Good news. 22nd JULY 2020, at 7-00pm, I have made a provisional OUTDOOR reservation in the garden,by the river , parasol tables ( 2 in number ), which limits us to about 15 in number. The Stag opens on 4th July and they are aware that they will have to stick to some rules on indoor drinking, but we should be not over regulated outside. Keep an open mind. The evening will have to be weather dependent , so turn out is optional, but we should have a better idea of the weather situation nearer the time. If it is not good, I may still turn up for a drink, but under what governing legislation inside , I am uncertain
It was indicated that other than myself - for the sake of recognition, wearing a cream linen jacket, senile and abundant silver hair, - that Panama - Mercedes - Jerryspaniel - Rolling Skies - Dodgemeister - Stuart6040 - Strudel( maybe) - Magic Trades ( possibly , but rest assured Magic that I will arrange for all of your drinks to be provided - i-pad - Pompeyrod - OZ in UK ( maybe ) - Fred16 - Condorlini - Valuefinder - Mapp - Eastender - Hydrogens Fund Manager ( maybe ) , might possibly attend.
At this stage I can do no more , but I will stop by before the date just to remind myself of the garden and talk to the management, and will issue an update a couple of days before.
Hope that suits ---some---all.
TIG
You...sob...sob...forgot me!! :(
Can we stay for a lock-in? Just in case Newcrest's interims due about 11pm UK time, merit a drown our sorrows / toast our continuing successes kinda celebration.
Looks like a lovely place - hope the weather holds for you all.
So when you show up Mush, I will have the doormen eject you.
Problems of senility
Tig
Where is this happening again?
A glass will be raised for you all, here in Wales...
*Standing with arms folded and turned slightly away thus avoiding eye.contact with the subject and also to assert discontent and a non-approachable, fixed position*
I'm not sure I want to go now.
Then I am afraid Mush that as I cannot even contemplate a single disgruntled, unhappy, intemperate GGP major LTH, I will have to consider cancelling the whole evening, Let me think on it.
TIG
Oh alright then. Since I'd hate to ruin the evening more than I would by attending. I shall go! *trumpet sound*
Hi Tig I cant do Wednesdays and Sundays. My wife also works in a hospital and sees fever patients and so I wont attend for everyones peace of mind. Take care!
I’ll take the place of Rollingskies. I had a prior commitment that evening but GGP social is more important. Thanks for organising, Tig.
Oh go on Mush!!
Thanks for the organising Tig! Let's pray for a corker of a night all round on that important evening!
Just repeating this for those who usually nap at lunchtime

Ignore the 9-00pm time it is booked for 7-00pm
Tig what clock are you using ? Lol
Harry!
You old charmer!
I’m guessing your pint would be “bitter” ;)
Well I'm booked in for the night with Lady Muck. We had the choice of the Stag at £250 a night or Barry's Lodge House at £65. Naturally I wanted the Stag....
However, since SHE can't get used to being rich beyond our wildest dreams by 22nd July and in view of the fact that we will probably be eating fish and chips in downtown Godalming by 10 pm, I lowered my exacting standards to accept the lower star rated accommodation.
So, the plan is, arrive early and take in the delights of Godalming. Go back to the room. Make ready with the pin-stripe suit, bowler hat and cane, await the stretched limo to pick me up and arrive at the Stag at the appointed hour . I'll be wearing white shoes and a Jack Nicholson grin.
See you there.
I wonder who Harry lampoon is ?? He don't like like the TIG.. could it be fool I wonder. Who ever it is maybe should look in the mirror and say your an idiot
He's the overburden Tig was on about. Barmy Arnie.
Tiggerman, your invitation is in my notebook. I am a bad driver and may
come with my daughter who is a good driver. The two of us enjoy good
company and a GGP get together should be fun. AIM is a game and GGP has
been my best investment. That is amazing. Mapp
Is there any need for that Fenix?
Really...
