"This company is withdrawn and no longer trading on Aquis Stock Exchange. " this is the latest on the Aquis website. Not sure when that was changed, however there is a notice from 17/03/23 to say that it has withdrawn from trading with immediate effect. I don't remember seeing that though, so who knows what is going on..
This might be a stupid question.. is this share completely dead now? Or is there a glimmer of hope before the end of March as stated on the last RNS?

Yea still here with fingers and everything crossed but I’m not so sure we’ll get good news or any news!
Still here? Possible news this week? As it will be 12 months since the 07/07/2022.
What are we thinking?

No doubt Cooper will be back in future with some other scam and do the same thing again..& again
ME not related I guess other than it’s owned and ran by Rob copper and co. The same illustrious leaders of Forbes.
I am, got to be haven't you.! I just don't understand how they can do this, and not update sharefolders.
Anyone still optimistic that Forbes will survive…,
It has gone into administration.

Should be made accountable deliverate miss information to shaft investers out of there money, they knew way before the so called securitions this was going belly up in my opinion, glad ì bailed out when I did before I lost all of it,still feel cheated and feel sorry for all those that stayed to the end but thats the risk we take investing
Cityblue, this was dead since last Autumn but some on here just couldn't see it & even after the last suspension were still convinced they were on a get rich quick ride
Anything with RC involved should have had enough warning lights for anyone not to get involved. The man should never be let anywhere near anything to do with finance or money ever again
Me assets have been transferred but all staff made redundant and me to be liquidated.
Shares look dead let’s look at the clues
Suspended twice
Promise after promise of securitisations, never materialised
ME accounts well overdue .
Moved out of the offices in lakeside and made mass redundancies in cheadle.
Promise after promise of an update
Do I really need to continue?
This is the company cc capital limited
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12152557/filing-history
You are right Marquis; I saw the date and then misread the year. I am now though more confused how can they be sold to CC Capital if they are currently dissolved

Thanks for the info City Blue.
Think we have a dead horse on our hands
Do you think they'll achieve the 12/08 accounts target, or do you think this will be delayed again? If the accounts are filed/released the 'Future Developments' paragraph should make for interesting reading!
Can confirm they were certainly moving out back end of the week.
So ME group have have made mass redundancies and all other group companies are moving out of the cheadle lakeside offices Friday and wfh till a new office is found. Make of that what you will but it is true as I work opposite the HQ.

you're more optimistic than most given their business history!
I still have hope it will do something. At least the securitisation has finally been written off. Interested to see where we go from here, and if they'll deliver the accounts on the 12/08.
I get a feeling the writing was on the wall for a long time but taken us for mugs...
Meant to say taken for a ride by the Maltese agents not investors.
https://www.**********.co.uk/rns/announcement/d1836930-8567-44a4-9360-d6c18f5549e0/
Really why did it take Rob so long to realise that they were being taken for a ride by the Maltese investors? Mind you he’s no fool. I expect he knew this to be the case a long time ago. Or is he a fool and trusted Moss to be capable of getting proper information about progress out of the Maltese agents?
They seem to have both been really naïve and frankly incompetent. After this how can we trust Rob to achieve what he has said they will now do. I pray I’m wrong and for once he gets something right from which we can all gain handsomely from the now low base mcap.
Atleast it is alive... sort of
Trading and Strategy Update
Litigation Funding Securitisation
The Company has continued to pursue the listing and closing of GBP 40 million two-year notes (the “First Issue”), for which Forbes Ventures’ wholly owned subsidiary Forbes Ventures Investment Management Limited (“FVIM”) acts as collateral agent.
The Company continues to be advised by its Maltese Corporate Advisors, HG & Partners Limited (Malta), that there remains strong interest from the prospective investor in closing the transaction, but that the current volatility in the credit markets is causing further delays.
Whilst the Maltese Corporate Advisors continue to provide assurances to the Company regarding the prospective closing of the transaction, the continued delays in completing the listing and closing inevitably pose a risk to the likely success of the issue.
The Company will provide further updates upon receipt of information from its Maltese Corporate Advisors.
Corporate Strategy
The Company has continued to develop its strategy as outlined in the announcement of 21 February 2022 and has now identified a preferred strategic investment and is in negotiations with regard to the proposed acquisition.
It has also entered into negotiations with a debt capital provider with regard to investment in the Company to enable Forbes to scale the proposed acquisition.
Further announcements will be made when appropriate.
Suspension of Shares
Due to continued uncertainty regarding the First Issue, the Company will be unable to complete the audit of its accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 before the 30 June 2022 deadline. Accordingly, the Directors have requested that trading in the Ordinary Shares should be suspended with effect from the commencement of business on 30 June 2022. It is anticipated that the audit will be completed by Friday, 12 August 2022.
The Directors of Forbes Ventures accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.

That was my 65,000 sell, all done now after six years. good luck to everyone else.
The 500k sell was mine. I was holding too many and with there being little likelihood of anything coming good from Forbes, I invested more in Petroteq. You can buy for under 30 cts and receive 74cts Canadian within a couple of months. See today’s news issued by Petroteq and Viston. No brainer when you look at the minimal risk, but please DYOR.
the end is nigh.... 2 big sells today one 500k.
Not good at all.
And as it happens I suppose he is getting rich from his me group business when perhaps he should have put up the cash for for the securitisations through that business backing any borrowing
Rob cooper is an idiot
His rns releases about the Malta securitisation was deplorable.
He is a scum bag. Cost us all a lot of money enticing us to hold for them.
Only good thing was that it returned to market so some of us had a choice of exiting.
About time he done something with this soon

Yes I am sure at some point it will come back with decent news. At least management have skin in the game and I am sure would like to get their money back and make a decent profit.
Worth holding still
Holding but toying with cutting my loses. A good company looks after their shareholders and doesn't leave them in the dark.
F U Rob
Still holding. … twiddling thumbs until news :)
Still holding!
Checking in…how many are still holding? Or has everyone sold out and moved on?

Thanks bulldog
Perhaps we will re enter this share with an improved outlook
i agree this is a bad investment, No communication from Rob copper at all most people invested are at huge losses yet he doesnt care clearly.
I sold out at end of February and lost money but in hindsight it was the right descison as I would have lost more as it stands today. I think there is more chance of Lord Lucan making an appearance than the Maltese securitisations materialising.
Its good to see a few old faces posting on here today and I wish everyone luck with their investments. Wress I am glad to read that you have done well with Polymetal - fortune favours the brave ! I am now heavily invested in THG as I beleive a massive rerate in the share price will occur very soon.

I’m sure it will recover here at some point.

I’m in avarto….me and demo clashed on that one so it must be good.
