Jayhayes, the company has already put its plans in actions....it is to flees all it's share holders!
Sales, India, US, Europe……..
If Genedrive spent there time selling stuff like they delete comments we would be laughing
@Pacman121. I understand if there was massive speculation and rumour about a takeover for instance then an RNS may be appropriate. What I don't understand is what punters on here need important clarification on at this point.
@doozy it's quite common. UJO issued one last week on the 17th based on speculation. If shareholders seek clarification in quantifiable numbers then the company is obliged to act on it in accordance with their code of conduct.
Thanks Jay
This was the best response
The Board has a
plan for the Company and is executing that
currently.

I’ve never seen an official denial of placing concerns.
Perhaps you could share it with us.
And when do companies ever issue an RNS to dispel
rumours, utter nonsense!
"Having been assured by Anna some time ago that there would definitely be an update, I have now been told that the circular is the update! When also pointing out that if you call the Company for info it now always goes to voicemail, I was told that the Company is not there to answer shareholders' questions....that is what they employ Walbrook for! Trouble is when you ask Walbrook a pertinent question you get referred to the circular. So you go round in circles!"
Their behaviour has answered any questions you have put to them.
*they
Why did the deny placing concerns and why did gdr refuse to out an RNS either way to address rumours? A play on words is a lie whichever way you look at it.
The recent communications from GDR confirmed the state of play for AIHL & POC, if there are any material sales for the kit that is already out there then that would be RNS'd.
So interested to know what pertinent questions could be put to Wallbrook?
For £750k+ in expected salaries for the sales team I'd expect something.
Winnimandala wrote..
"What is the point of product development if your are not Going to commercialise those products with sales… GDR have yet to do this with any product "
I agree that the company has struggled to convert products into sales. Hence why they probably released the following statement about AIHL in particular in the 10/09 RNS circular...
"The Company will also be recruiting its own business development team of around two to three FTEs to work alongside IHC's own teams in the UK and Ireland. In addition, genedrive will also target territory expansion opportunities in the EU and other specific rest of world markets via a team of up to a further five FTEs."
Hopefully this will kickstart the 'proper' sales figures we so richly deserve and desperately need.
Jay, I'm very confident you'll get your money back. It's not like the company is falling to pieces, they're on the cusp of launching 2 very impressive products and are very well funded. It's easy to let emotions get the better of you, I just keep thinking if I wasn't already invested I would look at the situation and not only feel sorry for holders with high averages but also that this is probably a very good time to buy.
If you're thinking of buying more, my advice considering you have a massive holding already would be to wait just incase it does briefly drop another 10%-20%. I don't think it will, but if you miss out on averaging down further you've still a great chance in getting your money back over the next month imo with your current average price. Will be interesting to see the price action this week and next.
Anna has never answered a question with anything other than fk off. All 'MATERIAL' information is definitely NOT in the circular.
This is what she replied this morning to me regarding news:
While the open offer is live, the Company will not be making any generic business updates. All material information is in the circular.
If there are any material developments not included in the circular, we will of course be obliged to update the market on these.
Only response I am getting is from Anna:

Jay, Try to calm down. The wheel is still spinning but please keep your finger away from the buy button. I hope you didn't buy last time but if you did you need to accept your mistake and do not make it worse by doing anything stupid. Money can solve alot of things but things can always get worse, just look at afghanistan or any war zone. Do you think those people care about money, they were hanging off the under-carriage of a plane! Like most of use you are sitting any heavy losses but they are just losses. Health is more important. You will become alot wiser after this experience. Keep away from the buy button. Forget about GDR and just cross your fingers. Do not borrow money, sell out and take the loss if you have to.
As anyone tried ringing them?
Everything number you press at the switch goes to answer Machine even folwers so what the hell is he getting paid for. Plus oh the f do they do business if they don’t answer
@longrun Yes - precisely. The company has more than enough to deliver. We dont need to go anywhere near the US. Haven't got the skill set or resource for it.
I think he means you can get in cheaper than the institutions which prob is a good thing to give us a fighting chance. I'm down as well but part of me kind of wants it to go down a bit more so the £6m buyer puts some pressure on. They will need pi's to buy their stock, I assume they have been given a good reason why this will happen hence the investment.
Surly it is good news, means no one will take up the open offer and less dilution.
I hear you Spank.the.Monkey. I'm in a similar boat and trying my best to average down.
Damage limitation.
Already down more than 75% on this share and lost confidence so not necessarily excellent news for me.
