Khreds- re the suspension it's merely technical. Robbie made it clear it was nothing to worry about, it's just the fact they've all been busy trying to sort the funding and it slipped through as they don't have a dedicated CFO.
They only released the suspension RNS after their meeting on Tuesday with the FCA re the prospectus, at which they happened to mention to them they would be slightly late with their. FCA insisted that a RNS go out to that effect.
Not sure if anyone joined the Telegram Q&A, but Robbie has confirmed the funding is secured and details will be released very soon. This updated mining plan was the pre-requisite to securing the funding, just a matter of lawyers signing things off now. Will be back above 1p very soon.
Also confirmed prospectus could be approved next week, as they had a meeting with the FCA on Tuesday and nothing of note was highlighted.
Great buying opportunity down here.
Can you ambulance chasing jerks please see yourself out? I'm not interested on your claims, thanks but no thanks. Let's get some real discussion on this board.
As for Sang, he's the lowest of the low as is masterbates.
Thanks both @soundsrisky & @porky9. I agree with your calculations, but you'd have thought the BOD have been forced to cut costs as part of the admin process, therefore reducing capital required considerably?
All guesswork at the moment, and there is a string chance shareholders get nothing. This is the last company where I expected something like this to happen, but I guess we have to pay the price for ignoring the red flags. If it ends up as MBO, there might be a string legal case of fraud for litigation.
It does seem like us holder's will get shafted here, either heavy dilution or cheap buyout. I am down to the tune of £150k, so not pretty.
@porky9 what do you think the SP will be assuming they get Financing, and company come back?
Master bates perhaps share some if your alleged wisdom? I thought not as you'd struggle to get any contacts in your local community centre, let alone in the financial institutions.
Obviously I'm invested, otherwise wouldn't be asking the question?
Sang- Rog83 was running a 4D Telegram "research group" with his mates, but all they were using it for was a platform to dump their shares on unsuspecting investors. They kept selling out and buying back and probably made a fortune here. All of them have disappeared from the Telegram group since Friday. :)
Seems like game over here, due to being run by am incompetent fat pig.
Same old, same old nonsense from crl123. I did say a while back we needed a violin playing in the background everytime he posted, and that doesn't seemed to have changed.
We're all in the same boat here, but your continous tale of woes and sad stories is not we come on here for. Someone pass this to him, as he has me filtered :)
Crl123 you must be the biggest clown on this board. I've yet to see anything constructive from you, you're either moaning about your losses on AIM and preaching about ethics. Grow up and if you've got nothing constructive to say, don't comment.
Well just when we think it can't get any worst, this dog of a share falls even further. I meany really how this CEO is still allowed to continue in this position, is totally embarrassing and to be pranks makes a mockery of shareholders. Even if they dilute at 100% down here they won't raise much cash, so they'd better have a plan B in place.
Porky you are correct, I too think that has been the plan all along, and the besr biotech market has backfired on them.
Scrambler how will they be funded to reach commercialisation? Certainly not from Scrambler's and Duncan's piggy bank for sure.
"In my view there has to be a change of mentality. Directors need to be a lot more PROACTIVE. The approach we just do research and we'll get noticed and deals will just happen isn't the way forward. Otherwise there is a serious risk and a dwindling group of retail investors continue to fund the business!"
Hasn't this been the case so far, funded by dwindling retail investors, who kept getting wiped out along the way so the "research" can progress, with another wipeout on the horizon. Sorry if they haven't learn in years, then they need to be shown tbe door. They have had more than enough chances, make you think it's deliberate.
"4D is a research company [institution] . Listing was a method to raise funds for further research."
Are you having a laugh Scrambler? If it's solely research company, then i'm sorry it needs to part of a university dept, not the London stock exchange. I for one haven't given them my hard earnt to solely fund resesrch projects, with no clear path to commercialisation. Perhaps save yourself the bother next time, and just give your money to your local uni?
Phil my comment is relevant because you keep judstfying the dilution, without looking at the root cause. A bit like putting a sticky plaster over a dripping pipe, until it starts leaking again. How is the dilution to the answer? They'll p*** up the money up the wall and be back with the begging bowl before you know it. Does the 5 year chsrt not show this, Duncan the idiot never learns.
You say you're not here for 20% profit, but if the dilution continues it's current rate you'd be lucky to see your money back let alone the big profits you're dreaming. Just ask those who invested at £10 and below, i'm sure they were dreaming about the big prifits like yourself but have been gotally wiped and forgotten about, whilst management have lined their pockets.
"Scrambler.... agreed. If they need the dilution to manouver us out of this mess then so be it. I am not here for 20% profit either... seems like majority of people are. Fair play."
Phil first of all good management would never let get to this stage, but seem like you're happy with the dilution to "get out this mess" as you put it, bit how long before it's in the same boat again?
Until Duncan is at the helm it seems this cycle will repeat itself, his 8 year performance to date is a testament to that. Last year they knew they had an issue with cash, but they were too busy benchmarking their salaries. No effort made in terms of onboarding iis either, so it seems history will repeat itself.
Well just when you think the week can't get worst, Duncan gives you another kick in the nuts. I've put my vote through and rejected the payrises, he shouldn't be earning £50k let alone nearly £300k. Everyone should vote down the pay increases as a minimum.
