting this Board and we’re all hoping Bamps will return in the New Year. Anyway Seasons Greetings to you and yours and wishing you health and happiness.

A more genuine guy than Bamps you could wish to meet. How dare he decide to cash in some of his shares and be so open and honest as to tell everyone!! Really peeps, get a grip!! Did he make a big announcement saying GGP is going to bomb and therefore everyone should get their money out? Did he take all his money out and carry on doing strength sapping presentations all over the UK telling people to keep their money invested? No none of these. The man is straight and true imho and because he took a few shares out for the first time, felt he ought to tell us shareholders. He did not need to mention it and he deserves to buy or sell shares whenever he damn pleases - they are his shares and he owes no one anything. We all owe him a debt of gratitude for his research, information, presentations and time spent doing such for a bunch of strangers all around the country!! No good deed goes unpunished Bamps but don’t let the bar stewards grind you down 👍👍👍
