You truly are one in a million Bamps and this Board is very lucky to have you travelling countrywide just to help others understand what GGP is all about. You neither ramp nor deramp, but just present facts and explain them for others to do with as they please. Huge thank you from me as you have helped me stay resolute when I might otherwise have fled, helped me understand risks attaching to GGP as much as its opportunities. Thank you 👍👍

Hi Rotherby - you’re not alone with wondering whether GGP has been the right investment over the last 7 years but as it allowed me to retire early (Age 62) nearly five years ago and keeps replenishing my SIPP through investment growth, I don’t think I could have invested any better. I am sure your patience and perception will be rewarded and that GGP replicate Northern Star and then exceed them!! Good luck to us all.

Great post SAS - think it is safe to say the majority of Lthers understand your points and what they have with GGP but the same can’t be said for others. There is a game to be played here but I am damned glad we have Shaun on our side!!! VGLA 👍👍

Hi SAS - with Shaun being the ex-CFO at Northern Star and with the talented team he has built around him at GGP, I have no concerns whatsoever that decisions will be made at the highest level of experience at GGP to benefit the Company and shareholders. It could be with or without the Banks but I’m sure it will be to optimise the best result. Good luck to us all 👍👍

But hey, I think your point is right that there is everything to suggest that GGP will be a short, medium AND long term cracking investment - one I intend to pass down the generations. Thanks for taking the time to respond Element - whilst my rant is well and truly over, I haven’t come this far to capitulate at this late stage. Yourself and Bamps have already reaffirmed this morning why GGP’s real time in the sun is due to come very shortly now. I admit I thought listing on ASX would be the catalyst for II’s to pile in and whilst we have seen some huge buys (e.g, 8m yesterday) I thought they would have a greater impact on our SP. Anyway, patience is a virtue and luckily I have it in spades!! Many thanks and good luck to us all.

Hi Element - like you I thoroughly expected to see more of these large buys predominantly I thought coming from II’s as we integrated into Australia. However, without wishing to be greedy (as I know the SP has been gaining territory/pace recently) I did expect a bit more positive impact on our SP because of that? When you look at the after hours transactions over the last couple of weeks they have been very sizeable culminating in the largest being 8m and yet we’ve seen small increases each day and even a decrease today. I can’t be accused of being impatient as I’ve been here since 2017 but can anyone explain why joining ASX and all these after hours large purchases have not had the desired effect of substantially improving our SP?? Rant over and I will contain my disappointment as like you I believe our glory days are nearly with us, but just had to get it off my chest!!
