I looked in my account yesterday and saw the open offer. I know I've been saying all along that I'm voting no, but I've given it careful thought. When I think about it I dont really have much choice. If shareholders vote No and let it drag on, I can only see the SP tumbling more. I dont have a massive holding, so when I saw how much it would cost to buy up as many shares as I already have, it really was a no brainer. This would bring my average down to around 18p. With the fundamentals the company has, I can see this rising at some point to at least 15p if not more, and thats wih 550M shares on the market. So I've just bought all my holdings and a little more which will take my average down to 15p. It really is a no brainer. If you believe in the Company and the tests we currently have within the NHS, and the stroke test to come, if you really believe that we will start expanding on a large scale to the UK and the rest of the world, then it really is a no brainer. Expansion on that scale would bring the SP to well over a pound. We've been there before, in fact we've been up to £3 just a few years ago and we hadn't got as far as we have now with the tests. With the SP still above the 1.5p mark, your quids in already.
Tiger tiger, it’s not inside information and one broker even publicised at the start of this week the fact they had 7.5m shares on their books and that in the 1:1 offer they still had 1.6m shares left to be applied for!
Stocksaint, is it not a combined between the 2 for at least £6m so £5m for one and £1m for the other as long as we get the minimum ?????
My hunch is the shareholder offer will be fully subscribed. Question mark for me is the REX platform offer, whether they'll get full take up for that.
Tiger if anyone would know how many shares had been sold it would be the brokers
Thank you Wasa, and roger stop making things up please , as if your broker would have inside information on how many shares are available , when are Multi... pile platforms to buy the placing shares on ...
Now more importantly , this stock is a opportunity to buy as if the company was just born , wen now it has many life changing devices of one kind about to get approvals ... please ... this is a once in a life time offer ..
For all the badmass lot 🤣
I have personally applied for 3 times my holding under open offer and 4 times my holding under retail offer and if I get all what I applied for my holding will be 7 times my existing holding. Yes I can buy in open market but that money will not go to the company I rather get extra shares under financing so GDR get funding. I personally think both open offer and retail offer will be over-subscribed and I might not get the full amounts I requested but willing to take that chance. Good luck all genuine fellow investors and hope our patience will be rewarded.
@Tiger16: Well said mate.
SP drop due to this placing but this was the opportunity as well for the existing share holders, they have funding now and forecast here is looks good and SP will recover.
GLA.
Don’t think so System. I applied for a load through HL becaus I still have about 1000 shares. I applied for a 1000 on the 1:1 basis but also £15k extra at 1.5p
When I spoke to my adviser at HL yesterday he said he thinks I’m likely to get all £15k so that made me think it’s not over the line yet
Apols, I mean tea person…
Tea lady probably gets closest Guy !
Over subscribed...up we go...imho.. dyor
Prof and slacker.. your posts really have no relations to any research or facts ..
The placing will be over Sub .. and they will secure funding , as well as nice approvals , which NHS by law cant ignore , their stroke device is one of a kind .. one can clearly see what happens next ,,, a buy out .. where we will all profit ..
Don’t say that! You’ll only upset a few on here!
After awarding themselves extra bonuses
PROBLEY complete the raise then take the company private!!!!!!!!
I’m not losing my cool I just get sick people with very limited knowledge .. putting about totally irrelevant comments .. investing is a very individual process and will be made up of a set of individual criteria and goals .. the only common goal will be to profit from that investment .. whether you take up the open offer it very much personal decision.. which certainly doesn’t require advice from ………….
It would be interesting to know how many members of staff make more than the income
The trust in this company has gone and the placing will only attract existing shareholders who are desperate to lower their average. Personally I think even 1.5p for a company who has a turnover less than your roadside cafe owner is now too expensive especially with the share dilution.
No need to get offensive !
Talk about losing cool 😂
I think you’ll find the market will decide not somebody like you Mr Bloggs .. but of course you know better because of ….. what? Nothing exactly !
No chance!
Best keeping powder dry IMO.
I think, this will keep between 1.5p - 2p until 5th June then move above 2p...
GLA
Looks like we’ll be able to buy on the market for cheaper than 1.5p looking at the current trajectory of the SP 😳
