GDR can go fck themselves.
They had a Trip to Italy at our expense
They are just mugging it at this point
£100K equals 1 week cash burn
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Don't people read the RNS's? Just a few weeks back they announced that they've expanded to a further five UK Hospitals in Greater Manchester which will generate in excess of 100K for the company. Although the expansion is slow, it is in progress. We don't need to wait for another Govt to take over, GDR already have their foot in the door.

Wouldn't it make much more sense if actually peel Hunt had a large core holding which they have no intention of selling. And because they are also market maker then their number of shares fluctuates day to day which puts them above or below notifiable thresholds hence the bizarre pattern of TR1s (excuse all the voice typing typos in the other post)

30p end of this year? More chance of Farage becoming PM.
What? PH have increased their holding now?
Im curious what the genius who said they was increasing the SP so they could sell it cheap to their mates has to say about this
They can't make up their minds on whether to accumulate or sell their holding :-)
Hopefully PH have settled to keep their 19% for now and will hold for news.
If so and news drops this 1.60p will seem very cheap
Not involved here but best of luck and especially to all those LTHs who deserve a break here

"most lose because they panic and fear losing money"
Incorrect. Most PI's lose because they don't set a stop loss and top up to make up for their stupidity in not setting a stop loss.
Some on here think you should be winning soon after investing.. It's don't work like that for most...most lose because they panic and fear losing money..then lose money by panicking...........The AIM isn't for most

They saw value and profit at 1.5p and took it , just like many others did, they will look to sell most before NICE update and may leave some on the table for more profit, plus they have a say in the sp.
They hardly in the big league of investment banks. Personally think it shows they thought the volume would be good enough for them to gradually offload the shares fairly quickly. Which appears to be right.
I’m not convinced that they would have brought a 100m shares in a company just ( to save the day) because they are their advisors . And this would guarantee them there fees.. for a start they were brought by a different part of the business if the business case was so bad there would have a risk of losing if the share price had tanked .. Not sure investment banks work like that . More than likely they could see a good opportunity to sell into a rising market and make money! Which is what they are about. And will do it in a measured way to enable them to maximise their profits! Not like the likes of Riverfort who just tank the share price because they get there money either way
Just seen the RNs. So can we expect PH to sell more at just 1.6 in small portions until the sp starts to shift in anticipation of NICE news? Once it shifts upwards PH will sell in bigger chunks but hopefully the volume by then will see us church through the 100m fairly quickly.
Does look as if PH saved the day after all but I’m wary….
In hindsight Peel Hunt is to be applauded 👏.
The placing might have collapsed without their intervention, and as a few have wisely pointed out, they are selling in an orderly fashion.
Better days ahead for GDR 😊

Stock pick free evidently we understand his news that is awaited for that will secure the company future potential as a going concern , and will left he SP , my point today here is , the partner they said will be joining GDR has not been mentioned as yet , when we was advised that the T s will be crossed and signed shortly , which means that there is a issue , which is the nice approval confirmation .. hence this could be bigger then we think and so could he sp rise be should this be be a big partner
I agree. The pumpers are irritating.
The fact is, and has always been, that this board is irrelevant. It passes the time, there is gossip, sometimes a snippet is unearthed. But it is full of sound and fury signifying nothing.
The only thing that matters is the stock price. And at the moment that isn’t showing a trend. Up or down. It’s in a holding pattern awaiting news and or the full NICE recommendation next month.
Guy
It’s a share not for the weak. It’s simply if anyone in your stuck however I do see a rise imminent from these levels but who knows. Even 10p won’t help most
Stock i think its more the 'BOOOOOOOOOM 4% THIS A NON STOP ROCKET THE GOOD TIMES ARE HERE... LEAK!?!?!' posts that rub people up the wrong way after 30 minutes of trading
Someone would get ridiculed for saying its about to crash after being slightly in the red right?
What I find counter intuitive is the extent to which people who are avowedly long term holders, and who sneer at short term traders as the scum of the earth, constantly watch the share price, almost minute by minute!
Take a break. Let what will be, be.
A watched kettle never boils. I think this will anticipate the NICE announcement but I’m not sweating it, and certainly not looking at every trade. And if it doesn’t it won’t be the first time I’ve got a trade wrong.
Relax.

Moving up? Where ? In your dream 😂
Morning Guys
Seems interesting , everyone beofre said that this would go sub 1,5 p after placing , as the dilution would be significant .. now its moving up , with buys over 1.5 p ....
Only the brave now in this stock , so we could be rewarded , as rewards only favour the brave ...
Nice healthy churn to get rid of those who are taking a small profit from 1.5, although many people will have an average well above anyway

Sorry wrong board
If prof was truly a trader he would expect and want a spike now....all of his posts stink of untruths....
I think the only way that could be addressed is at the next agm whenever that is , depending on what happens from now until then i may well attend.
Is not holding the CEO to account fast enough.
In perspective, James Cheek and his predecessor David Budd earn more money per year than either Rishi Sunak, on £164,000 per year, and Joe Biden, on £316,000. Yet do they earn their money, are they held accountable for missed targets, and is pay, performance related in any way?
94% of PI's saved this company from a very precarious position by participating in the placing, saving the company from possible insolvency. Lets not be flippant about this.
JC and the sales team need to be held to the fire with regards to sales, commercial traction, and the controlling of cash burn. I've previously managed a team of 50 staff, and would have got a call from the regional manager if the monthly wage bill was £5.00 adverse to target. Each yearly KPIs would be scrutinised at my annual review, and rightly so.
I'll give you an example. At JCs first meeting on the 30th Nov 2023 he stated that the company were actively seeking sales around Europe for the stroke test, on a research only basis. No sales materialised, and fast forward to 5th April 2024, and JC states again sales are being lined up around Europe on a research only basis - WE NEED SALES AND NOT EMPTY PROMISES.
He (James Cheek) also made comments in Nov 2023 that made some PIs believe specialist commissioning for the hearing loss assay was imminent, though had to back-Trak in April.
Rant over!

I have a similar gut feeling Lionel but realistically we should get it based on the facts that we are cheaper quicker and better than the other test if only slightly , the downfall is that we dont have enough numbers to cross check , we will have to wait and see. Regarding buyout sometimes it is based on full market value and then the p/e but if offers do come in then there could well be more than 1 or 2 . 75p plus is what i am thinking.
I would say 12 months will give us a clearer picture of where this company is heading. Within that time we will see how many more sites adopt the MT-RNR1 test, and also whether or not the test receives full approval. We will also find out in July whether the CYP2C19 test receives NICE reccomendation, and whether or not it receives full approval next year. Positive news from either or both, will massively increase the value of the company.
I don’t think we will get full recommendation, I think there will be further evidence generation programme .. subject to be corrected
Jamrock ‘ on the whole will we be in the same boat 12 months time.!’
Gotta fundamentally disagree with that but based on two specific outcomes with NICE.
1. CYP2C19 gains FULL recommendation in July
2. AIHL testing kit has its recommendation upgraded to FULL recommendation.
Irrespective of what happens over the pond with FDA etc these two outcomes will change the outlook for GDR fundamentally. The company might well need to do another raise but it won’t be for anything like as much as this time because the above will quickly generate significant revenue that should cover even GDR’s impressive monthly cash burn!
This is the main reason I’ve always thought it most likely GDR will be taken over at some point. Might not be for the mega bucks lths deserve but from where the sp stands right now I think most we’ll have a face to recoup their losses if not make some profit too.
If 1 happens then I see the sp hovering around 5 - 6p for a while. If 2 happens as well then someone will make their move to buy GDR. These are just two of potentially many such tests GDr May have on market in the next 5 years. Once the ball is properly rolling with sales I don’t think big pharma will simply allow GDR to develop on its own into a company generating possibly £10s of millions each and every year. This is why I think the Directors have bought in now. I don’t see there being an obvious lower point now than the one we’ve just witnessed. But wtfdik. I’ve been wrong so many times before on GDR.
Reviewing the interim results presentation from April, what I find interesting is the comments made by James at the 26:30 mark, relating to why the POC will be used over the lab test, primarily relating to new guidance that tests must be carried out within 24 hours, with the minimum for lab testing being 2 days, but with an average of higher.

Good breakdown Stephen11. This is a useful correlation of the old and new prices and what we previously felt was achievable under the older share price. I would agree, I think 15p is achievable this year.
One other consideration is that of how companies are valued. Typically the valuation of a company (as far as I'm aware in this sector) is roughly a MCAP multiplier of 10 , ie if the MCAP is 10m then the value of the actual and potential would be nearer 100m (and potential buy out value). Any buyout wouldn't just look at a single years sales it will look at the sales multiplied over a period and the potential of pipeline products and future sales from products not yet in mainstream use. Its is highly conceivable that if a buyout were to happen (assuming full nice approval in July and special commissioning for MTRNR1 in later 2024/early 2025 coupled with CE-IVD for CYP2C19 in early 2025) then any buyout figure could be in the 150m range, so a potential SP in todays money of 27p. Just my thoughts, but definitely worth researching other buyouts in this sector, plus we know Mr Gilham has successfully done this several times with companies, with sell prices of 200m upward.
It can be quite difficult to get your head around the impact of dilution.
Basically, prior to the fund raise we had 153m shares on issue, compared to 543.14m now. This means we have a multiple of 3.55 more shares on issue at present.
What does this mean in terms of the "OLD" and "NEW" SP.
£2.00 in old money would now be an SP of 56p now
£1.00 = 28p
50p = 14.29p
25p = 7p
20p = 5.63p
10p = 2.82p
5p = 1.41p
So, for me, 15p is more than doable this year. We previously hit £2.00 on the rumour of sales for the Covid test, but those were crazy, when you consider Novacyt went from a few pence to over £10.00.
Why wouldn't we get the full NICE accreditation for the stroke assay - how much more evidence do they need?
The test distinguishes individuals who would have an adverse reaction from clopidogrel, and allows for the administration of a more appropriate drug, in a timely manner.
Whats not to like or be excited about GDR having a regular income stream from July?

As with any investment people have different levels of risk, some have had to buy at 1.5 to reduce their average and hope, some have bought at 1.5 and will hold near to NICE news and sell for whatever their gains are and anything in between . But there will be many sitting there and waiting to see what news comes in July and if it is positive they will feel the risk will be reduced significantly and will pile in with targets upwards of 15p but will give it time to get there.
The sp was well over £2 on nothing but hope promises and optimism, we now have 2 tests that are at market , we now have 10 times more shares so divide £2 by 10 and you still have 20p but with 2 tests fit for market, IF the NICE news is unconditional. By December next year the bod hope to be in a position to apply to the FDA , with all the data gathering from here AND the US we may have enough to satisfy NICE to grant unconditional approval for the hearing test. WITH a positive reply in July for me the rewards will far outway the risks , a position the company has not been in from my time here, and this is why i feel i will not only get my investment back but also with a good little profit , GLA.
Anyone who is in GDR at 1.5 is ultra lucky Most people invested here have an average way above that. FRom this price it is?all aboutxsales and RIVERFIRT.As for PEEL you have to ask what's going on there?
disagree....... no ones bought many in comparison to the buying 3 years ago as its been a ****e show since the ruskis invaded
Talk of 15p is pie in the sky I think. We have a lot of shares out there held at averages on or just above 1.5p. There will be profit taken at every tick up, never mind the pump and dumps. Imo if we don't get NICE full recommendation in July, it will be a painful slide to the next raise and possibly the wind up. If we do get full recommendation, then 15p is an outside chance down the line.
System , i feel we have done most of the hard miles over the last 3 years , with good news from NICE i feel 12 months approx i will break even if not a few quid up and my average is more than yours , MIKODX is right time to look for the good things now as we have seen a lot of bad times.

Big a17 what does this mean for us ???
Genedrive (GB:GDR) has released an update:
Peel Hunt LLP has altered its stake in biotech firm Genedrive PLC, crossing a threshold on June 6, 2024, that changed their total voting rights to 19.877435%, as announced on June 7, 2024. This represents a slight decrease from their previous notification, indicating a dynamic shift in the company’s shareholder structure which could interest investors tracking changes in company ownership.
You sound like the new Nissan full of optimism
If the company can turn this around. Whoever bought from right issue at 0.015 will be minted soon 🔜.
