Guesses on take up of open offer? 30%?
It will become interesting if II took part in the OO as well. Next week we should find out.
If they have taken part in the PP then i feel they will take part in the OO as they can see /been told of an upside from these prices.
Yep, I have similar opinion. Could they reach 30% ? There are a lot of new shares, if someone buys so much, would not they be better taking over the company. Even with 100m shares at SP at 25p, market value is only 25m plus 10m cash in the bank and no debt.
Toma: there will be 10m cash in the bank but your assumtion of 25m MCAP needs justification. At the moment, they only have potential business of around 5m/year from AIHL UK sales in 12 months time. It is not clear whether that will be total earning or profit.
The more I read about POC, my doubts are becoming stronger. They are NOT PCR tests! I am not sure where they stand as confirmatory test scale. Can they be used instead of PCR? If yes, do we need regulatory bodies to approve them as an alternative to PCR? This will be crucial for usage in medical and travel sectors. Otherwise it will be considered as another expensive version of LFT.
I did not take the OO as I could buy in open market at the same price. Peel have worked hard to keep the SP around this level so far and they will continue to hold for until the money is taken out of your account. I doubt that anything will change for good after 1st October until CE mark news.
Sally..why are you just another person who hasn't bought the 00. You do realise you're lining the pockets of the traders not helping to secure the Company who you are invested in....your thinking is short term gain or you have listened to the muppets on here. Thank God it will be over subscribed...
I'm surprised at you as you've been posting for a long time, some of which in my view has been very good.
I'm not arrogant just have a lot of corporatel experience.
GL
The company will not get taken over until they have good historical data...this means established sales routes, a good distribution base and a clear future. These are the minimums...
Lth: I have no money to move hence not taking the OO. There was no attraction at current SP. As far as the issue of supporting the company, I personally have given up on the current management. I can't get that trust back, so can't commit more money to them. I am already neck deep here already but DBs failure has made me think again.
Sally, appreciate what you are saying but, I do feel the management have done what they can. They are not in control of controlling whether accreditations are given. They're a very small Company in a big pond without the resources that the large Co"s have. Yet they have developed great products. I have supported the 00 and have delved deep to do so.
I know that lessons have to be learned and for me it's all about whether they learn. It's during tough times that these lessons are often learnt..
Happy weekend x
Lth: my issue is not about them not getting sales in US. They knew how things were progressing when we got Indian approval. Instead of renegotiating any business, they took MINUTES to throw it in the bin. I doubt that they even discussed anything with DIVOC. DB has already drawn plans for easy route to get his money from us instead. I still can't understand monthly cashburn of £0.4m!! Just an example of Cineworld. Their cashburn for nearly 1000 cinemas was 60m, that is £60,000 per cinema per month!! What the f**k are they spending this much money on???
Sally..the detail is in the accounts. All there if you look for it. With GDR R&D will be devilishly expensive as will staff costs. Good scientist's for not come cheap!
Do not come cheap ..
Good scientists, rubbish business people. No business sense.
actually lying b stards...do any products really exist? i doubt it....the sales certainly dont
The Genedrive POC test is a molecular test, it’s the fact that it’s a molecular test that makes it more accurate. PCR tests are the most commonly known molecular test, and need a lab. So the Genedrive POC is like a next generation PCR, aimed at point of care though rather than high throughput.
Rather than the rubbish antigen tests (LFT etc).
I said the other day that one would be hurting the company if they bought shares in the OO rather than the open market, as this would cause further dilution and hurt the SP. Well although this is correct, it would alo hurt the company if no one took up the OO. DB can then turn around and fold the company due to lack of funds to run the business.
So even though the SP is cheaper than the Placing price we would actually be hurting our own investments if we bought on the open market rather than the OO. So I've changed my mind, I will be averaging down via the OO rather than the open market. I think anyone else invested here should do the same. Without funds the company could fold and you could end up losing all your money. The OO will have to be well supported if this stock is going to turn around.
For some it will be to late to partake in the OO.
It closed at 12noon last Friday.
stephen11 - It closed on Friday for Crest holders only . All other applications close 11.00 a.m. 28 September 2021.
It will nold fold if the OO is not taken up! They still get £6m from the placing, which os not pocket change. It gives them more than enough cash runway to Launch POC and AIHL and get some sales. If he can't fo it with £6m, thdn to be frank it won't ve any different with £10m!!!
I’m sure that if they actually needed more than the £6m placing they would have arranged more. This amount is sufficient for what they need to commercialise the 2 products. If they get more funds through the OO they’ll be able to take things even further afield.
This isn’t going down the pan if they only get £6m.
It’s all in the rns.
However MIKODX,
For clarity, it depends on the platform that you wish to purchase the shares through in the OO.
For example, with HL you had to make your instruction and have your funds ready last friday by noon. Many other stockbrokers are the same.
And, i did say "for some"
They blew £8m and nothing came of it, no sales, zip, nada! Why are they so confidence that will change this time?
Blagging paychecks.
Cut the fat.
Agree invest, seems like MikODX is another one now pushing the insane OO. Any reason?
