Big open tomorrow then?
Oh God let's not start the "someone knows something" thing! If only I had never invested whenever I read that on these BB's!
However, I would have their arm off if I was offered £2.00 per share. Anything less and they can swivel.
Bringing in Roy who has experience of takeovers could be the reason why these shares are going up, someone knows something here.
They mention it on Vox markets at 10m 20 seconds in

Does anyone know when the US launch is set for ?
Pfizer owns 32%of haleon, so not sure how that fits in. i do think haleon is a possible candidate in any t/o scenario, though.
Haleon (market cap of around $40 billion) or Pfizer (at about $170 billion)? I think Pfizer would rather add FUM to its stable than allow Haleon to get a foot in the ED door. So a bidding war could become very interesting.
Sometimes it's not about future sales. Sometimes it's as simple as removing a competitor from the market.
Very hard to predict a buyout price, lots of variables involved, how badly do they want it, is there more than one interested party/parties, how do you measure future sales/profits.
...so you're sticking with your 450p s/p target - from plenty of years ago - then Ah/Ananda?
Bowledover, 150p and above is mine. Not too silly and very doable based on their 5yr revenue presentation from 2017 odd.based on 330m revenue as they suggested, ive seen similar grossing company sp hit 1300 on the same so..... yeah 150p+ would be great :)
I have been right
They developed the product and got EU and FDA approvals.Launched it and now we will get taken over
60% up over the 5 days. Why so few people bought before the jump? Always said it was going to 60 pence. Its getting there. Big market share in the erectile dysfunction market this is a lot of money. A lot. After reaching 60 pence, £1.00 is next target.
Plenty of steam yet. Next RNS will push it higher. Info on USA distribution. Where this gets more advertisement, the Americans will buy the shares. Hold on tight guys.
Should get a TR 1 soon here
What was interesting in the RNS from my perspective was the comment from Jeff Needham Chairman of FUM “…as we continue to monetise our key asset, Eroxon…” The company is in play and now it’s a question of when and how much FUM will fetch.
And you Ahananda/Ananda have always been deluded.... and very arrogantly so too
Is it just me or is 99p per share FAR to cheap?
But you have always been a troll
A stupid chocolate co got taken over for a lot more
Achieving my dream take out price of 99 p per share would see this company valued at over a quarter of a billion pounds sterling by an acquirer...
Just a quick logical snap shot.
Let's say Haleon is on the prowl
Looking fwd if indeed it was considering a takeover?
So.
Cash holdings in company. £7 or 8 mill
Get their £3.2 m back plus more.
Potential $45 milestone future payments not paid.
All u.s.a.royalties going fwd would be 100% theirs.
Recieve milestones and royalties worldwide via other contracted distributors.
Immediate $60m discounted off takeout price. $$$$ recieved going fwd from sales themselves and others.
Basically a 20yr fwd protected massive earnings position.
Owned pre U.s.a. launch.
What's that worth paying
Roy's brief:
".....to help execute the strategy and deliver shareholder value."
This is the bottom line.
Which ever way this is achieved the only way is up now. (Sorry Toli)
Surfie, I reckon you're right, and Toli didn't believe his own hype. Perhaps he realised the market wasn't following his wild predictions and sold up. So when he says 'Nothing goes up in straight lines reckon there will be a chance to re enter at 30p' he really hopes so! Stable doors come to mind!
Nice to see this doggy waking up .. indeed hopefully turns out to not be a doggy after all.
I've was way down - on a small remaining bet here - but including adding a bit this morning I'm even now....
Hopefully plenty of legs still in this rally.. although Ananda's 450p target of many years back is still an extraordinarily funny one imho; If they sold this co for 99p a share I'd be thrilled
Interested RNS every company this guy has been parts of according to RNS has been bought out??
Upto you and only you bowler.
Set a min and it may never get there by a penny. ?
Be happy in your aspirations and profits if achieved and never look back. Good luck
